Ive already spotted this hotel since my student backpacker days and I felt a little sad how the facilities were not maintained. Though customer swrbice is superb, I feel the hotel couldve been more if they improve their facilities

Its a big mistake booking this Hotel.
The building was too old, from the lift you can smell the rust, old filty and havent been maintain hotel unfortunately.
When you call the front office it will take ages for them to response.
I did checked in and viewed the room, we checked the shower, no water is coming out to the point need to call their ONLY ONE housekeeper on duty that day.
The LOBBY was filled with paper litters and the front office didn’t dare to clean because she said its housekeeping job.
( my house is cleaner than this hotel, why should i pay and stay here?)
After checking the room, we decided to dine outside since their dinning area seems nobody dined at all. What a waste of location.
After we dined, we decided to call TRIP.com and report the issue the unaccepatble standard.
I dont care if we cannot get refund but we cannot stay in that hotel. I hope TRIP.com should have a Quality Assurance to do Occular of the hotel you are advertising online,photos are quite deceiving.
I am writing this for the awareness of other travelers.
Don’t be deceived.
