Questo hotel è assolutamente fantastico! Siamo arrivati tardi e la reception è stata incredibilmente disponibile. Sono stati incredibilmente disponibili e ci hanno persino fatto un upgrade. La camera era spaziosa e pulita e il letto era morbido come una nuvola! ☁️ Mi sono addormentato all'istante. Il bagno aveva acqua calda in abbondanza, rendendo la doccia incredibilmente comoda. Sono venuto all'Hilton Shenzhen per un meeting e sono rimasto sorpreso nello scoprire che questo residence nell'edificio dietro l'Hilton offrisse un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ho deciso di soggiornarci subito. L'hotel era pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. C'erano anche diverse opzioni di ristorazione da Shaxian Snacks. È un'ottima scelta per gli amici che pagano il soggiorno in hotel. Ho prolungato il mio soggiorno. È stata una scelta molto soddisfacente.

帶爸媽和小狗自駕去三亞的路上經過韶關，暫住一晚，結果找到這家性價比超讚的酒店。房間很乾凈，還有洗衣機健身房，我有帶小狗給安排的寵物樓層，還特意房間裏放了空氣凈化器，酒店位置也很好，早餐甜品超級好吃！而且酒店大堂很有年味，佈置的特別温馨，很多值得打卡拍照的小景點，退房後很快退還了按金，謝謝前台小李的接待

Buona posizione. Circa 700m alla stazione metropolitana della linea 13, che è a 5 stazioni lontano dal pavilione della fiera di Canton. Molto facile da raggiungere alla fiera. La stanza ha lavatrice e grande frigo, e piccola cucina e cucina elettrica top. Doppio letto. La mia stanza è B. È sopra una stanza, deve entrare attraverso una scala rigida e stretta. Il tetto è un po' sporco e molle, ci sono molle molto grandi sui tetti. Il bagno e il bagno sono buoni e puliti.

La mia prima visita all'hotel. Anche se è un po' lontano dalla città, l'ambiente è piacevole e, per me, in un certo senso è tranquillo.
Adoro le attività offerte agli ospiti, come la piscina all'aperto, la fattoria degli animali e la spiaggia, ecc.
Mi hanno dato un upgrade a una camera al piano superiore con una bella vista, purtroppo la TV non aveva segnale e ci è voluto molto tempo per ripararla, il che mi ha lasciato un'impressione un po' negativa.
Dato che considero Marriott un hotel internazionale con un'ottima reputazione, avrei preferito che prestassero attenzione ai dettagli e si assicurassero che tutti i servizi dell'hotel e delle camere funzionassero perfettamente.

UUtente ospiteI booked this hotel despite knowing it’s a bit far from the city center, typically requiring a 45-minute to 1-hour cab ride or a 1.5-hour journey by metro (there are two metro stations nearby). After calculating the cost savings of staying here and using cabs versus staying downtown, I found it worth it. That said, if you’re on a tight schedule, the location might not be ideal.
One of the main reasons I chose this place was its newness, spaciousness, and the inclusion of a washing machine, which is essential for longer stays. However, since the property is newly established, many nearby F&B options are still under construction, especially around the hotel area. That said, there are nearby malls like Wanda Mall where you can find food and other necessities. A café and a mini-mart are already operational, and the area might become livelier in a few months.
Cleanliness:
I have to put it out there that I am particular when it comes to cleanliness. While the hotel is clean overall, there seems to be a lack of consistent training for the housekeeping staff. For instance, despite the initial unclean room being promptly addressed and replaced, I noticed a pile of hair/dust in one spot from Day 4 until the end of our stay—it remained untouched. I do hope that the cleaning staff would take extra precautions and being more thorough during their rounds. Overall, the cleaning staff were friendly and apologetic when reminded, but it would have been better if the cleaning was consistently thorough without needing reminders (almost on a daily basis).
Amenities:
I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom—it was a nice touch and made my stay more enjoyable. However, I did have an issue with the towels. While they were new and clean, I wished they had better quality. The towel piles would shed and stick to my body and face after use, which was frustrating. I hope this is something the hotel can address in the future.
Service :
The service has its highs and lows, but I will still give it a 5 as the staffs are friendly and apologetic for the issue caused. For instance, when we initially received an unclean room, the staff promptly moved us to a clean one and offered complimentary breakfast (though we didn’t end up using it). The hotel’s service WeChat was efficient, and staff responded quickly to requests. However, there were a few hiccups. For example, when we requested detergent and later asked for extra water upon delivery, the staff appeared slightly taken aback and commented on why we didn’t request both at the same time. While it might have been a minor misunderstanding, the comment and attitude felt unnecessary. One major inconvenience was the WiFi, which went down twice during our stay—once for an entire day. This was especially frustrating as I was on a work trip and had to rely on roaming, which incurred additional charges. While the staff apologized and reimbursed us, stable WiFi is essential and should be a priority.
Overall, this hotel offers good value for money if you don’t mind the distance. I do hope that the hotel will have a better cleaning SOP in future.

Ho preso un appuntamento con alcuni amici per viaggiare insieme e ho prenotato una villa due balconi con un'ampia vista Il panorama è molto buono La biancheria da letto Le strutture sono complete e pulite La colazione gratuita è abbastanza buona C'è una spiaggia proprio al piano di sotto C'è poca gente ed è fantastica per scattare foto. Il parcheggio non è costoso, il limite è di 10 yuan al giorno. Sembra che il parcheggio sia gratuito anche se la spiaggia non è grande, l'acqua è limpida, l'ambiente è bellissimo e ci sono molti posti dove scattare foto e fai il check-in. Lo consiglierò agli amici.

WWasielahAbbiamo prenotato l'hotel perché abbiamo avuto un arrivo tardivo e hanno offerto un servizio di navetta gratuito dall'aeroporto all'hotel. Questo ha funzionato molto bene. Tuttavia abbiamo cercato di ripreso la mattina, ma hanno voluto che ci chiamassimo quando siamo arrivati all'aeroporto. Quindi ci è voluto un po' più.
Suggerimento: se non capite, cinese, andate al desk dell'aeroporto e contatteranno l'hotel.
L'autobus ti prende al cancello 15, esce e vai a sinistra all'autobus.
La stanza era pulita e spaziosa con una varietà di piastrelle, e aveva anche una sedia di massaggio.
La colazione era molto buona con una buona selezione, tranne che non c'era frutta fresca.
Il check-out era anche regolare e abbiamo usato la navetta di ritorno all'aeroporto, da dove potevamo prendere il treno a Shenzhen.
Molto raccomandato per arrivare tardi e per un breve rilascio.

The biggest strength of this hotel is its unbeatable location. You’re steps away from McDonald's and Luckin Coffee for quick bites and caffeine. A well-stocked mall is right beside the hotel, making it super easy to grab daily necessities. The best part? A lively night market is directly opposite the hotel! This makes finding delicious, affordable local food incredibly convenient any time of the evening. The whole area is very 热闹 (rènào - bustling/energetic) – perfect if you want to be in the heart of the action.
Cleanliness: 3/5 – Okay for the Price, Manage Expectations
The general cleanliness is acceptable, if you adjust your expectations. It's definitely not a 5-star luxury experience, but for a budget/mid-range stay, it's passable and reasonably maintained. Don't expect immaculate perfection, but the basics are covered.
Room & Atmosphere: 2/5 – Persistent Smoke Smell
The major downside, especially in the rooms and hallways, is a strong and pervasive smoke smell. It's quite noticeable and doesn't dissipate easily. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in many hotels within the region, but it's definitely present and unpleasant here if you're sensitive to it.
Breakfast: 1/5 – Strongly Not Recommended / Unhygienic
Avoid the breakfast option. Hygiene standards here are very poor. I personally observed small cockroaches crawling on the tables in the breakfast area. This is completely unacceptable and a major health red flag. Do yourself a favor and skip it entirely. Thankfully, with McDonald's, Luckin, the mall food court, and the fantastic night market opposite, you have plenty of much better (and cleaner) alternatives nearby.
Overall:
This hotel is all about the location, location, location. If being in a super convenient, vibrant area with easy access to food, coffee, and shopping is your top priority, and you're on a budget, it serves that purpose. The cleanliness is tolerable for the category. However, the strong smoke smell in the rooms and corridors is a significant drawback, and the breakfast is dangerously unhygienic (cockroach sighting confirmed). Choose this hotel for the prime spot if you can tolerate the smoke and definitely plan to eat breakfast elsewhere.
Who should stay: Budget-conscious travelers prioritizing an unbeatable, lively location who aren't sensitive to smoke smells and will skip the hotel breakfast.

Within walking distance, you’ll find a small convenience store, some coffee shops, and a couple of cafeterias. To reach most other destinations, you’ll need to take the metro or enjoy a 20-minute walk—manageable and safe for most travelers.
It’s worth noting that the apartment differs somewhat from the photos in the listing. It is situated on a residential floor with long-term tenants, families, and pets, which adds a lively atmosphere but may not suit those seeking complete seclusion. The kitchen ventilation system appears to work in reverse, occasionally bringing strong cooking smells—particularly garlic—into the room. If you are sensitive to odors, you might want to request a different unit if available.
Depending on the day, you may also hear low-flying airplanes passing overhead—particularly loud on several nights per week. It’s important to be aware that the noise level can be high enough to affect sleep, even with noise-canceling headphones.
The apartment would benefit from some urgent maintenance: there are signs of wear such as cigarette marks on walls and floors, broken tiles, and visible damage in parts of the unit. A thorough deep-cleaning would also help enhance the overall comfort of the space.

La posizione dell'hotel nel centro della montagna offre fantastiche viste sceniche, anche se il trasporto può essere un po' difficile. Grazie a questo hotel, il treno e il treno forestale (tranno forestale) sono stati molto utili, ma se si intende ordinare la consegna di cibo, si prega di notare che alcuni conducenti non possono consegnare in questa zona.
Un piccolo svantaggio era la costruzione in corso nelle vicinanze, che ha causato un certo rumore (anche se accettabile, perché è al di là del controllo dell’hotel). Purtroppo, la polvere dalla costruzione ha anche fatto apparire la piscina un po’ sporca durante la nostra visita.

AAmideeQuesto è un bel posto per andare per una notte o due per rilassarsi. Anche un posto amichevole per gli animali domestici, quindi è ideale per me! Il desk front è davvero utile e si può aggiungerli al vostro wechat per contattarli direttamente in qualsiasi momento. Mi chiedevo se potessi avere un caldo all'interno della mia tenda, per il caffè, che potevano fornire per me. Opzioni di cena, si può scegliere il pollo caldo o il pollo caldo di pesce di latte al loro ricevimento, che si può fare da soli nella sua tenda, o digli che si desidera cucinarlo nella loro zona di cena.
