We've stayed here many times. Although there are sometimes small issues, I honestly don't think there are better places to stay for the price. It's always clean and the staff, particularly Andy, are always helpful. They're also under quite a bit of pressure so consider that. I've seen the staff getting towels, serving drinks, checking people in, running up to rooms to solve an issue, basically being in multiple places at once. They do a marvellous job. There does appear to bit a problem with room keys. They often don't work. I'm hoping this will be resolved when we come again April. But, yeah, we're generally very happy with our stays. We visit regularly as family live here so can't comment on the restaurant as we tend to eat out with our tribe!

Great place to stay. Really nice, quiet, clean and quite new modern hotel. Close to everything ! Coffee machine, spacious shower and a huge bed was just perfect in premier room for our unfortunately short stay. Hopefully we will be back in a couple of months for longer this time. We would recommend

Great location just a short walk to the coast with a wonderful view, and walk to the beach. The room was lovely and quiet, clean with a great breakfast. It is also well located for nice restaurants. We stayed for almost a week and it is a really good place to be to explore Dorset as well.

Room ok but early deliveries that were noisy were annoying. The room heater control was not working had to twice go to reception and they altered the main control on their office. Second evening the room was warmer. Bed comfortable and nice shower

Stayed here for two nights in a premier plus room. Very clean and comfy room. Parking was easy and reasonable priced. It’s well located and easy to walk to the shops and the beach. My only issue was I asked for a sugar sachet for my hot chocolate and the staff member told me it had enough sugar in it! I found him really rude which I did tell him it was none of his business! Sadly if he keeps telling people his opinions premier inn will lose customers.

Never done self check in before,but it was easy to follow. Room was nice and airy. No drawers to put anything in just small shelf. Nice bed and extra pillows. Good breakfast,but no mushrooms,or oj. Bit peeved when returning from night out to find lift not working,as my wife is disabled. Could do with grab rail by shower.

Second time visiting here, room was very nice, premier room. Still shower over the bath was poor though, service not great, first time ever staff wouldn’t store luggage as we arrived slightly early, slow service at breakfast as well not the best premier inn
