Staff always freindly. Nilema is the prrfect host. always very welcoming. hollie and Minnu great behind the bar and very freindly. Chefs Maddy and Ravi very good. Always happy when I stay here thankyou for making a tedious stay awzy from home more acceptable

Friendly staff all round, easy check in process. All service from the 3 women working came with a smile, Hollie, Minnu and Nelima. Food was very good too. Filled the 2 big lads up. One even had room for a sundae and licked the glass once finished. Bedrooms are spacious and the shower was a good pressure and good temperature.

Very comfy and clean. Great food. Perfect location just outside a busy city centre. Its the staff that make this place. So friendly, always smiling. Minnu-nilema, the little smiler Hollie Chef Maddy-Ravi. Well recommended. Best breakfast as well. Always a lot to choose from

Easy check in with friendly and helpful clerk, Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, Our evening meal was delightful and service was excellent. Very friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely recommend to others. 5 thumbs up 👍 👍

The rooms are brilliant, Clean. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on. We had Tea and Breakfast, Andy the Chef and his team were fantastic. Andy gave us great advise on where to visit while we were here and also made us great food. Thank you

The hotel is a little out of the way but that suited us as for the food absolutely out of this world both chefs that work here are fantastic the only let down really was the rooms aren't that comfortable but the satisfactory and the play whole places very clean In the restaurant area, Nelima, Minu, and Holly made us feel very welcome and made sure that we were happy with the service they should be rewarded for how special they make the guests feel

I have stayed at this hotel for many years it is a standard Premier inn but its biggest attribute is the staff. There have been some changes recently but Nilima and her team including Livia, Holly and Minu with Andy in the kitchen make it somewhere I will continue to visit. It is warm in summer but having fans in the rooms does help. Thanks again to Nilima and her team who work hard to keep everyone happy even when it is very busy. I hope that Premier Inn realise that the staff are what have made this an amazing location in the past and that the current team are continuing this tradition.

The usually comfortable Premier Inn experience made special by the warm welcome and customer service at this location. The well-served food, breakfast and dinner, we're both freshly cooked, hot and tasty. Andy, the chef, and Liv were particularly helpful.

Very nice hotel, great service from the ladies, especially Nilima and Minu helping sorting out the rooms and serving the drinks in the bar with a pretty smile. Bar should be open a bit later ;-) Food in the restaurant is nice as well and service superfast, I suggest Chicken Makhani Curry
