Awesome I love it some much I really think this place should be 5 out of five and not zero out of one

Great location if you want to be in the Copley Square area. The hotel is descent if you need somewhere for one night. The rooms are very dated but just fine if you only need it to sleep. Now sleep…the pillows are so bad, ugh. Upgrading those pillows would be a huge satisfier. The room we were in, 301, had an amazingly loud BOOM, every time the heat shifted (about once an hour), that was interesting lol. The shower pooled about 2 inches a water within a minute and stayed there consistently during shower time (we did share this with the front desk at check out). We booked last minute and paid $203 for the night out the door. Fairly cheap for the area so I’d stay again if it was only for one night and I didn’t plan on staying in the room other than to sleep. Also, the cable box didn’t work when we first got to the room. The front desk called Comcast and got it fixed for us quick.

as with all hotels, it depends on what you're looking for. If your priority is to cut costs and be downtown with out any comforts, ignore this review. I booked two nights for a business trip and ended up finding another hotel for the second night to avoid having to stay here again. The smell of the cleaning supplies in the room and the hotel in general was so strong that it was overpowering and headache inducing. Very unpleasant antiseptic smell that did not improve with time. The security was also worrying. No swipe cards, just physical keys for the room. Also no safeguard for the elevator so anyone could go up. There was someone at the front desk but they were hardly attentive. The rooms are very standard and have a hostel-like feel. If you are strapped for cash and looking for a cheap option in a stellar location, please disregard this review. It is serviceable and if I were in college this would be a great option with free baked goods and coffee in the morning. If you are a professional who needs to be on their game and prepared for facing 17 hour days, any other hotel would be well worth paying up for.

The restaurant had great food. The room was comfortable. But there was no view except a brick wall. Also, house keeping started at 5 am and made lots of noise.

Been wanting to stay in this lovely boutique hotel.. Really lovely stay.. Breakfast(comp) Nice bar and restaurant was great.. Just CHARMING !!!

Great for a solo business trip. Great location. My room was relatively small. I wouldn't stay here with my famiy

This is not a hotel for families. Tiny rooms, zero kid-friendly and a breakfast consisting of coffee and a croissant. What would my toddler have?

It was an amazing find. So convenient for my needs. Great breakfast! I’ll be back next year. Excellent off season price!

The hotel was in a great location. The room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay there again!
