We booked a family vacation to Turkey and decided to extend our holiday and book a hotel closer to the Airport for our final few days, we stumbled across Yalicapkini and due to the great value rates and reviews we picked this one. We arrived around 2pm and were greeted by Ilyas although his English wasn’t great he made us feel very welcome and the hotel was stunning. We were shown to our rooms and couldn’t believe how lucky we were to have found such an amazing hotel for the price we had paid, the views from the suite on the top floor we had booked were breathtaking and the room was spotless. After unpacking we went down for a drink by the pool and were greeted by Ilker who couldn’t of made us feel more welcome. Ilker made us feel like family and his English was great, throughout our stay Ilker went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and couldn’t do enough for us. After working in hospitality for over 20 years I can honestly say Ilker was one of the best hosts I have encountered and Is an asset to this business. We really wish we could have spent more time here as this hotel truly is a hidden gem. We have booked this hotel again for August and can’t wait to go back, I cannot recommend the suite on the top floor enough for the views of the bay they are truly breathtaking. We can’t wait to return as the team really do treat you like family, keep up the great work guys. Thanks again Gareth, Jess, David, Michelle

Come gruppo di 4 amiche, siamo stati a Panorama per quattro notti. Ci sono stati caldamente accolti da tutti i membri del personale. Le camere sono pulite e luminose con aria condizionata e un piccolo frigo. Le piccole toccature nella camera li rendono comodi. Il colazione sulla terrazza era perfetto. Abbiamo utilizzato la piscina per noi stessi, ma abbiamo visitato anche l'Hotel Madda, che è anche di loro, che è situato sulla spiaggia per noi un modo grande di godere del mare, del sole e di godere del bellissimo cibo e del vino. Siamo stati così benvenuti da tutti quelli che hanno fatto sopra e oltre, cercando di noi.

Great hotel with friendly staff, great food and super amenities. Hotel reception staff of Hatice, Aysu and Rabia went out of their way to always be helpful. The staff in the canteen area were always on hand and never made you wait for anything which was refreshing. Havanur and Mahsum were especially nice and helpful. Rasime and Hacer with the evening entertainment were always engaging and pleasant to deal with and made sure the guests were involved in evening activities. Christina in guest relations was also someone who will be missed with her great sense of humour and insight into Bodrum life
