Ho adorato la stanza, tuttavia non mi è piaciuto il fatto di non avere una finestra sull'esterno. La cosa più grande è che devo essere in grado di prendere aria perché divento caldo molto velocemente e mi sento soffocare Quindi essere in grado di prendere aria fresca è una cosa importante per me

Ok, so check-in was quick and friendly enough. There was a sign about the pool being closed, but we were told it was being worked on and might be open later, which it was when we returned from dinner. So at least my kiddo got to swim in the pool. Altho the pool area was quite rusted. My daughter said the pool itself was pretty cold (it was also quite small) but she did go in the hot tub. You had to get a code for the pool but this wasn't shared when we checked in, so we had to go back to the front desk and wait for someone to get off the phone to provide it. Our room was large and the beds and pillows were comfortable enough. The shower head dripped the entire time we were there. We left a note in the room as no one was at the front desk when we left. We tied a towel around the spout to lessen the noise. When we looked at the towel in the morning it was brown. I decided NOT to take a shower. There was a level of dust on top of everything in the room. There was paint that was coming off the walls. There were at least 3 large stains on the floor. I didn't feel comfortable walking around the room without sandals on. If you have no food allergies or sensitives the breakfast was fine. My husband and child were satisfied. I try not to eat gluten or dairy so basically there was nothing for me. Not even dairy-free creamer. I tried the potatoes and the sausage, but the potatoes seem raw, and the sausage had a weird flavor. The parking lot was fine. We were able to see our car from our room. The entrance in and out had a light, so easy to get in/out. I would not return tho unless they seriously clean the rooms and pool area. The lobby seemed fine. The staff was friendly enough.

I thoroughly enjoyed my four night stay at this property. Rocco (see photo) checked me in on arrival, was extremely welcoming, and continued to provide excellent customer service during my entire stay when he was on duty at the front desk. He also had great recommendations and provided really helpful information each time I made a request of him. Thanks Rocco! Everyone I came in contact with at this hotel was well trained, accommodating, and enjoyable to talk to, including at the front desk, eating area, and housekeeping. Excellent location near Boise State University, two large parks, several museums, and the river. But, really, only an 8 to 10 minute walk to the middle of downtown which I visited frequently during my stay. Free parking in a large parking lot was a plus . The facility itself has a nice enough lobby area, an excellent breakfast, particularly the omelettes each morning, and tasty coffee available at no charge throughout the day. Flavored water, infused with fruit, in the lobby was a nice touch. My room was on the third floor and the elevator service was fine. Room was decent size with a king bed that had a very comfortable mattress and pillows. Good hot water in the shower. Nice TV. Excellent desk that had a swing out arm to provide extra space. That was a welcome addition to the room. Comfortable couch too. Small pool and exercise room, which I did not use. There is a hot tub also, but it was out of service for at least part of the stay. Well managed, nice property. Thanks!

Very good bed in a smaller King Bed room. Clean and adequate. Not really a very good indoor pool...but an excellent breakfast buffet with nice variety. VERY handy Airport shuttle available 24/7. Less than 2 miles to the airport but really noise not noticeable from the hotel. Afternoon cookies in the lobby !!
