Service is good. Staff is helpful. Rooms and Facilities are clean.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the breakfast. A solid choice for a pleasant stay.

We checked in on Saturday 5/23 and found bed bugs in the King bed suite. Our travel needs included having the kitchenette and a separate bedroom. We took pictures and videos of the bed bugs and showed them to management. They simply offered a refund of the suite and a stay in smaller room. We told them a standard room would not work for us. The front desk worker did not attempt to help us beyond this, saying they needed to launch an investigation into the bugs and her hands were tied. In my eyes, a hotel internal investigation does not help a travelling family sleep tonight. Management would be better suited to solving the situation at hand and worry about their internal investigation later. They never offered to follow up, never offered to call other hotels, never offered anything to crying kids as we went back and forth, never offered perhaps even a coupon to a restaurant since we checked in at 5:00 and were now without a room at 7:00. Just blank stares and "investigations." We went to the Seaport Hotel. My child was not even at the front desk and the worker asked "Are you travelling with children?" I said yes, and they got a gift bag for a child they did not even meet. Meanwhile, at Element, the workers stood by as my kids was telling us that he was hungry without even the offer of some crayons or something. Night and Day. I get things happen. It isn't the bed bugs that will prevent a next stay, it was the way staff handled this, like we were inconveniencing them.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend in one of their suites, and overall I did have a good experience. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere was comfortable throughout my stay. One of the biggest positives was the staff — everyone I interacted with was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They did their best to make guests feel welcomed, and that level of customer service definitely stood out. That being said, the amenities were unfortunately disappointing. The massage chair advertised on-site was out of order and never functioning during my stay. The pool was also closed the entire weekend, which was frustrating since it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning in my suite. The AC barely worked — if at all — for the entire weekend, which made the room very uncomfortable, especially at night.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Our 1 king room also had a fridge, microwave, and little sink. Breakfast had a large variety of options, from hot eggs, sausage, and french toast/pancakes, to toaster options (bread, bagel, english muffins), fresh fruit, cereal, and a yogurt bar. There was something for everyone. The front desk staff was very helpful with restaurant and take-out suggestions for dinner. We stayed for an event at the convention center, which is about 0.8 miles away, or about a 15 minute walk, and it's a little further for the Silver Line T service. The Red Line Broadway stop is about 0.8 miles in the other direction. We will definitely consider the Element as a lodging option when we are in Boston again.

If you are attending the conference centre at the seaport then this is a great location. Rooms are a good size and clean. But it’s basic. Staff indifferent at best. Be aware you are charged $25/day for “resort fee” - this is for a ticket to a museum you have never heard off, and $15 to spend in the lobby shop that doesn’t even have a can of coke. No bar no restaurant, basic breakfast.

Staff was incredibly nice. The amenities were serviceable to the point that we enjoyed our stay to the max.
