Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti al YUN Resort Shenzhen Longcheer e abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza.L'hotel è molto familiare e il servizio clienti è stato eccellente dall'inizio alla fine. La mia famiglia e io abbiamo recentemente trascorso un weekend al Kenmore Art Hotel Residence, ed è stato, in un'espressione, eccezionale. Stavamo cercando un posto che offre più spazio e carattere di un hotel standard, e questa proprietà ha fornito oltre le nostre speranze.La nostra residenza a due camere è stata incredibilmente progettata spazioso, pulito, e piena di luce naturale. La zona di vita separata ci ha dato spazio per diffondersi, e la cucina ben attrezzata era ideale per preparare piccoli pasti, ma il show-stop era il bagno principale. Il tubo libero, profondo, situato dalla finestra di terra-to-soffitto, che offre una vista panoramica della città, è stato un lusso quotidiano che tutti adoravamo, trasformando un bagno semplice in una esperienza serena e memorabile.

Nice location, freshness of air in the morning that you can’t find in the city area but plenty of mosquitos. Bamboo room is excellent if you liked natural environment but there isn’t much activities to do, not even a TV is available in the room. Unless you rent an electric scooter to roam the village area. There are plenty of area for nice Instagram photos including the Hot Air Ballon ride, Paragliding etc. Worth a visit but not for long stay. Breakfast is also very average but the staff are super friendly and social.

Il servizio alla reception è stato ottimo. Pensavo fosse solo un piccolo B&B, invece l'hotel è più grande di quanto immaginassi, con camere pulite e ampie aree per le attività. È molto vicino alla spiaggia e c'è anche un'area giochi interna per bambini e una biblioteca di libri illustrati, quindi si può intrattenere i bambini per un'intera giornata. I ristoranti hanno tutti una vista mozzafiato sul mare di prima linea, e la colazione con quella vista è semplicemente spettacolare! Ah, e c'erano anche frutta di benvenuto + il primo riempimento del minibar + un regalino. Vale decisamente il prezzo!

La posizione è buona con il trasferimento di traffico e il flusso dall'aeroporto. Le camere sono ben attrezzate con sedie da massaggio, ma manca di manutenzione, rumore alti che usciranno dalla sedia durante l'operazione.

STAFF APPRECIATION: Simply wonderful. I encountered many staff members during my stay, working in the hotel itself, the various cafes and restaurants, and on the beach. Every single one was professional and kind and so very warm. Several of the young people working there also spoke English, which was an unexpected pleasure and convenience for which I was grateful. However, I owe a special thanks to the lovely little sisters at the front desk, Catie and Xiao Kue. Especially Catie. This sweet young woman took exceptional care of me during my stay, seeing to every need, answering every question (in English, no less), and patiently guiding my drivers to the location when I arrived or chose to go out and explore. I am getting older now and often require clear instructions and visual aids. 😅 She kindly offered both. 非常感谢。🙏 HOTEL REVIEW: There are multiple warnings given before and during the stay about ongoing construction next door, but it had minimal impact on my stay and, if you're out exploring and playing, you won't even notice it by the time you return in the evening. As promised, it started at breakfast time and concluded by 6pm in the evening around dinner time every day. I choose this hotel deliberately because, while a little more expensive than its competitors and a bit off the beaten path, it seemed to offer more convenience and privacy. I was so relieved to see that this was true. Their beach is small, but well-maintained and private, which meant no crowd and plenty of opportunity to take people-free pictures and simply sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea. There was also no shortage of dining options on the resort itself as well as nearby. Several fun, beautiful places to visit are also located a short drive away. However, if you're looking for a retreat, a place to simply rest and be close to nature, away from crowds, this place offers that as well. It was a welcome respite. I saw couple, families with children, and even a few other foreign guests all enjoying their time here. 🏖 Because I was on a budget this time, I chose the lowest priced room and was prepared to sacrifice my view of the sea. Unexpectedly, I didn't have to. This was a very happy surprise. ☺️ Though, I'll definitely try and splurge on a room on a higher floor next time as being near the entrance could sometimes be a little loud when guests arrived. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my time here and hope to return someday. TLDR; Wonderful, attentive staff; private, convenient location; stunning views; and several dining options all offer a very pleasant, worry-free getaway during peak season. Well worth the price and the journey. Every kind of traveler will find something to enjoy here.

Questa è la nostra seconda permanenza in questo hotel, la posizione è perfetta per noi, la vista è così buona, la camera è molto pulita, il personale di ricezione frontale e i custodi della casa hanno fornito un servizio molto buono e rapidamente risposto alla nostra richiesta. E si può godere delizioso cibo cantonese al piano superiore per il colazione. Mio figlio ama questo hotel così tanto. Puoi fare shopping nel centro di spedizione vicino e trovare vari deliziosi cibo. Lo consigliamo fortemente a tutti i visitatori di rimanere.

Meglio: vista di miliardi di dollari, posizione vicino alla spiaggia, camera abbastanza spaziosa, doccia grande, buona velocità Cons : vecchia stanza, odore di drenaggio in bagno, asciugamani in bagno sono stati dimenticati (la ricezione è stata utile per fornire più tardi) La ricezione era a 3 edifici lontani, non conveniente se necessario.
