"**My Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung** My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. ---"

"Tutto era perfetto e la posizione era chiusa alla strada Braga. Mi sorprendeva perché questo hotel ha una sala da letto per bambini (gratuito), un negozio conveniente e un caffè per cena (per gli estranei). Il letto è così comodo anche se la camera che ho prenotato non era così grande. Il personale è gentile e molto attento quando denuncia il pendiente (sono mancanti pendenti nella mia stanza), e fornisce anche più pendenti solo se ho bisogno di questo. Ma ci sono due cose che non sono così felice: il bagno è inondato con acqua ogni volta che ci siamo docciati e l'hotel lobby (area di attesa) è abbastanza caldo. Forse penserò di rimanere qui in futuro. Grazie mille per la vostra ospite.."

"Great hotel with Good Hospitality and located just next to shopping mall, Bandung indah Plaza and Bandung Electronic Center. Several restaurants and factory outlet was nearby. Room was clean, spacious and comfy. All staff were Professional, helpful, and very friendly. Special thanks to Ms Dhiya And Ms Afifah from Front Desk who professionally handle and arrange for my room transfer request. Several minor things in the room might need maintenance and update, and overall the hotel was nice and i would recommend the hotels. Kudos for All the Staffs."

"Le nostre camere erano pulite e confortevoli. La posizione è a pochi passi dalla strada Braga, è perfetto se vuoi andare lì per colazione o cena! Anche il personale è stato utile"

"The location is good. The entrance to the hotel is a little difficult. Braga Street is great to enjoy the surroundings. The elevator is a little slow. Breakfast is delicious, but there are limited types."

It’s so enjoyable and meaningful for us, even though we’ve already visited Bandung six times. We love it and will definitely stay again at De Braga by Artotel. "Plusnya Lokasi strategis, lobby hotel Wangi estetik bersih, untuk kamarnya bagian bad nyaman dan dan luas dan bantalnya juga banyak. Minusnya di mulai dari lobby liftnya kecil banget, pas masuk kamarnya ruangannya kecil dan padat, gak ada cermin sebadan buat ngaca full body, terus gak paham sama yg pinggir jendela itu panggung bukan laci bukan malah jadi sempit dan walpapernya mending di ganti aja pakai cat polos. toiletnya banjir soalnya serapannya di pojokan jadi gak cepet surut. Sama parkir mobilnya harus valet jadi klo mau turun harus makesure barang² harus udah di luar semua ya. Berhubung kemaren kita nginep ada kejadian yg gak di inginkan, karena di lantai 8 Guncangan Gempanya luar biasa JD kita memutuskan chekout jam 1 pagi JD gak sempet nyobain Sarapan paginya deh. Next time bisa mampir lg ke hotel ini. Semoga yg minus²nya di perbaiki lagi yah"

"La posizione è grande ma non raccomandata, in termini di sicurezza molto mancante, perché la mia porta della stanza è danneggiata e sono ancora assegnati all'ospite. In camera telefono non funzionava nemmeno dopo la manutenzione è arrivato due volte. Costruire in cassetta di guaina e senza azioni. La colazione è più facile per la cucina locale. Non si presta attenzione al desk front. È necessario essere più responsabili, soprattutto quando l'ospite si accorge."

"The location is situated at the heart of Braga Street which it’s very convenience to find food. It’s also not too far from the food street at Lengkong Kecil and Sudirman Street. The room is a bit dirty as I noticed there was some dirty patch at my bed sheet. However, the staffs are very helpful and friendly. They also offer a various of Indonesian dishes."
