Ho scelto questo hotel perché Trip.com pubblicizza che è un hotel con SPA, ma abbiamo chiesto alla reception e ci hanno detto che questo hotel non ha una SPA. Alla fine il direttore ha detto che la SPA e la sala massaggi non sono servizi dell'hotel e sono di proprietà di altri. Questo hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato, ma non include le scale e altre parti che potresti non conoscere. Le porte di sicurezza sono sempre aperte e si può accedere facilmente dall'esterno. Allego foto per vostro riferimento, potreste conoscere la situazione reale. Le foto dell'hotel sono solo un dipinto e non le foto reali dell'hotel. La colazione gratuita inizia dalle 19:00. Il servizio di consegna richiede di ritirare all'orario giusto, ad esempio alle 17:00, alle 18:00, alle 19:00... Se avete un volo prima delle 10:00, è impossibile fare colazione. Questo hotel non è consigliato ai viaggiatori internazionali.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

We booked this place as it had two beds and we were heading to Chimelong the next day. It was very clean. Check-in was a breeze and the cost was very inexpensive with a Trip discount. No deposit fee for the key. Close enough to the Zhuhai Train Station to walk but wouldn't want to do it on a hot day, good tree cover if you don't go on the main road. Maps didn't direct well to the location but it was on the main road. Entry is the third T1 door farthest from the river. Not all elevators went to 35, only front 2. We had a room on 33rd floor. Could see Macau Tower and the Grand Lisboa from the window (no idea why I didn't take a picture). And of course, you can see the train station. Plenty of pillows, one three memory form and some cushion pillows. Was also a sofa. Didi was inexpensive to Chimelong and easy pickup from outside.

Amazing location for a quiet, relax and recharge, it's not super close to the city center so bear that in mind. There is a spa and a wellness place closeby, a beach a short walk down the road, a 711 just next door, there is an onsite restaurant as well as another very nice restaurant just by the sea just behind the hotel (with stunning picturesque setting). The hotel staff were amazing, polite, friendly, always willing to help. If you don't speak Chinese don't worry, it will be no hassle at all. There is a complimentary 20min photo taking which you can book, the photographer (a lady - only lady photographer they have on roster I was told, so make sure to request her when you book photo session) took the photos and sent the photos within 30mins (even made photo enhancements for some photos free of charge), super professional photos even helped with suggesting poses, super relaxed and friendly. This might not be a good choice for families looking for a lot of onsite activities but i don't doubt it will definitely be relaxing place for families as well as a quiet base. Stayed in a seaview room (even though weather was cloudy) and will highly recommend. 10/10

Abbiamo prenotato l'hotel perché abbiamo avuto un arrivo tardivo e hanno offerto un servizio di navetta gratuito dall'aeroporto all'hotel. Questo ha funzionato molto bene. Tuttavia abbiamo cercato di ripreso la mattina, ma hanno voluto che ci chiamassimo quando siamo arrivati all'aeroporto. Quindi ci è voluto un po' più. Suggerimento: se non capite, cinese, andate al desk dell'aeroporto e contatteranno l'hotel. L'autobus ti prende al cancello 15, esce e vai a sinistra all'autobus. La stanza era pulita e spaziosa con una varietà di piastrelle, e aveva anche una sedia di massaggio. La colazione era molto buona con una buona selezione, tranne che non c'era frutta fresca. Il check-out era anche regolare e abbiamo usato la navetta di ritorno all'aeroporto, da dove potevamo prendere il treno a Shenzhen. Molto raccomandato per arrivare tardi e per un breve rilascio.

Camminare breve per il metro e la cena. Quello che amo è che non ha bisogno di una carta per accendere l'elettricità. Salva la vita per quei giorni caldi o freddi lasciando l'aria contenente per mantenere la temperatura confortevole della stanza. Il frigorifero è buono, lavatrice e una caldaia extra grande. Solo la mia denuncia è che la zona combinata di toletta e doccia è così stretta.Oltre all'impossibile per quei grandi ragazzi di avere una doccia. (1X2M)

Silver, grande ospite. Molto buon hotel, piscina e spa, palestra, ristorante. Grandi ambienti e molto buone camere.

Ho soggiornato in questa proprietà una volta all'anno e ho pensato che fosse buono, ma era ancora meglio questa volta. Il nuovo centro commerciale vicino alla porta è aperto e è molto conveniente da mangiare e negoziare per le necessità durante il nostro soggiorno. La pulizia migliora molto rispetto all'ultima volta.L'appartamento era senza spot. Dobbiamo davvero ringraziare la nostra custode, signora La mancheremo e speriamo che la prossima volta che torneremo, sarà la nostra custode di nuovo! Voglio anche ringraziare Zoe per averci aiutato a organizzare il nostro soggiorno. Mamma e io consigliamo molto questo hotel per la sua comodità e il design pensiero in tutto l'appartamento. L'edificio sembra molto vecchio, ma il suo interno è sorprendentemente bello. La colazione è un po' diversa e molto decente, anche se i ristoranti e i cibi dell'hotel sono, come si prevede, molto preziosi, quindi consiglio di mangiare fuori invece (anche se avete i ceppi per colazione dovreste certamente usarli). Sono rimasto nell'ala di Nanghai, che è la più economica. Se vuoi avere un'esperienza ancora migliore, rimanere nell'ala di Wanghai sarebbe una grande opzione. In generale, sarebbe tornato se avessi una seconda possibilità. 8.5/10

Adoriamo questo hotel. È pulito. La camera è pulita. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la musica in camera sempre in sottofondo. L'hotel è proprio sulla strada, quindi è molto accessibile e comodo per qualsiasi mezzo di trasporto. Il personale dell'hotel è cordiale e disponibile. La colazione è deliziosa. Un'esperienza complessivamente fantastica. Lo consiglio vivamente.
