I would like to give my opinion in 0 point to 10 points. Situation: 8/10 Is pretty closed to convention center and tramways rail so it's easy to reach to the center of Bordeaux. Room & Amenities: 6/10 just a bit disappointed with the room of Pullman Bordeaux Lac (feels deference of design than other Pullman hotels we have stayed). Room more like Novotel styles instead of Pullman Styles. Furniture & decoration don't feel like you are in Pullman. Bathroom & shower is not usual like Pullman style. Also our room (420) we heard noise from elevator so bad. Breakfast & Bar & Restaurant: 7/10 (same area). Breakfast: cleanliness a bit unusual (food station a bit untidy i.e. spoon for scrambled eggs is very dirty with eggs, empty water bottle stay in water station for a while etc.). We were there in a rush time (8.30 A.M. but is not an excuse for cleanliness anyway). Lunch: service is pretty good and food is tasty. Service & Staffs: 10/10 since check in, at the Bar & restaurant, check out & called Taxi service are excellence. We appreciated for your service. Overall: 7/10 Pullman Bordeaux Lac maybe better to stay here if you're come for business but for leisure maybe better to stay in Bordeaux downtown.

Questo hotel era di una sorta. Abbiamo avuto una bella vacanza. Da la ricezione, alle camere confortevoli, al ristorante! Tutto era perfetto. Gli splendidi ricevitori! La stanza era stata ristrutturata, pulita, fresca, e il letto era fenomenale. Il ristorante era aperto e aveva un grande cibo! Ordiniamo il famoso burger del cuoco che era delizioso, e l'entrecote che era carino e ben cucinato. Questo hotel merita il hype. 10/10 !

Sono davvero incredibile! Mi sto guidando da Spagna al Regno Unito e questo fermo ci ha aiutato a riprenderci dalla stanchezza e a iniziare a riprendersi! L'attenzione e la cura del personale sono ciò che merita davvero 5 stelle. Ripetiamo!

First impressions is this place is like a motel from an American movie with roller shutters on the windows. However, room & bathroom were more than adequate, lovely and clean, crisp bed linen & towels. Air conditioning worked well too. The front desk staff (day and night) were very polite and helpful, and also spoke good English. The bar area is limited but we had good service regardless. The continental breakfast was generous for €11, with plenty of fresh coffee, fruit juices, fruit, meat & cheese, cereals and all kinds of breads and pastries. The 2 waitresses were super helpful and friendly as well. Location was great for main route access as well as the brilliant tram facility, which was €1.70 a journey into the centre of town. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a fantastic 5 nights in this hotel at the end of July 2023. We got the A line tram into the city from the airport and then transfered to the C Line tram which dropped us off a 1 minute walk from the hotel. The location is perfect. Very quiet with lovely trees in the garden and around the pool creating shade. When we arrived the reception staff could not have been any more helpful. They even kept the kitchen open for us to get lunch as we arrived it was just about to close the lunch sitting. After flying from Ireland, we were thrilled that the staff were that willing to help us out. The staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English if we could not communicate in our broken French. Rooms were spotlessly clean every day and the hotel lobby /bar area was just beautiful with bright colourful furniture and an amazing water feature at reception. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant on 2 occasions and the food was very good, with the 3 course menu for 29euro being very good value for money. The pool was cleaned every morning and we were impressed that despite all the trees in the garden, we never found a single leaf or piece of debris in the pool. This is a sign of the care and diligence of the staff. Overall experience could be summarised as : 1. Great location by tramline for access to Bordeaux city. 2. Very friendly and attentative staff with good communication skills 3. Spotlessly clean hotel rooms, lobby, pool and garden 4. Great food in the restaurant. Will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Prenotazione provvisoria durante il ritorno del viaggio.Era circa le 11:30 di sera, molti hotel non hanno accettato prenotazioni.Era molto tardi per arrivare a Bordeaux da Normandie.L'ordine è stato presto accettato, il che ci rende molto soddisfatti. L'hotel è situato vicino al centro commerciale di Bordeaux, e ci sono molti hotel di diversi marchi intorno allo stesso gruppo.La stanza non è grande, il parcheggio è molto conveniente, non molti tipi di colazione ma soddisfano le esigenze di base.Siamo soddisfatti di questo hotel Ibis.

We were expecting the rooms to look like the pictures on their website and social media, and those on Tripadvisor. But, that wasn't the case for us. Some of the rooms are old, tired, damp, grubby and waiting to be re-furbished. Make sure you ask for a newly refurbished room! However, the beds were clean and so were the towels. The frontage of the hotel could also do with a makeover. Looks rundown on the outside.

Questo ostello è stato probabilmente il migliore per il suo prezzo che abbia mai fatto. Sono molto utile e amichevole, ho trovato un sonno eccezionale grazie alla tua buona privacy nel letto con cortine. Se vuoi visitare il bellissimo Bordeaux e non vuoi spendere un tonnellino di soldi per dormire questo ostello è perfetto per te!

Francamente, è davvero top per il prezzo. È pulito, moderno e cosi', il colazione è delizioso e il personale arrangiante e simpatico. Menzione speciale per la signora del colazione che è assolutamente adorabile, una vera piccola mamma! Sono arrivato molto malato all’hotel con un’estinzione della voce, lei mi ha fatto delle raccomandazioni di tè con miele per andare meglio e ogni giorno a prendere delle notizie di me fino al giorno di partenza. Un vero sole, è caldo nel cuore.

Molto buona scelta per questo appartamento hotel, non appena l’ingresso vi sarà seduto... siamo arrivati tardi e avevamo la nostra carta a disposizione in una scatola a chiave . Siamo arrivati alla stanza e... il migliore aria condizionata in rotta e divano letto piegato per nostro figlio. Molto pulito e decorazione del gusto. In breve, chiudi gli occhi.
