酒店位置很好，旺中帶靜，出門右手邊行一個街口轉左再行不遠就是黃金博物館，而出門左手直上就可以沿路可以行到纜車站。餐廳早餐不錯，而櫃前一位男職員十分稱職，雖然語言不通，但笑容十分親切。

This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Gold Museum, and an easy walk to the rest of La Candelaria district. The reception staff are friendly. There is a nice cafe attached to the hotel, but it is apparently closed on Sundays. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Bogotá is called "the fridge" by Colombians, with good reason. It is cold! My hotel room was quite cold, and there was no way to heat the space. The bathroom was especially cold, and there was no hot water in the shower. Even when I turned the water heater to "Maximum" and I turned the shower knob as far to the left as it would go (as I was instructed) the water was only lukewarm at best. So that made for a very unpleasant shower experience. The tiny elevator right next to my room was incredibly loud, and it shook the building when in use. I was woken up several times by the noise when guests returned late at night. WiFi signal was spotty and weak. My stay at this hotel was rather uncomfortable and disappointing.

Very quaint hotel. Comfortable bed, large clean rooms, quiet, very good WiFi and a great cafe downstairs. The hosts are very kind and attentive. Close to the gold museum, the Jaguar coffee roasters and a few other prime attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a booking with this hotel for one night on the 5th November. They confirmed but then changed the booking to the 6th a few hours before my arrival. I raised it with them but they insisted I be the one to cancel the booking. Since the booking was passed the time when I could cancel for free, I then had to claim back the fees and risk them refusing. I was then forced to search for another hotel at very short notice.

Muy lindo! Hotel chico , pero cómodo . Excelente el trato , a la llegada y a la vuelta . Solo estuvimos una noche , está re buen ubicado para recorrer el centro histórico de bogota , con stop over allí. El desayuno acotado , pero de buenísima calidad , exquisito el café ! Lo recomiendo
