Ho soggiornato in questo hotel molte volte. Soggiorno sempre qui in viaggio d'affari. La posizione è ottima. L'hotel ha un aspetto alto. Il responsabile del servizio clienti Xuexue è cordiale e premuroso. Ha portato anche della frutta. La colazione in hotel è anche fantastico, è delizioso e non è male

I booked this hotel despite knowing it’s a bit far from the city center, typically requiring a 45-minute to 1-hour cab ride or a 1.5-hour journey by metro (there are two metro stations nearby). After calculating the cost savings of staying here and using cabs versus staying downtown, I found it worth it. That said, if you’re on a tight schedule, the location might not be ideal. One of the main reasons I chose this place was its newness, spaciousness, and the inclusion of a washing machine, which is essential for longer stays. However, since the property is newly established, many nearby F&B options are still under construction, especially around the hotel area. That said, there are nearby malls like Wanda Mall where you can find food and other necessities. A café and a mini-mart are already operational, and the area might become livelier in a few months. Cleanliness: I have to put it out there that I am particular when it comes to cleanliness. While the hotel is clean overall, there seems to be a lack of consistent training for the housekeeping staff. For instance, despite the initial unclean room being promptly addressed and replaced, I noticed a pile of hair/dust in one spot from Day 4 until the end of our stay—it remained untouched. I do hope that the cleaning staff would take extra precautions and being more thorough during their rounds. Overall, the cleaning staff were friendly and apologetic when reminded, but it would have been better if the cleaning was consistently thorough without needing reminders (almost on a daily basis). Amenities: I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom—it was a nice touch and made my stay more enjoyable. However, I did have an issue with the towels. While they were new and clean, I wished they had better quality. The towel piles would shed and stick to my body and face after use, which was frustrating. I hope this is something the hotel can address in the future. Service : The service has its highs and lows, but I will still give it a 5 as the staffs are friendly and apologetic for the issue caused. For instance, when we initially received an unclean room, the staff promptly moved us to a clean one and offered complimentary breakfast (though we didn’t end up using it). The hotel’s service WeChat was efficient, and staff responded quickly to requests. However, there were a few hiccups. For example, when we requested detergent and later asked for extra water upon delivery, the staff appeared slightly taken aback and commented on why we didn’t request both at the same time. While it might have been a minor misunderstanding, the comment and attitude felt unnecessary. One major inconvenience was the WiFi, which went down twice during our stay—once for an entire day. This was especially frustrating as I was on a work trip and had to rely on roaming, which incurred additional charges. While the staff apologized and reimbursed us, stable WiFi is essential and should be a priority. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money if you don’t mind the distance. I do hope that the hotel will have a better cleaning SOP in future.

Abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, anzi, ogni membro dello staff è stato davvero gentile! Abbiamo apprezzato molto il servizio. Le strutture sono discrete, ma per raggiungere il ristorante, la spiaggia o la reception bisogna uscire all'aperto senza aria condizionata. La spiaggia è bella e ci siamo divertiti a nuotare. Tuttavia, non c'è musica dal vivo né attività serali. La colazione è buona per i clienti locali, ma mancano diverse cose per i clienti internazionali, come marmellata, diversi tipi di torte, ecc.

Situazione conveniente con cibo a piedi. Camera moderna, spaziosa e pulita. Letto pulito e confortevole. Decente colazione Personale utile, responsabile e professionale.Mi ha aiutato con il lavanderia. Valore dei suoi pezzi di marchio 👍

La posizione è buona con il trasferimento di traffico e il flusso dall'aeroporto. Le camere sono ben attrezzate con sedie da massaggio, ma manca di manutenzione, rumore alti che usciranno dalla sedia durante l'operazione.

La stanza è ancora molto migliore della gente accanto, l'igiene e il servizio sono anche buoni.Ci sono anche cucina pubblica, lavanderia e viaggio conveniente.La casa è molto soddisfatta, la notte è più tranquilla e il letto è comodo.Il giorno dopo portare il bambino a immergersi e gli anziani si riposano nella sala pubblica. Torna con i bambini, le sorelle ci prestano ancora molto bene.🫰

Impianti: le strutture della stanza sono un po'vecchie, dopo tutto, sono state aperte per molti anni. Igiene: l'igiene è pulita e non c'è odore diverso nella casa (questo è importante) Ambiente: può essere situato nella zona prospera di Goo Jiangxian, molti pasti sottostanti ~ Può essere in qualsiasi momento (anche se al bordo della strada, ma davvero insolito, molto tranquillo, molto piace) Servizio: la signorina Reception è molto buona, la colazione è anche buona ~

Il posto era molto pulito, a 400-500 metri dalla statina di metro Wangshengwei, che è solo 1 metro dal complesso del cantone, e una vista molto buona

The mattress was so hard like wood. Was that a wooden board with beddings laid on top or what?!. I think that's the only downside i can pinpoint exactly. Areas I thought it could improve in: -Bidet would've been nice. Everytime I sat down, I felt chills down my spine(:(. -The location. I liked the building B better, do they access it only to Chinese citizens or what? -The pool and the hot spring was out of order. It was expected as it's not the season to use them. But-! It was quite hot that day (29ºC to 14ºC) so I asked if they could do us a favor and fill one of the tubs but they said no. :( After all that walking and beach stuff, I needed that relaxing hot spring). Regardless, there are things that I did enjoy. Specifically,: -The tea set was exquisite. Had that traditional chinese craftsmanship and even the tea packaging felt special(for a freebie) -Quality of the one-use amenities. The items provided felt like items you get for everyday use rather than hotel provided one-time use bathroom supplies. -The shower water was HOT. That hot water rundown was exactly what a girly needs. -The view. The garden downstairs was a sight to see. Especially at night. The wooden railings and the stairs light up beautifully when the sun goes down. -Service. They were really kind. From the moment we went in till the moment we went back- they were all smiled and tried their best to serve their customers. -Sitting area in every corner. You'll know when you get there. You can sit in your room or outside. There were at least 10 different seating areas with different amount of chairs and table. Plus, the chairs were comfortable.(some were not tho) Overall, this place is 8 to 8.5/10 Extra tips I wanted to add: -DO NOT FORGET TO BUY PLENTY OF ANTI MOSQUITO OIL, SPRAY, BRACELET, WTVR -DO.NOT.DO.LAUNDRY. Unless it's early in the morning till sun goes down or during hot summers. -Go to building B for restaurant, cafe or breakfast.

This is an excellent hotel the staff working here are super kind. I highly recommend it the value for the money is unbeatable and the location is perfect, close to tons of restaurants and shops of all kinds, not to mention that transport links are very nearby. It’s a very good hotel. I don’t understand some of the negative comments because the price-to-quality ratio is top notch I suspect some of them are acting in bad faith...
