Hotel in zona Theatre des Salinieres, Bordeaux

Struttura a circa 700 m dal centro di Bordeaux. Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni. Le camere sono carine, spaziose e dispongono di un cucìnino. La colazione è sufficiente. Offre un parcheggio interno a pagamento, indispensabile per chi come noi ha girato molto in macchina. Punto sicuramente debole è il servizio di pulizia delle stanze, infatti in 5 giorni non hanno mai spazzato il pavimento e abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi una scopa. Comunque tutto sommato esperienza gradevole

Value for money place to stay especially if you are using Bordeaux as a stepping off point to go further south as just by the main station. Room compact and functional but very clean. Shower good and instant hot water. Bed a bit hard for my liking but my wife slept like a log and loved it. Only issue when we were there was only 1 lift working and if on a higher floor there was quite a wait to get up and down . Would recommend

Una città famosa per il suo vino rosso, ha molto sole tutto l'anno, ma abbiamo appena recuperato la pioggia, nelle parole della gente del posto, siamo persone molto fortunate. Come sempre, l'hotel internazionale a cinque stelle Hilton, ad eccezione della relativamente piccola area della stanza, tutto il resto non ha niente da criticare, non c'è niente di eccezionale e non c'è niente da criticare, è a circa 20 minuti di auto dal Museo del vino. Ci vogliono circa 12 minuti di auto da Piazza della Borsa, la posizione è più comoda, il parcheggio costa 20 euro al giorno.

Ho alloggiato in uno degli appartamenti della residenza per circa 10 giorni. La residenza si trova in punto strategico, non lontana dalla fermata del tram che permette di raggiungere il centro della città in pochissimi minuti. Lo staff è cordiale e negli appartamenti c'è tutto ciò che vi può essere utile per un soggiorno di media-lunga durata. La pulizia non è eccellente, ma nella media. Lo consiglio se avete bisogno di un alloggio provvisorio a Bordeaux e dintorni.

Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel prima, abbiamo avuto una famiglia vicino, siamo andati a cena e siamo tornati al nostro fob chiave non funzionava e non siamo riusciti a tornare nella nostra stanza. Abbiamo chiamato il numero di emergenza sulla porta, poiché la ricezione è chiusa tra le 7 e le 7 e non ci sono dipendenti dell'hotel nelle stanze in questo momento. Abbiamo parlato con un guardiano che non ha parlato inglese e povero francese che ci ha detto che avrebbe fatto un giro di sicurezza per mezzanotte, ma dovremmo rimanere fuori fino a allora - era 8.30pm! Abbiamo detto che era impossibile e che dovevamo tornare in camera, a cui ci ha detto che non era il suo problema. Dopo 30 minuti di discussione ci ha chiesto di aprire un portafoglio e prendere un altro biglietto da camera e ha detto che dovremmo rimanere in un altro stanza per la notte - ovviamente non una soluzione, perché avevamo i farmaci nella stanza che doveva essere preso, A cui rispose non era il suo problema e avremmo dovuto portarlo a cena con noi. A questo punto abbiamo chiesto di parlare con un supervisore e minacciato una denuncia formale. Finalmente ha accettato di fare il 30 minuti di auto per l'hotel da dove era, ma quando è arrivato qui non aveva idea di come aprire la stanza. Sebbene la ricezione della mattina seguente abbia convenuto che questo era inaccettabile e che il ricevitore aveva capito, abbiamo deciso di andare da qualche altra parte e non vediamo ancora un rimborso per questo terribile servizio clienti.

L'hotel è un po' lontano dalla città, ma può parcheggiare gratuitamente.Se è auto-conduzione, è molto consigliabile, perché il parcheggio a Bordeaux è molto difficile.L'hotel è molto pulito, il bagno è un po' piccolo, il letto è molto grande e il bagno è molto comodo.L'atteggiamento del servizio di frontiera dell'hotel è anche buono. Dopo le nove della notte, non c'è modo di controllare.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil est agréable et bien décoré, sans rien demander on nous informe d’un sur classement, belle surprise., chambre magnifique. Très vite on déchante, une odeur insoutenable dans la chambre( pique les yeux et la gorge), un technicien vient constater sans solution, On nous change de chambre. Chambre alors bruyante, plus petite, plus de café, plus de surclassement… lit d’appoint à 15€ avec impossibilité de dormir dedans (barres de lit) contrainte de mettre le matelas par terre… Aucune info donnée sur salle sa spa et fitness que l’on découvrira sur un panneau en partant. Bref un séjour décevant pour le prix .

Comparte la recepción con el Hotel Campanile, y eso se agradece, pues tienes recepción las 24 horas del día. A mi personalmente no me gusta hacer el Checking con una máquina. La habitación es moderna y suficientemente amplia. El hotel debe ser nuevo o construido hace poco. Personalmente he estado cómodo en la habitación y la relación calidad-precio me ha parecido muy buena. Como cosas negativas, que no hay jabón de manos en el baño (tienes que utilizar el dispensador de la ducha) y que está en una zona donde hay muchos mosquitos (al menos a principios de septiembre, que es cuando yo me he alojado), con lo que no puedes abrir la ventana. Eso sí, la habitación está climatizada y desde ese punto tampoco es necesario abrirla. Está en una zona no residencial, cerca del aeropuerto y lejos del centro de Burdeos. Hay una parada de tranvía al lado y tiene un parking gratuito bastante amplio.

I stayed together with my partner at your hotel in Merignac last week the nights of the 29th and 30th of October. The night of the 30th we came back to the hotel around 22:30 p.m. and the reception was closed, so we used our card to open the main entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, the card was not working as the door did not open. We tried several times to call the number which appeared in the front door, but no one replied. Suddenly some customers who were inside the hotel appeared and they opened us the front door. They told us that they have faced same issue; they could not open the front door. Additionally, they could not open their bedroom door, as the card was not working. We tried as well to open our bedroom door, but same issue happened, the card did not work. We were around two hours trying to reach someone from the hotel to solve this unpleasant situation, but we had no response at all. We were checking numbers of different Nemea hotels. We talked to both Lyon and Toulouse hotels, but they told us that they could not help us. They were stating that they were independent hotels and that they had no relationship between each other. We really felt abandoned and the whole situation was very unpleasant. We did as well call the police as we were desperate to solve this issue. As we had no response whatsoever from the hotel, we decided at around 0:15 a.m. to leave Nemea and search another hotel to spend the night. We needed to get a sleep. Same did the family that were with us in the reception. Moreover, they had two young daughters. Next morning, we went into the Nemea reception to explain the whole situation. The response we got from the man in the reception was to write an email to the following email account: merignac-stadium@nemea.fr. We did not accept so as we wanted a compensation on that same day. After that they agreed to pay us for the new hotel room we booked. This was not acceptable, and we required to compensate for the lost time, the several calls we did, the medication I was not able to take, and all the inconveniences caused. Finally, we got paid the hotel night at Ibis plus the Smartbox value. Finally, we would like to take the chance for you to recheck the internal policies on how you control the security as well as the emergency numbers in case any technological damage arises. A customer cannot be left abandoned as it has been done in this case.

Excellent value for the price paid (£40 per night without breakfast). It is a very nice double room, with an en-suite shower and toilet. It is clean and modern, small but has all you need for an airport stay. There is a small desk, TV, aircon, hanging space for clothes. Towels and shower gel are provided. It is ideal if you have an early morning flight, and 1 tram stop from Bordeaux airport. It takes 2 mins to walk to the tram stop and the first tram to the airport leaves at 4.45am. Though they can arrange a taxi for you if required. They kindly printed my boarding pass. You can check out early in the morning, use the key drop to hand back the key, and you are given the gate code to get out when reception is not open. The only issue I had was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working - this may have just been in the room. I didn’t have the time to inform reception, so perhaps they could have rectified this. Reception staff are helpful. You can pay for breakfast at an extra charge. Hotel doesn’t offer lunch/evening meals but there’s plenty of restaurants walking distance or short tram ride away. Very good value for the price paid, compared to other nearby hotels. I would stay again if I had an early morning flight.
