"**Decent Value for the Price, But Far From a 4-Star Experience** We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with bed & breakfast for €60, and while the price is definitely attractive, the experience was a mixed bag. **Cleanliness:** The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. However, the mattress itself was stained and not very pleasant, which was disappointing. **Bed Comfort:** This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattress was rock hard—honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin, lumpy, and offered no support. We requested extra pillows three times, and although staff promised to bring them, they never followed through. **Bathroom:** Cleanliness was acceptable, but the setup was inconvenient. There was no shower head hanger, so you had to hold the shower with one hand while bathing. Towels were rough and uncomfortable, and there was always at least one missing (sometimes the floor towel, sometimes the bath towel). The courtesy toiletries were taken but never replaced. **Breakfast:** A very basic buffet with a limited selection. Pastries were inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times stale and clearly reheated leftovers. Not the kind of quality you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. **Service:** A few staff members were friendly and helpful, but most seemed uninterested and disengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or well-attended. **Swimming Pool Area:** This was the highlight of the hotel—clean, with clear water, nice outdoor showers, and a good vibe thanks to lively music and entertainment. **Overall:** While the hotel is clearly outdated and stuck in the late '90s in terms of decor and service, the location and pool are definite pluses. Despite the many issues, for €60 for two nights with breakfast, the price/quality ratio was decent. Just don’t expect a real 4-star experience."

"buon servizio, le camere non hanno la doccia per le persone che hanno problemi a entrare in un bagno molto difficile, per un 5 stelle niente bollitore nelle camere peccato per il restauro un po' stretto per sempre un 5 stelle. personale molto cordiale e attento. gli asciugamani sono un po' vecchi e logori ed è difficile cambiarli. Ma ci tornerei volentieri."

"Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de 7 nuits dans cet hôtel, en groupe de 3 personnes. Tout était vraiment au top du début à la fin ! Le service est irréprochable, le personnel est extrêmement gentil, souriant et toujours à l’écoute. La nourriture était très bonne et surtout variée, on avait toujours le choix à chaque repas. Côté animation, rien à redire : activités matin, après-midi et soirée, impossible de s’ennuyer ! Et en bonus, l’accès direct à une plage privée qui était juste magnifique. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience, on reviendra avec plaisir !"

"Delusione per questo prezzo e per un hotel di 4 stelle. La stanza era a malapena accettabile, chiaramente non pulita sotto i letti, nessuno occhiali, nessun asciugamani, sapone e contenitori di shampoo quasi vuoti all'arrivo e non erano pieni nel corso del nostro soggiorno. Le tovalette erano un incubo da ottenere: a volte basta, a volte manca uno, a volte manca due. Ricevere un ferro è stato una battaglia e dimenticare il servizio di lavanderia. Le richieste non sempre erano soddisfatte con una bella risposta, ma hanno dipinto una stanza accanto a noi, senza prendere precauzioni, e hanno fatto l'odore lontano nel nostro. Il pranzo era estremamente costoso per la zona, dimenticarlo. Il colazione e la cena sono stati in ordine. La posizione era molto bella, anche se l'ambiente è un po' morto.."
