Very friendly and organized atmosphere with many programs and shows which entertains all ages with considerable cleaning and charging service. Also, can improve the level and variety of foods and more time allocating by animation team with people.

Extremely happy with amazing service!Perfect staff,who takes care about each guest. Very good, lovely food, special thanks to Chef. Amazing food. Hello! A well-deserved 5-star hotel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️UAI excellent in all respects (I personally felt ultra all inclusive at this hotel). I have been staying here for a week 29.07.2024 and it is a very clean hotel, with large rooms for example we are 4 people, we stayed in a family type room with 2 beds for children in the first room and me and my wife in -another room next to the children's room with a double bed, TVs in both rooms, air conditioning in both, huge very clean bathroom... Every day the staff cleaned our room, changed our linen, towels, washed the floor...minibar always full of bottled drinks 0.3l Pepsi, Mirinda...Exceptional services. Aquapark for small children and an aquapark with 3 slides for older children and adults in the resort, on the beach sunbeds at your discretion, a dream pontoon with free-standing bunkalows, beach bar on the pontoon and on the beach...dreamy . Excellent food a little repetitive but all fresh, pastries, ice cream, soft drinks, JackDaniels whiskey, Ballantines whiskey.. Efes Corona beer... In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel in Belek to everyone. Thank you to the state, the employees and everyone who took care of us to have a pleasant stay. Last but not least, I thank the general manager for the excellent conditions in this hotel. Orange County Belek☀️ August 2024

We find out about this hotel literally 15 minutes before we check in there. Our travel agency messed up out reservations and after arriving in different hotel we found out we supposed to be in orange county so we didn’t even know what kind of hotel it was !! But thank god it happend and we got a chance to spend our holidays in this hotel!! In my personal opinion STAFF it is what makes this hotel!! Everyone who works there is very generous and friendly! People who work in reception are very competent and helped us a lot with all the problems what our travel agency caused. Thank you, thank you! All restaurants and bars staff also very nice and friendly doing their best to keep guests happy. That’s much appreciated! Big shout out to the cleaners all around hotel!!!! Their job is done for 101%!! All hotel is extremely clean! Toilets in lobby or next to the beach or these ones by the pools are spotless! When it comes to animation team they are all great! Keep you entertained and are so friendly but not intrusive!!! The most important thing for me is food and I have to say that I wasn’t disappointed!!! Variations of food every single day is amazing! From breakfast to last snack at midnight food is delicious ! Also snack bar situated between the pools and the beach is great!

I strongly advise against it. Unfortunately, the hotel makes a dramatic impression, and it's not about the rooms that are cleaned every day and the reception, which is the only one that qualifies for 5 stars. Service - the biggest disappointment is the staff who do not understand English and are very unpleasant. There are no waiters in the hotel, you have to go to bars for everything. Bars are usually staffed by bartenders who prepare drinks in dirty glasses and when you point it out, they claim they don't understand the problem. Restaurants - everything is dirty and sticky. In the evening, there is no option to sit at a clean table, and when you ask for cleaning, the staff takes away the dirty plates left by the previous guests and does not wipe the tables or chairs. I am attaching photos. Beach - deckchair on deckchair and terrible stuffiness under the roof. One option is a pavilion on the pier for 15 euros per person - usually not available to book. The animations are okay - the team tries hard, it's obvious Only local drinks are served in the hotel. The food is the same every day. The salad bar was poor, there was usually nothing on the grill, and overall the cuisine was at the level of a roadside motel. Swimming pool - sunbeds are booked from 5 a.m. and at 6 a.m. there are no more free sunbeds. I would like to ask the hotel not to write back to me that they are sorry because I made all the above comments at the reception during my stay. This hotel is ripping people off for a lot of money.
