Check- in personeli ***et kibardı. Karaca restaurantta çalışan personeller güleryüzle ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Von Resort bu personelleri kesinlikle kaybetmemeli. Odalar o kadar sıcak ki atletle uyuyabilirsiniz. Araba parkı çok kolay. Odalar sessiz sakin. Banyolar temiz. Fotoğraflarda oda ve banyolar güzel görünmüyor ancak gittiğimizde daha iyi olduklarına karar verdik.

Turkish tourism should do more to promote places and properties like these. Its a beautiful resort in a beautiful place. The staff left no reason for any negative remarks.Extremely peaceful property. Thanks to the staff of the property to make our stay so memorable.

We stayed in a small bi-level villa which was clean and reasonably comfortable. But I fell twice coming down the stairs onto the entryway which was still wet from coming/going (wet from snow) and a mat would have helped for safety reasons. Rugs (and pictures on the walls) would have also helped make this place more cozy. The pull out sofa bed was also really hard. Otherwise, the food was excellent and plentiful, the staff were friendly and accommodated our minor requests, and the area was beautiful. The entire compound is fenced so good for families with small children that wander.

The place is lonely and the treatment is amazing by the reception staff .. The place only needs a few modifications, especially the furniture of the rooms .. In general, very good

Öncelikle tüm çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü. Her sorun ile ilgileniyorlar. Her soruya sabırla ve güleryüz ile cevap veriyorlar. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği açık büfe olarak iyi. Çok Temiz bir tesis. Konumu doğa içinde çok güzel. Keyifli bir mekan.. fiyat bu performans için iyi..Teşekkür ederiz..

30 yıl sonra tekrar geldim. Elbette değişmiş ama hala çok güzel. İki üç gün için kafayı dinlemeye birebir. Tertemiz, geniş ve kullanışlı odalar, resepsiyondan restorana her yerde güleryüzlü ve ilgili personel. 4 yaşında kızımız için parklar, ördekler..

Monoblok bir binada tatil yapmayı seviyorsanız buraya gelmeyin. Görsel şaşa, mimari özellikler önceliğinizse buraya gelmeyin. Buraya huzur istiyorsanız gelin. Doğa'nın koynunda Nefes almak istiyorsanız gelin. İçten, samimi, güleryüzlü, işini sevdiği belli olan ve size keyifle hizmet veren insanlardan hizmet almak istiyorsanız gelin. Boğazınıza düşkünseniz gelin. Lezzet düşkünü iseniz gelin. Uzun zamandır ilk defa tatilimize anlam katan, Resepsiyondan, mutfağa kadar emeği geçen tüm personele sonsuz teşekkürler. Kısaca gelin ya :)
