Hotel in zona Boat Station 1, Isola di Boracay

Service was very good and very friendly, the breakfast is amazing, lots of choices, different kind of filipino dishes. The location is also very nice, beachfront hotel, the place is very clean, very new, and the Deluxe direct pool access is a must! Its very beautiful there, definitely will go back there again soon! Thank you for letting us feel very comfortable.

Perfect place to stay in Boracay. It is the only hotel on Boracay with a Mall within, which makes it so unique because everything you need is already there, and it is only a 3-minute walk going to the pristine white beachfront. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly and helpful. Great location, great service and good value for the money. Without a doubt, on our next visit, we will definitely book into this Hotel again. Highly recommended hotel to stay in the island. This hotel makes our vacation worth to remember.

Très bel hôtel situé à la station 1 sur la White Beach un peu à l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville (proche de la plage Diniwid) Tout d’abord je tiens à préciser que j’ai rajouté une 4ème étoile au commentaire uniquement grâce à l’accueil du personnel (notamment l’accueil de la jeune femme ayant réalisé avec nous le check in et Check out) et à la qualité du breakfast. Pour les points positifs : - Très belle vue depuis les chambres - Bâtiment moderne - Accueil et professionnalisme du personnel - Très bon breakfast et restaurant - Localisation - Piscine à débordement Les points à améliorer : - Wifi très instable, c’est un peu limite pour un 5 étoiles étant donné le prix des chambres (400 euros la nuit) - Nombreux trous dans le carrelage de la piscine à débordement, pas très classe pour un 5 étoiles également - Climatisation bruyante dans certaines chambres (ça été le cas dans notre chambre côté plage) - Insonorisation a revoir (plafond et porte) dans les chambres hauts de gamme avec piscine privée - Portes des chambres ayant tendance à ne pas se refermer automatiquement lorsque l’on sort, moyen niveau sécurité - Salle du restaurant très bruyante, impossible de petit déjeuner au calme le matin … - Notre seconde chambre présentait de nombreuses traces de fuites sur le mur en provenance de l’étage supérieur, cela devrait être rénové avant de louer la chambre (rappel 400 euros la nuit) - Les piscines privées des chambres haut de gamme ne sont pas chauffées et non exposées au soleil - Location de scooter à 5000 pesos la journée, c’est énorme !! - Organisation d’événements côté plage troublant la tranquillité des chambres notamment la nuit (jusqu’à 23h) Le rapport qualité prix n’est pour moi pas au rendez vous actuellement étant donné les points cités précédemment, c’est un bel hôtel avec des employés vraiment bienveillants avec les clients et c’est très appréciable mais il faut revoir très rapidement la connexion wifi et la rénovation de la piscine à débordement, avec ses améliorations l’hôtel méritera sincèrement ses 5 étoiles et j’aurai plaisir à y revenir.

Questo soggiorno è deludente perché non è stato un soggiorno tranquillo, è un dato che si va a Boracay per rilassarsi e riprendersi, ma non lo abbiamo fatto perché c'era una rinnovazione in corso proprio sopra la nostra stanza. Non abbiamo ricevuto una precedente accoppiamento, perché se lo facessimo, non avremmo dovuto sbrigarci a rimanere. Non era tollerabile. Era disturbante, distratto, e causa un mal di testa. Ho chiamato il desktop di fronte dopo l'iscrizione e ci ho chiesto di essere trasferiti ma non è stato concesso. Ho chiesto un rimborso invece, ma hanno offerto che non riprenderanno la rigenerazione fino al giorno successivo (sabato). Ho apprezzato e ho aspettato che dal giorno dopo la domenica non ci fosse nemmeno un lavoro da fare. Ho dormito tardi ieri sera e mi sono svegliato alle 8:00 a causa del rumore insopportabile di sa domenica. Non hanno fermato le operazioni invece ci hanno offerto di essere trasferiti in una stanza nel primo piano, ma non ha senso perché ci andremo anche fuori. La colazione non era buona nemmeno. Era 4/10. Le scelte erano povere. Spero che la prossima volta possano servire anche solo due selezioni, ma, delizioso. Ciò che è lodevole, anche se il personale è utile e sempre sorridono. Per concludere, non dovrebbero permettere agli ospiti di soggiornare in camere colpite a causa della rinominazione perché è inutile.

La mia famiglia si trovava all'Ambasciatore in Paradiso per celebrare l'85° anniversario di mio padre. È stata la nostra prima visita a Boracay. L'intero personale era incredibilmente caldo, professionale ed efficiente a sostenere le questioni di mobilità di mio padre. Il loro eccellente servizio cominciò con il trasferimento aeroportuale. Con Victor, aiutarono mio padre a camminare verso e da la carrozza, la barca a veloci, poi verso il lobby. Non potevamo arrivare mio padre senza il loro aiuto. La stanza era molto pulita e ben attrezzata e la posizione del resort sulla spiaggia era incredibile. Sono un precoce risorsa e hanno preparato il loro buffet ogni mattina con deliziosi preferiti filipino colazione come Tocino, riso fritto di aglio, bangus e Silog. I miei figli amavano vedere i danzatori di fuoco e i danzatori locali fare il Tinking, e ci hanno aiutato a prenotare un'escursione privata di un'isola. Dalle loro raccolte alla guida, è stata un'esperienza inoltrabile vedere le spiagge e le isole di Boracay.

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben auch ein Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, frische Handtücher gebracht usw. Der Pool ist auch ganz ok, allerdings befindet sich am vorderen Pool eine kleine Baustelle, da der Pool erneuert wird und dadurch es etwas lauter sein kann , durch diese Bauarbeiten. stündlich fuhr ein Shuttlebus bis zur Station 2, der Fahrer lässt einen auch vorher raus, das hat wunderbar geklappt Was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist leider die Lage, Man muss paar Meter bis zum Strand laufen, hin geht’s bergab :/ ca 5 min bis zum Strand. Das Frühstück war auch nicht so besonders gut, fast keine Auswahl, daher sind wir dann nicht mehr morgens hin.

La stanza è ben igienica. Ci sono molti vestiti per le vacanze lungo la spiaggia. I vestiti possono essere facilmente incollati. Servizio: molto intimido, mando una tazza di sabbia di ghiaccio di Xiang quando entra. Servizi: oltre ai bagni in camera, ho bisogno di portarlo da solo.Mi piace di più il loro colazione sana, colazione intera di frumento, verdure.Ci sono molte opzioni

Excelltent staff service (i.e., booking, reception , room service). They are very attentive and perceptive to customer needs and very quick to take action. Our group can tell that they have very good internal communication/coordination. We stayed in La Concha room at the topmost 4th floor. While I've read some concerns here regarding the lack of elevator, we never saw that as an issue because the staff can take care of our luggages going up anyway. Plus it's just 4 floors so no big deal. The La Concha room is very spacious. We were a group of 6 and the room gave everyone a lot of space to relax. It has a spacious living area where we spent most of our time relaxing. All of the sleeping areas are spacious and very comfortable. They have wonderful and sturdy beds (even the extra mattresses are great). We have one extra bed downstairs but it is still tucked away from the living area. All of us had wonderful sleep because the room itself is very quiet and the beds are wonderful. The wash/kitchen area has a microwave, electric kettle, and a small ref so it's pretty functional. The La Concha has two restrooms. The main restroom downstairs is very spacious, easy to clean, and very functional. It has heat in both the shower and wash area. There's also hairdryer and a wall mounted round mirror which you can pull out to use while doing your makeup. It has a tiny restroom in the main sleeping area upstairs. It makes life convenient because we didn't have to go downstairs just to take a leak or brush our teeth. Despite the La Concha being a huge loft-type room, its two split-type aircon units located upstairs handled the job well and can cozy up the place. With the aid of the electric fan downstairs, the room can be a cozy retreat even if the day outside is very hot or humid. Some areas for improvement: 1. We wished the small ref could be a bit bigger or more stable. Looks like it's gonna fall out if we put too much stuff in. 2. Adding stand fans in the 2 sleeping areas upstairs or maybe a ceiling fan could surely make the circulation of cold air faster. 3. The room, specifically the living area, could make use of an additional light bulb or anything to brighten it up. Overall, despite the points raised above, our whole group agrees that our stay in Jony's Beach Resort is a very pleasant one and La Concha is a wonderful room to stay in. We will surely book this place and room again when we return to Boracay.

The location of the resort was phenomenal being a beach front resort. The palm and tropical trees peppered throughout the property is a great difference to the more ”hotel” condominium aesthetic that other resorts have. Its on the quieter side of the island but a nice walking distance to the other places at station 2. Very clean spaces. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

The room is nice, staff is really kind and caring and willing to give tips about anything you ask them for. Very cheap price as well, so a great pick for a cheaper hotel in Station 1.
