Perfect stay. Not one issues. Lovely clean up to date place. All the employees were efficient and friendly. Busy check-in but went smoothly. Room was clean, up to date, and everything work just fine. Coffee maker, frig, microwave, hot water in shower, plenty of pressure. Room was quite. Bed comfortable. Room large. Breakfast was tasty with a deceit range of offerings including: juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, toast, biscuits and gravy and 4 types of yogurt. The only thing I would suggest adding is some pastries. Young women that worked the breakfast was right on top of everything!! She kept the offerings full and the area spotless. There was also plenty seating. I would stay again next time passing thru town. What a value for your money.

Tutto considerato, mi sono trovata molto bene a questo hotel, che offre camere spaziose con una vista spettacolare sullo Snake River. Il personale era molto accogliente e gentile, hanno sempre fatto del loro meglio per rispondere alle mie domande e per aiutarmi in caso di difficoltà. Ad esempio, quando ho avuto difficoltà a connettermi a internet durante una tempesta di neve, una delle signore della reception si è gentilmente offerta di condividere con me la sua connessione dati, così che potessi avvertire i miei studenti della necessità di rimandare la lezione programmata di lì a pochi minuti. E’ stato davvero gentile da parte sua! Ho letto e sentito di persone che si lamentano della sporcizia nella stanze. Personalmente non ho avuto questa esperienza, la mia camera era pulita e ordinata. Forse la moquette può dare l’impressione di essere sporca o polverosa, ma a un secondo sguardo diventa subito chiaro che è solo un po’sbiadita. C’era tantissimo spazio e il letto era enorme, mi è quasi sembrato di tornare bambina! L’unica vera pecca per me è stata la colazione, non tanto per la scelta un po’scarsa, quanto per il gran numero di rifiuti causato da piatti e posate usa-e-getta. Mi rendo conto che a molti potrebbe sembrare una piccolezza e che sarebbe una spesa in più per l’hotel usare piatti riutilizzabili (senza contare assumere qualcuno per lavarli), ma il pensiero di tutto quello spreco, soprattutto in una zona dove nulla viene riciclato, mi ha intristito molto. Sono persino arrivata a portare ciotole e bicchieri di plastica in camera, lavarli e metterli in valigia per riportarli in Lituania, in modo tale da riciclarli. Una goccia nell’oceano, certo, ma proprio non ce l’ho fatta a buttarli nel misto. Questa è l’unica cosa che mi ferma dal dare cinque stelle. Per il resto, le eventuali piccole imperfezioni sono messe in ombra dai tanti aspetti positivi.

Andare all'hotel nel centro di Yellowstone, andare a Yellowstone a mezz'ora di distanza. L'hotel è buono. Il grande supermercato intorno all'hotel è anche conveniente. Si consiglia di andare a Yellowstone il primo giorno o l'ultimo giorno per considerare questo negozio

The Candlewood Suites were a nice pit stop on our way back from Yellowstone NP. Amenities that others have noted inside the rooms and building are all well-maintained and COVID-clean. Our room had a view of the river (see photo) but it's not that special of a view given that you're staring at an industrial area and the evening we were there a bit of police activity was going on across the river. But with the smoky haze from the forest fires further west coloring the sky it was a very colorful sunset. Check-in/check-out went very smoothly. Parking is ample. The property itself is about a couple miles from the falls area and the freeway. Only one real issue and, hopefully, this gets someone's attention. During our stay we were walking near the lobby area and it appeared that a staff meeting was going on at that time. The individual running the meeting was being somewhat inappropriate with the staff, berating and being quite critical about a number of issues. Such conduct should NEVER be conducted in full public view (IMHO as a manager of 30+ years) and I'm surprised the staff puts up with it or ownership condones it. This was a real mood killer for my wife and I. Staff meetings should be conducted in a meeting room out of earshot of guests, period. Except for the above, this is a really nice property.

Le immagini sembrano grandi. Odio dire che l'edificio era sporco. La stanza era sporca, come nei piani non erano vuoti. Nella hall o nelle stanze. Un orribile rumore che usciva dal bagno vicino a noi sembrava che l'acqua stava scorrendo, quindi il bagno cercava sempre di riempirsi. Era un rumore di alta pressione, non si sa se fosse un compressore frigorifero o no. Le mura non saranno troppo spesso, e noi sentiamo facilmente le persone che ci sono sopra. La colazione non è nemmeno disturbata.

I stayed here for several days in July 2024 and it was a really good experience. The person who checked me in was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and quiet. The full-size fridge includes an ice maker that makes a ton of ice. The AC was very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable with high quality bedding and nice pillows. I loved having a full sized coffee maker as well. They have a little pantry area stocked with snacks and drinks with prices that are comparable to what you would pay in a grocery store. I have had some not so great stays at other hotels in Idaho Falls so I was extremely glad this was a good experience.

Il mio Hisband e io ci sono davvero divertiti, ma l'unica cosa che non ci piaceva era le letti, che erano come dormire su gelatina. Devo certamente alzare il grado sui letti. Ma altri, oltre a quello che abbiamo avuto un bel tempo. Il ristorante chiamato Obradys era davvero buono, anche se è tornato per colazione.
