Hotel in zona Russell-Cotes Art Gallery and Museum, Bournemouth

Everything from start to finish was first class. All the staff was very professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. Our room was amazing looking over the bay. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well equipped, everything you needed for pleasant stay. The breakfast was very good, a very wide choice. The evening meal was superb and the food was cooked to perfection. Well done to the chef. All the staff in the dining room at both breakfast and evening meal was very efficient and worked very hard. Everyone was very friendly nothing too much trouble. The bar staff was obliging and always has a smile and a laugh. Well done ladies. The bar was well stocked and very reasonably priced. The staff on reception was always on hand to help nothing too much trouble. The facilities at the hotel are brilliant. Keep it up Marsham court you deserve to do well

Antique hotel in a very good location close to the beach however no nothing is guaranteed by the hotel. There is no option to book parking (first come first serve basis), they can’t guarantee a good view to the sea even through you book a sea view room (you can end up to the side of the hotel which allows you a glimpse to the sea and that’s not what you really want and pay for). When trying to call the hotel goes to a customer service desk then they transfer you to the main reception which ends up with a dropped call several times considering the call is being charged per minute (we’re not in the 80’s, take some ownership for this please), if you finally get through they won’t be able to reserve a parking space at the hotel and guide you to park elsewhere (this you can literally do yourself without the hassle and waste of time). None of these (parking and room selection) are communicated precisely until you check in which in essence makes no sense when you want to plan your stay ahead. Overall the staff is kind and friendly so no improvement needed here, the opportunity stands for the hotel management who implement procedures and policies. The rooms have a heavy smell due to the age of the building, there is a brochure that explains refurbishment undergoing in that sense. Wifi - you can have daily access if you pay for wifi (I believe it was £7/24 hours) , this is also a thumbs down nowadays (tips: if you want to charge for wifi include this in the overall price fees so people don’t obviously pick on this or just offer it with the stay like a respectable business - a coffee shop where you spend £3 for a coffee offers it for free on a daily basis, think about it). Looking at breakfast - there is full English or cereal, oats and fruit. The terrace looks pretty nice, well looked after, a nice oasis to relax your senses listening to the sea waves. There is a chess board on a bigger scale just on the terrace, this if a nice setup and addition to the hotel vibe. Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

We were at this property during the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. The hotel is close to the Bournemouth Town Centre. I cannot say that this is walkable to the Beach. It takes a good 5 mins drive to the beach from the hotel. The Good things The reception team is fab especially Mikolaj. When we arrived the room was not ready as we arrived an hour early. He offered us free drinks while we waited for the check-in. The breakfast was good. They serve the hot breakfast on small plates rather than letting the guests make the mess. I liked this concept. And of course, you can order omelette or French toast which the cook happily makes for you. The onsite parking is small and cramp- try basement The worst part This is a pretty standard no frills hotel. It didn’t feel like a mid-range property either. The worst part is the dinner- Both the food as well as the staff. The food felt like heated from frozen- pretty bland. And I would not rather comment on the staff including the manager. I found it amazing how rude a person can be while working in an hospitality industry- the lady with grey hair (I don’t want to name and shame in the public forum. I was equally disappointed the way the matter was handled by the person who introduced himself as the manager.

Le camere erano pulite e abbastanza spaziose. La colazione era buona e con un buon servizio. La palestra consiste di tre macchinari di allenamento in cantina. Le docce in piscina erano troppo calde e non regolabili. La posizione è molto buona, molto vicino alla piazza, spiaggia e giardini inferiori.

Had a good welcoming. Front desk employees work fast and professionally. My room was on the 7th floor and I had a nice city view. Rooms are clean and all the necessary amenities are provided. Unfortunately there was no available time in the spa in the morning.

L'unica cosa che posso colpire è la mancanza di orientamenti dal parcheggio sotterraneo, altrimenti un buon soggiorno.

We visited for a family diamond wedding anniversary. The rooms were clean and spacious. The reception area smelt lovely! The reception staff were extremely helpful and polite and leaving a little gift for my in-laws for their anniversary in the room was also a lovely touch!. Breakfast was a little difficult due to extremely limited gluten free options but I managed. I was advised to scan a QR code but it didn’t give you a breakdown for each item just an overview . Would have expected maybe allergens on the signs for the food in the buffet. We stopped in the back of the hotel which had a long corridor with three small stair cases which was awkward for my elderly mother in law. Advice for future travellers contact the hotel in advance if travelling with people who are uneasy on their feet so you can request a room without these staircases. I think an addition of a handrail for each staircase would be a great benefit. The bar staff are excellent and very chatty and friendly, Wonderful views and overall great facilities!

Il centro di ricerca è stato un'ottima idea per il mio compleanno di mia moglie, il nostro soggiorno era incredibile, l'hotel ha davvero la vibe di Miami, il bagno era fantastico e abbiamo anche dovuto mettere nel sole intorno alla piscina esterna. Il colazione era sorprendente e il personale era sempre gentile e sorridente... niente era troppo difficile , il ristorante di Harry Rock è una visita da visitare per pranzo o cena tutta la salita è incredibile e saremo di nuovo.. Grazie...

I dont really like Brittania hotels but this one i think is good, staff was really helpful, bed was comfy, its abit hard to fill the kettle up as the sink in the bathroom isnt adequate. But its basic money for basic rooms so thats what can be expected. I would come back here. Didnt try the food or the pool etc so cant comment
