酒店位於國家公園旁邊，周圍環境很好！但是，作為一家酒店，簡直慘不忍睹！首先，一進房間就發現在房間內的窗簾上和房間裏有15隻臭大姐和其它各種蟲子！！酒店不給換房間，就派了個不會講英語的客房服務大媽拿着個掃帚進來一通亂打！最後在我的幫助下消滅了12隻，另外3隻在當天夜裡從房頂飛下來才陸續消滅的。其次，晚上酒店餐廳售賣自助餐，7點開餐。開餐前服務員把自助餐吹的天花亂墜，每人收費80拉里（約200元人民幣）。我們就選擇了自助。但是當晚上7點真的去吃的時候，才發現那每個人200元人民幣換來的，就是幾個冷盤加上隔天的麪包以及袋泡茶。竟然連個烤肉（當地遍地是難吃的烤肉）都沒有！更奇葩的是第二天早上退房，我交昨晚的自助餐費160拉里（當時掛的房賬），竟然不接受格魯吉亞法定貨幣拉里的現金，衹能刷卡。我問她為什麼，她説因為這個酒店是“無現金酒店”，我當時那叫一個樂啊，你們跟中國人説“無現金”交易！結果你們來中國的時候説卻抱怨説沒有現金交易不方便！結果你們所謂的“無現金交易”無非就是信用卡，而根本沒有任何app交易！總之，這家酒店是酒店服務的地下室裏麪的地板！千千萬萬要避雷！

Классный отель. Есть бассейн на улице, очень вкусные завтраки. Классные, чистые, удобные номера. С террасой, выходящая на лес. Очень классный отель

Хороший отель, в живописных кавказских горах, дружелюбный персонал. Чистые большие номера.

度假村，位置也不錯

WORST HOTEL! BEDBUGS! UNHYGIENIC! UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The management is incompetent, the facilities are poorly maintained, and the spa showers were filthy and stinking! The food was inedible, and room service was completely unresponsive. To make matters worse, the hotel charged us for breakfast we never added. The reception staff had no explanation and made us wait 30 minutes for the “royal manager” to arrive. Even then, the issue was not resolved. Because of their disorganization, I almost missed my flight. This hotel is a complete waste of money—avoid it at all costs.

Hotel location is very good..inside the woods,big territory,good rooms overal..I jist reccomend hotel adminostration to improve restaurant service..all the time ,there were not enough spoons for tea ,or tea cups was not,i several times were waiting to reffil them to use.

This hotel is very cozy and the staff were extra kind, especially the guest relation's staff "Tamuna" who dealt with us like a daughter would deal with parents. We were really touched by her warm treatment. On the departure day, our car did not start, so the bellboy went out of his way and brought a jump cable to start the car because the battery was dead, and he requested a colleague to bring his car and they started the car for us. Such things make a difference to customers. The front desk manager was very helpful in finding us the suite we wanted and made sure we got what we wanted. The room was very nice with an amazing view and a hug balcony. All I can say is that I strongly recommend this hotel and I will certainly go back to it.

The worst stuff and service. Very rude and irresponsible! Managers are not willing to solve your problem and even if you are totally unsatisfied, you can not cancel your stay or get a refund. I have never seen worse service or management stuff, especially manager Natia and the head of spa centre. Two rude and unprofessional people, not responsible for their mistakes. If you want to pay a lot of money for getting stressed, then visit this awful „hotel“

The hotel is luxurious in its structure and gardens but there were two things I did not like: The restaurant service at breakfast was pathetic. The availability of coffee mugs, water glasses, salt-pepper sets etc were hard to find. Secondly, the room service rates are absurd. I ordered a beef burger, an apple strudel and a malt whisky (Mccallan Select Oak) which as per the menu should have cost GEL 81. Instead I was charged GEL 158!! Such a premium is absolutely ridiculous. An otherwise beautiful property which I would have rated highly for its room and ambience was marred by my room service and breakfast experience

This is the dirtiest and most unfriendly hotel I have ever seen in Georgia. The hotel has dangerous food, cases of poisoning requiring an ambulance are not uncommon, so your vacation will be ruined. Regarding poisoning, you will not find any managerial participation or assistance. And you will never get your money back in case of cancellation. In general, the information on the booking does not correspond to reality. The pool is covered with a black coating of mucus and mold, the area is old and unkempt, the windows look out onto high-rise buildings with refugees. I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children. My Georgian friends were really surprised why I chose such a bad hotel, now I will be more careful relate to planning. Thanks to recommendations, we moved to another hotel, not far from the park, and met completely different conditions and reception.
