We had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal, on the beach. We had an incident with noise on the first night from two wedding parties and this affected our sleep. The receptionists Hugo and Hestia did a superb job in rectifying the situation by offering us a new room and an upgrade at the same time. Most of the front desk staff speak English, and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. It’s a fantastic hotel for a family. We got wonderful weather and were able to spend plenty of time on the beach even though it was winter.

The location is simply perfect — the hotel is situated right inside a shopping mall with a large supermarket, and there are countless cafés, restaurants, and bars just steps away. It’s incredibly convenient for both short and longer stays. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The property itself is relatively new and in excellent condition: everything feels fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The only minor downside was the breakfast. While it was decent and had the basics, it wasn’t as varied or impressive compared to other hotels in this category. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. If you value a prime location combined with modern, comfortable serviced apartments, Ascott M-City Foshan is a great choice.
