Hotel in zona calle d maria mercedes carranza, Bogota

La posizione è buona, molto vicina al luogo prospero della vecchia città.Circa 2100 yen ogni notte, il prezzo è ragionevole.L'acqua calda è anche molto calda.La colazione è inclusa, ma non c'è cambiamento, quindi ho mangiato solo １ una volta.Potrebbe succedere un po'di acqua di notte, quindi è meglio non camminare, ma non c'è problema durante il giorno. La prossima volta che vengo a Bogota, resterò qui.

Hands down one of my fave hostels i’ve stayed at. I spent a week at the Cranky Croc. This place has a great vibe. The communal spaces are ideal for chatting and meeting fellow travellers and i definitely met some lovely people during my week there. I stayed in the King Suite which is a private room with a private bathroom. Room 104 was spacious and had ample space for me to spread out which i tend to do. It was also relatively quiet which i appreciated. I was also given a fan when i asked for one as i tend to overheat, so i was pleased that the fan was available. The bed was decent. Comfortable enough that i didn’t have any issues. They have a laundry service. There is regular tours available including daily walking tours which i recommend doing as soon as you get to Bogota to get a quick understanding of the city. They also have football tours where you can go watch a local game of soccer. Try and get one that Lorenzo is doing! (football and walking tour) And i have to say the staff at The Cranky Croc are excellent. They quickly remember your name and what your food and beverage preferences you have. Thank you to Douglas, Camilla, Robert, Rafa and Eduardo. You guys are awesome. And lastly thanks to Andy the Aussie owner. You’ve done a great job creating this hostel. And you know i love my stubby holder! 😻 And yes to say it again, my fave hostel ever. It’s going to take a lot to beat it!

Hotel w bardzo dobrym położeniu w samym centrum przy głównym deptaku. Obsługa w recepcji bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadanie w porządku. Jednak zdecydowany minus za brak klimatyzacji i wentylatora. Do tego okna, których nie można otworzyć. Pokój mały, więc przy ponad 20 stopniach na zewnątrz po prostu się dusisz. Dodatkowo przy hotelu dyskoteka, więc o spaniu nie ma mowy. Cena adekwatna do jakości pod warunkiem, że śpisz 1. noc

Stayed three times one Selina Chapinero, amazing experience with wonderful staff. They arrange my check in since I arrived early in the morning. The staff helped at 3am giving me hot tee and planket by the time the reception arrived. The stuff is so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and coffee are amazing. Rooms are modern and very well decorated. Highly recommend this place !

L'hotel era in una posizione perfetta, vicino a tutti i grandi centri commerciali e un altro vantaggio era che era molto pulito. Il servizio in camera era sempre di altissimo livello e coerente, tuttavia è stata una grande delusione il fatto che l'hotel non abbia comunicato che la spa/piscina nella foto non era disponibile durante tutto il mio soggiorno. Se non sbaglio è opportuno comunicare chiaramente agli ospiti prima di accettare la prenotazione se i servizi inclusi non sono disponibili soprattutto se per lunghi periodi. Inoltre, se la spa non è disponibile, l'ascensore e il livello della spa non dovrebbero essere disponibili affinché gli ospiti possano passare a quel livello. Sono andato a ispezionarla (non sapendo che era in fase di ristrutturazione) e sono rimasto bloccato al livello perché non ci sono pulsanti per risalire.. Altamente raccomandato, tuttavia, sarebbe bello se l'hotel fosse un po' più attento a comunicare agli ospiti la ristrutturazione della spa e la durata della riparazione + non consentire l'accesso a quel livello se non è possibile risalire

Il buono: le strutture erano buone per il prezzo, la posizione è molto buona. Il cattivo: L'attenzione. La verità è che mi aspettavo di più considerando che l'habitel premium è accanto. 1) Non avevo un numero per chiamare la reception, né per chiedere il servizio in camera. Ho chiesto un indirizzo tramite Rappi e non mi hanno nemmeno chiamato per dirmi che era arrivato o altro, pessimo servizio.

Grande luogo per soggiornare, Il bus di shuttle è a partire dalle 5:00. Mi piaceva il jacuzzi e la sauna, ma la descrizione dell'hotel è sbagliata. Non c'è una piscina.

Ancora una volta, il buon prezzo di un hotel di marchio nella città di Bogotá.Ha partecipato ad un'attività commerciale anche al piano superiore dell'hotel.Mi piace molto il cibo colombiano nel ristorante dell'hotel, e puoi ordinare piatti diversi ogni giorno

Exactly what I wanted and what I expected. 3rd time here and would come back, if I need a hotel close to the airport. Brest price. Good restaurant. Free shuttle, works perfectly. Clean and has, what a traveller need! Breakfast included and you can ask for spécial wishes. Small shop, if you need something.

Al baño de la habitación se le salía el agua desde el retrete y creaba un pequeño charco de agua. Aparte de eso la habitación estuvo bien, cada día nos cambiaron sábanas y productos de higiene. La plancha servía correctamente. El check in y checkout fue rápido, como unos 5 min. En la entrada siempre tuvieron personal de seguridad. Carlos y Luri siempre atentos en el restaurante, excelente servicio. De las personas de frontdesk todos tenían buena actitud exceptuando al que no quiso apoyar mucho el día 14 de Marzo con un transporte a altas horas de la noche.
