Uno dei migliori soggiorni che abbia mai avuto a Zhuhai, ne ho provati alcuni diversi, questo li supera tutti. Ma penso che soprattutto a causa del suo stato di nuova costruzione non posso garantirne le condizioni col passare del tempo. Si spera che venga mantenuto nelle condizioni attuali per gli anni a venire. Lo prenoterò sicuramente di nuovo per la visita dell'anno prossimo.

The hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, met Mr. He who’s delightful introducing himself and upgraded my room twice for the unforgettable experience. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for an athletic like me, I couldn’t resist to exploring the in-door swimming pool and the gym. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

2nd time here.
1. Room lighting is very problematic. The washroom doors are light penetrable. Which is very disturbing for early gym users like myself travelling with kids. Very bad (one and only bad point)
2. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Very good.
3. Gym is excellent
4. Bought this package via trip.com with breakfast and dinner. The dinner grill was spectacular, tomahawk steak and grilled whole chicken. Good.
5. Pool was really small, quite disappointing.
6. Kids bakery class was very good. Met with nice staff.

La vasca è abbastanza spaziosa con pieno equipaggio. La pressione dell'acqua è grande e comoda.
L'acqua in bottiglia sarà riempita ogni giorno o si può anche riempire nella zona di ascensore.

Just had a surprise birthday weekend for the family! We have 3 June birthday boys! It’s always a headache to arrange gathering . This year we have decided to just go for a quick weekend in Zhuhai ! We chose Zhuhai Grand-Bay Hotel . Their staff very friendly, service was great !! Most importantly are their manager Allen and associate Yuko !! Both were very helpful , not just during work hours but they also assist us over their leaves too !!

L'igiene della camera deve essere leggermente migliorata, la lozione per la cura della pelle è molto facile da usare e l'atteggiamento nei confronti del servizio della bella signora quando ho fatto il check-out oggi è stato molto buono! È molto gentile. La disposizione della camera e della hall è molto buona. Se torno la prossima volta, spero che le altre ragazze alla reception possano fornire un servizio più amichevole come la bellezza che ha fatto il check-out oggi!

Great location directly opposite Sunac Shopping Centre and Bonski indoor skiing. Walking distance to Sunac amusement park. Lots of food options nearby. Most importantly, room is well kept and very clean, bed is comfy and roomy. Well priced and great value for money 👍👍👍

JJoannaI booked this hotel despite knowing it’s a bit far from the city center, typically requiring a 45-minute to 1-hour cab ride or a 1.5-hour journey by metro (there are two metro stations nearby). After calculating the cost savings of staying here and using cabs versus staying downtown, I found it worth it. That said, if you’re on a tight schedule, the location might not be ideal.
One of the main reasons I chose this place was its newness, spaciousness, and the inclusion of a washing machine, which is essential for longer stays. However, since the property is newly established, many nearby F&B options are still under construction, especially around the hotel area. That said, there are nearby malls like Wanda Mall where you can find food and other necessities. A café and a mini-mart are already operational, and the area might become livelier in a few months.
Cleanliness:
I have to put it out there that I am particular when it comes to cleanliness. While the hotel is clean overall, there seems to be a lack of consistent training for the housekeeping staff. For instance, despite the initial unclean room being promptly addressed and replaced, I noticed a pile of hair/dust in one spot from Day 4 until the end of our stay—it remained untouched. I do hope that the cleaning staff would take extra precautions and being more thorough during their rounds. Overall, the cleaning staff were friendly and apologetic when reminded, but it would have been better if the cleaning was consistently thorough without needing reminders (almost on a daily basis).
Amenities:
I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom—it was a nice touch and made my stay more enjoyable. However, I did have an issue with the towels. While they were new and clean, I wished they had better quality. The towel piles would shed and stick to my body and face after use, which was frustrating. I hope this is something the hotel can address in the future.
Service :
The service has its highs and lows, but I will still give it a 5 as the staffs are friendly and apologetic for the issue caused. For instance, when we initially received an unclean room, the staff promptly moved us to a clean one and offered complimentary breakfast (though we didn’t end up using it). The hotel’s service WeChat was efficient, and staff responded quickly to requests. However, there were a few hiccups. For example, when we requested detergent and later asked for extra water upon delivery, the staff appeared slightly taken aback and commented on why we didn’t request both at the same time. While it might have been a minor misunderstanding, the comment and attitude felt unnecessary. One major inconvenience was the WiFi, which went down twice during our stay—once for an entire day. This was especially frustrating as I was on a work trip and had to rely on roaming, which incurred additional charges. While the staff apologized and reimbursed us, stable WiFi is essential and should be a priority.
Overall, this hotel offers good value for money if you don’t mind the distance. I do hope that the hotel will have a better cleaning SOP in future.

UUtente ospiteInnanzitutto vorrei elencare i lati positivi:
1. Il letto e il cuscino sono belli, non quelli morbidi.
2. Non ho chiesto il servizio di pulizia durante il mio soggiorno, dato che sono da solo, ma la signora è stata così gentile da darmi una bottiglia d'acqua in più e mi ha chiesto se avevo bisogno che pulisse il pavimento e il bagno.
3. La posizione è vicina alla stazione MRT e a un bel po' di negozi dove puoi andare per mangiare.
4. La colazione era buona per me.
Esperienze negative:
1. Lo spazzolino da denti, come puoi vedere nella foto. Non me ne sono accorto finché non ho sentito che qualcosa non andava e qualcosa mi si era incollato alla gola. Ho chiesto alla reception del direttore. 3 di loro erano in piedi alla reception e continuavano a chiedermi di raccontare cosa era successo prima che potessi parlare con il direttore di turno. Finché non ho insistito, solo uno di loro è uscito e ha detto di essere il responsabile di turno (mancanza di responsabilità), mi hanno cambiato tutti gli spazzolini da denti e mi hanno mandato un regalo (bicchiere, penna e quaderno), sfortunatamente quando ho provato a rimuovere la colla dalla punta della penna, si è staccata tutta la punta della penna. Hanno anche dato un vassoio di frutta.
2. Il mio piano 11 era freddo e mi è stato detto che c'era l'aria condizionata centralizzata. Mi hanno dato un termoventilatore ma il filo era troppo corto, non posso metterlo sul pavimento vicino alla mia scrivania o da qualsiasi altra parte. Posso solo metterlo sul comodino e non posso regolare il livello di calore e la velocità della ventola.
3. Il rumore. Alle 23:00 il personale addetto alla manutenzione stava martellando per riparare una delle porte della stanza e i miei vicini hanno parlato ad alta voce fino quasi alle 2:00 di notte. Durante i miei ultimi giorni c'era un gruppo di adolescenti che si registrava allo stesso piano e anche loro non sono tipi silenziosi. Non dimenticare che sono in viaggio d'affari
4. Ho fatto il check-in nello stesso momento del mio collega, lui ha ottenuto un upgrade al livello 18 e io nessuno. Un po' giù quando il mio collega ha ottenuto un upgrade e io no.
5. Hanno preso il telefono del mio collega per scrivere una recensione perfetta (perché offrono un check-out posticipato ”gratuito” se riusciamo a scrivere una buona recensione e il mio collega vuole semplificare tutti i problemi, quindi gli hanno lasciato usare il telefono per scattare foto e scrivere commenti.

TTheDonqAbbiamo avuto un bel tempo a Angela Garden. Il personale è bello e utile. Le cabine e le tende sono bellissime come annunciato. L'intero posto è pulito. La tenda è completa con le esigenze comuni dell'hotel (toiletteria, buono e pulito bagno, letto e letti puliti e confortevoli, AC/Shower) e un tubo caldo all'aperto (privato) che è la principale ragione del nostro viaggio breve. Non posso aspettare di tornare in estate.

AAmi服務： 優秀！ 從前台的小哥哥到晚上送宵夜的美眉都是非常貼心的給家人一樣的照顧， 中間遇到一個儒雅的不知道是老闆還是經理，更是給了不少tips。
衞生： 有庭院的房子也是處理得乾乾淨淨，沒什麼蟲子， 椅子桌子也纖塵不染，茅草的遮陽傘下坐着喝個茶，feel chill， 門外是喧囂的萬象城，門內是我們室內桃花源。
別院還提供了機場/高鐵接送，特別暖心。
早餐對於帶了1G的胃胡吃海喝的我們太友好了。
下次來汕頭可以無腦沖！

UUtente anonimoThe room was much smaller than expected, both in the photos and as described in the listing. The layout includes two levels with very low ceilings, making the space feel cramped. The bathroom is poorly designed, with water spilling out and creating a mess in the room. Unfortunately, the room doesn't justify the price. The building houses multiple service apartments from different companies, which can be confusing. On the plus side, the room is equipped with a personal washing machine and refrigerator. Housekeeping is only provided upon request, and the cleaning is done before 4 p.m. The receptionist is very helpful and accommodating. However, the noise from traffic outside can be quite disruptive. It is around 10mins from Sanxi Metro and it takes 30mins to reach Canton Fair from here.

Before I begin, I have to say that it really wasn’t bad-the room was really spacious, soaking in the private hot tub is always a treat, and we were surprised by the fact that we got 2 dinners, even though the package we bought said it would be one dinner per stay. Anyways, let’s start with the fact that 90% of the hot springs are closed. That wasn’t a big deal for us, as we don’t really like public hot springs, but we just went to check it out. I feel like if I paid this amount of money expecting to have full two days of fun and relaxation in the hot springs park, and all the pools were closed, I would be super disappointed. Next thing was-our jacuzzi didn’t work. We went to the reception and reported it, and they shrugged and said “oh well, it doesn’t work”. We didn’t want to change the room over that one thing, but I felt it was really unprofessional that they didn’t even offer. The hotel is OVERCROWDED. Friday was ok, Saturday was already full to capacity, and on Sunday morning we couldn’t find a seat for breakfast in three huge dining areas. The food was average at best, but I like Chinese food, so I wasn’t disappointed that the advertised “German food” wasn’t there. Also, for a hotel of this type, where the point is soaking in the spring, enjoying and relaxing, there should be a rule for screaming, as on Saturday a family moved in just below us, and they were constantly yelling and it really affected our stay. Of course you can’t choose your neighbors, but a house rule of not screaming would be wonderful. All in all we had fun and got a good rest (the bed is soooooo comfortable!!!), but I believe it lacked many things for this price. I would call the hotel and check if the pools work or not, and make sure that everything in your room works properly.
