We arrived at hotel at 4:00 am and was very tired, the receptionist offered us to go to the 7th floor to take the shower and told us to come back at 9:00am to have earlier check-in.   The hotel not only gave us an earlier check-in but also we are surprised by the arrangement for our 24th anniversary.  We sincerely appreciated for Lê Quang Linh, thế Room Division Manager for the arrangement.  The hotel offered their customers with the VIP tícket to Fansipan via their email after you booked the hotel.  However, I missed it.  If you booked this hotel, you must buy it as it will save a lot of your time for waiting to the the trains and cable car.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in a fantastic manner with facilities and amenities, but above all else, the mountain side view was absolutely stunning. An excellent breakfast buffet too. My companion was very pleased with the hotel, so I will definitely stay here again. Just an extra tip for a walk-in from the town center: there are 2 access points to the hotel building: 1) the 15th floor lobby from Muong Hoa street; 2) the lobby on the ground floor at the Violet street. Ignore the google map direction that will guide you to the violet street if you opt not to take taxis. The violet street is quite a long stair way down from the town center, which could be difficult if you are carrying heavy luggage.

Che hotel stupendo, grande vista sul Fansipan e facile accesso, forniscono gratuitamente autobus diurno per e da la città Grande servizio clienti e facile comunicazione , si vanno di sopra e di là per aiutare con molte richieste, aiutano con la creazione della decorazione della proposta di matrimonio che è stato così stupenda e superato le nostre aspettative, grazie alla squadra che ha aiutato con la configurazione Il buffet per colazione ha avuto così tante scelte e varietà per diverse nazionalità con alimenti di grande qualità e igiene Non potresti raccomandare di più se hai intenzione di venire a Sapa per una visita

The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and the lobby was beautiful CNY decorations.The rooms was clean and spacious with balcony a nice view mountain and city. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Special thanks one of the staff who recommendations on local dining spot.The hotel locations was perfect within walking distance to several attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place. I definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

A Memorable Stay at Pao’s Sapa Recentemente sono rimasto a Sapa di Pao, e ha superato tutte le mie aspettative. Le camere erano senza spot e bellissime, offrendo ogni attrazione che potesse essere necessaria. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e accogliente, sempre pronto ad assistere con un sorriso. La vista dell'hotel è assolutamente interessante! La posizione è perfetta, con facile accesso al centro Sapa, e il servizio di navetta complimentare rende così conveniente. Non posso raccomandare la Sapa di Pao abbastanza per chiunque cerca comfort e lusso. Grazie speciali a Mayu per l'assistenza e la cura eccezionali durante il nostro soggiorno. La sua dedizione e professionalità sono state davvero espresse. Vorrei tornare e vederla in una posizione più alta, e lei si merita assolutamente!

The place is absolutely amazing, it doesn’t get better than this in Sapa. Room was spacious and clean. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to cold weather but it must rock during summer. The location is a bit tricky as its on a hill and the walk up is a bit challenging, but they do provide a shuttle car every hour (you have to reserve it first). They made a slip up once where the car did not pick us up on the designated time and location so we had to pay for a third party to take us to the hotel, but the hotel compensated us for it with cash instantly. The breakfast buffet is pretty awesome, a true five star experience. Special mention to the restaurant manager who is very lovely , friendly and caring. He took care of my husbands diarrhea problems (sorry for the TMI lol my husband insisted me of wring this) by making him a special ginger bamboo concoction, and even offered his personal medication. Truly a great guy.

We had a great time, great stay, 3 nights 4 days in this hotel. Delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff members, and overall excellent service. I like to give many thanks to Ms.Lori who makes us feel special with room decoration for our anniversary. Would love to come back again. Thank youu for your service and effort. 5 ⭐.

Resort curativo. Situazione nelle montagne? La comodità non è buona, ma non c'è nessun grande sconvolgimento perché si può risolvere tutto nel resort. Il personale dell'hotel è così amichevole. Mi sono innamorato della loro gentilezza!

너무 좋았어요. 저는 뗏기간(1.27-28)에 방문했는데 사람도 별로없었고 거의 하루종일 숙소랑 근처 돌아다녓는데 한국사람 조식먹을때 빼고 본적없어요. 그냥 사람자체를 잘못봐서 더블룸 마운틴뷰했는데 엄청 프라이빗했고 특히 방이 너무너무 좋았던게 깨끗하고 고급지고 뷰가 미쳤고 젤 좋았던게 침대에 전기장판있어서 사파가 한국처럼 추워서 죽는줄알았는데 덕분에 몸이 풀렸어요. 마사지보다 더 좋았구.. 식당에서 저녁 포장해서 방에서 먹는데 블로그에서 맛있다고한 야채볶음국수(조식으로도 나옴. 맛동일)와 야채짜조(베트남에서 제일맛있었음)는 다 맛있었어요. 너무 행복했네요... 택시는 시내-시내 10만동, 시네-숙소 15만동. 택시 하나 뚫어서 왓츠앱으로 소통하면서 계속 이용했어요. 너무 행복했네요^^ +참고로 이맘때는 수영 무리요... +2시에 왔는데 얼리체크인해주셨어요
