If you want something more adventurous then book a charter, feed the tarpon, or go out on a dive with a local dive shop; all located in Red Hook. There are all kinds of adventures awaiting you! You can even take a zipline tour through the treetops of St Thomas. Looking for a different pace? Take the car barge or people ferry, from Red Hook, over to St John for the day. On St John there is hiking, diving, snorkeling, sugar cane mill ruins, restaurants, shops, and so much more. A large portion of St John is a national park. So, it is a different kind of beauty than St Thomas. It is a luxury to stay on St Thomas, where everything is so much more accessible, but still be able to run over to St John, for the day, to enjoy the quiet tranquility.
