Ms. Lai was so kind to send me the instructions on how to get to the hotel before I arrived. It's only about 2 min walk from subway. The room was big and cleaned. I love the big screen projector. I definitely thank the staff and will come back next time.

This hotel is amazing. There are butler service is amazing and very quick, the young staff have very good manners and are attentive. The view of hotel is breathe taking. Hotel is nice, modern and clean. Location is not an upside unless you want peace and quiet outside the city centre. No air ventilation system in the bathroom which is strange. Also, unable to have the choice of heating or AC at the same time as this is just how the hotel system works. I went when Guangzhou was getting warmer again and they still had the heating system on as it was much cooler the week before and there was no way to turn AC on as you just can't have both options at same time - so first night was pretty uncomfortable as it was stuffy and hot. The hot water in the shower was not hot enough either.

It was my first time travelling to suburban area in shenzhen. The drive from Futian took around 1 hour to arrive. The Butler has been contacting us before our arrival to make sure everything was smooth. We were surprised by the architecture and the location which was set at the mountain, it is quite private but still it is a short distance to the beach and beach side seafood restaurants. The Butler welcome us at the reception and everything was clean and ready at our room. The package come with 20mins photography, afternoon tea and morning breakfast. The photography “ah lon” (Mr Dragon) was a great photographer. He is over my expectations because his level of aesthetics is over the top! He is professional and quick enough to send me all the photos within same day! I am very happy with the outcome and this is absolutely another to do list if you come to Shen zhen. I would recommend people to come to this hotel to enjoy a relaxing night, with seafood meal at the beach area.

The hotel was nice and convenient. About a 5 minute walk to the subway station. The main issue I had was there was something in the fan that made the bathroom smell. Also there was a cockroach and a few moths coming from the shower drain. But I would say for the price it was still decent enough.

✨冷氣夠冷，熱水爐夠熱！！！這兩點加分！✨ 環境：入住當日園區有些少工程，有些區域在動工。整個園區不算很大，但感覺是個休息的好地方，區內很多綠植，走走散步拍拍照很舒適，看到有帶小狗入住的，在草地上玩耍～沒有小朋友玩的滑梯爬架等設備，比較適合團建或成人和寵物休閑渡假～小朋友來可能要帶點玩的～ 設施：這次訂了射手房，門口出去就看到泳池（但不能直接下去），房間舒適乾淨，有個小陽台，小天窗，有電動麻雀枱，投影機，小冰箱，熱水壺，洗手間基本梳洗設備也有等，算挺齊全。 服務：有兩份簡單的早餐，服務員早上會送到房間，晚上訂了二人烤肉餐，提前半小時通知服務員準備，準備好後到大帳篷進餐，可能入住當天雨天也非假日較少人，整個帳篷衹有我們，簡單太放鬆了～户外地方蚊蟲少不免，服務員也貼心地點了蚊香✨ 其他：天氣好的附近崖口村可以走走～當天雨天，所以入住前在了附近的妤笙咖啡館喝咖啡，店內佈置用心拍照也很出片🌵
