Hotel in zona Saklıkoy, Bodrum

A very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively. The concierges; Dokhan and Duygu served us a very friendly welcome and chats the whole time which helped us to get to know the area a lot too!

Amorevole l'hotel, personale moderno, pulito, amichevole, parlare buona inglese e una buona selezione di cibo. Le opzioni per bere sono buone per la spiaggia e il free ice lolly’s tutto il giorno! Hanno sbagliato la nostra prenotazione della stanza sul nostro check-in di notte. Dicendo di averci aggiornato in una stanza familiare che non ha senso per un paio. Perdevamo la vista sul mare e accesso allo salone quella notte. La notte successiva abbiamo ripreso la nostra stanza. Non aggiornare i vostri ospiti a meno che non possano offrire la loro stanza originale. Il valletto ha anche riversato la nostra auto in affitto nel muro con danni. Non ci hanno neppure informato o detto. È stato solo fortuna che l'abbiamo notato e hanno assunto la piena responsabilità. In generale, questo ha sprecato un'altra serata di ordinare questo e l'ha visto al nostro shock andare a cena. Molto disonesta dall'hotel non avvertire i vostri ospiti! La gestione ha gestito bene questo problema. Tuttavia, il servizio alimentare e bevande potrebbe essere più veloce, le mie aspettative da un 5* hotel sono più elevate e, purtroppo, questo non è un 5* hotel ma un buon soggiorno per 6 notti....minus le questioni!

Sto scrivendo per esprimere la mia profonda insoddisfazione per l'esperienza che ho avuto durante il mio recente soggiorno nel tuo hotel dal [18 agosto 2024] al [21 agosto 2024]. Purtroppo, questo soggiorno era lontano da quello che mi aspettavo, e molti problemi hanno colpito gravemente la mia esperienza generale; in primo luogo, il comportamento e l’atteggiamento del vostro personale erano particolarmente deludenti. Il direttore Hilal è stato molto brutto, mancanza di esperienza, professionalità e inresponsività alle richieste. Voglio che la direzione indaghi su perché, ha avuto questo comportamento e controlla se c'era spazio disponibile all'11:18 agosto 2024 per il check-in precoce. Il direttore HILAL era molto arrabbiato e voleva che cancellassi la mia prenotazione e semplicemente non mi importa dell'esperienza degli ospiti. In qualità di ospite, mi aspetto che venga trattato con rispetto e cortesia, che purtroppo mancava durante il mio soggiorno. In secondo luogo, ho chiesto un letto grande e mi sono deluso per sapere che hanno tutto un letto singolo che è collegato dal personale di servizio in camera e lo stesso manager HILAL era molto brutto e dicendo che unire due letti singoli è lo stesso di un letto grande o re Questo è stato inaccettabile e non è stato affatto conforme alle norme che mi aspettavo da un hotel della vostra reputazione. Inoltre, quando ho portato queste questioni all'attenzione della direzione, il trattamento della mia denuncia era inadeguato e mi ha lasciato sentire ancora più frustrato. Questa esperienza ha purtroppo lasciato un'impressione negativa duratura e mi chiedo se rimarrò o se raccomandare questo hotel in futuro. Ritengo che tali questioni debbano essere affrontate immediatamente per evitare che altri ospiti si trovino in una situazione di scontento analoga, e vorrei che lei potesse esaminare tali questioni e fornire una risposta adeguata. Sono inoltre aperta a discutere di come correggere questa situazione, grazie per l'attenzione che ha prestato a questo grave problema e attendo con interesse la sua risposta immediata.

Amazing hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks all inclusive. Lovely hotel room with amazing decor. The highlight was the food and staff! Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options including freshly made omelettes and eggs. Lunch and dinner were ordered through a QR code (a la carte), there was plenty of options and the food was so delicious, we enjoyed it as it was more of a restaurant vibe than a chaotic buffet, we were served by Mert throughout our stay and he was amazing, always checking we had everything we needed. Bar staff were also so attentive, even come round and asked if we needed drinks whilst sunbathing, a special shoutout to Ibrahim who was constantly making us special cocktails and by the end of the stay we were besties! Free Starbucks is always a plus too!

Il mio soggiorno è stato bello in questo magnifico hotel boutique, con una bella coppia giovane che mi ha fatto sentire molto benvenuto e a casa. La stanza era molto pulita e ben progettata, una bella zona di piscina, una vista meravigliosa sulla Baia di Gumbet e un bellissimo bar a piscina. Se torno a Gumbet, mi prenoterò qui di nuovo.

I just love this hotel. It’s in a very quiet spot which is essential if you’re a light sleeper in Gümbet. It’s also ‘adult only.’ The staff are great and exceptionally friendly. Rooms are cleaned and linen replaced frequently. The breakfast is buffet style with a good selection and you can eat all you want. On a practical note, the Bodrum shuttle bus passes right in front of the hotel, and there is a variety of excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. On the downside, this is a budget hotel but when I recently went to place a reservation the price had increased from £20 per night last October to £27 pn in May and £35 pn in June.

DIRT! this word contains the description of this place. I was in Bodrum with my boyfriend and we stayed in this bad Resort. The room that was given to us was dirty, very dirty floor, especially outside on the terrace. Dirty bathroom with mold, broken furniture, broken doors, broken bathroom vent, broken light. They gave us towels soiled with make-up and blood. they didn't clean the room every day, they didn't change the trash can. From the first day of the holiday we asked for a room change. Every day we were told they changed the room but the room was never changed. At the reception they are liars, they speak bad English and are rude. In addition, the whole structure is lacking in cleaning and maintenance. The pool was also dirty. There was grass and scrub on the terrace for breakfast. Sono stata a Bodrum con il mio ragazzo e abbiamo alloggiato in questo pessimo Resort. La Camera che ci è stata data era sporca, pavimento sporchissimo, soprattutto fuori al terrazzo. Bagno sporco con la muffa, mobili rotti, porte rotte, l areatore nel bagno rotto, luce rotta. Ci davano Asciugamani sporchi di trucco e di sangue. non pulivano la camera tutti i giorni, non ci cambiavano il cestino della spazzatura. Dal primo giorno di vacanza abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera. Ogni giorno ci dicevano che cambiavano la camera ma la camera non è stata mai cambiata. Alla reception sono dei bugiardi, parlano male l'Inglese e sono scortesi. Inoltre tutta la struttura è manchevole di pulizia e manutenzione. Anche la piscina era sporca. Sulla Terrazza per fare colazione c'era erba e sterpaglie. Allego foto per dimostrare che quanto ho descritto è vero. Non andate in questo posto in vacanza!

Ottimo ubicazione dell'hotel. Literalmente un minuto e siete sulla spiaggia. L'hotel stesso è molto comodo, pulito. Era tranquillo a notte. La matrice è dura, ma per me è quello che avete bisogno. Se si sceglie per il futuro, è certamente la scelta perfetta.L'unica cosa, per me l'acqua nel doccia era fredda. Grande hotel, grande personale, grande esperienza! La spiaggia è prossima (1 min 😀). Il colazione sulla terrazza con una splendida vista!

It’s a standard 3-stars hotel with very loud annoying music Check-in was quick and our bags arrived quickly at the room, which was good and spacious with a balcony with a great view. As gold members of *******, we were upgraded and offered a fruit plate. However, the shower was leaking, the curtains did not shut properly and the coffee machine wasn’t working (1 coffee is complimentary, the following days it’s paid - another surprise at a 5-stars hotel). We complained and the curtains were fixed but the other issues remained unfixed. The jacuzzi wasn’t working properly too. They do not make the turn around at night, as expected in a 5-stars unit. So the towels you use in the morning are the same you used after the beach, still humid. We dined twice at the restaurant and the food was ok. The setting is very good, right near the sea. Our waitress was a lovely girl from Cazaquistan - the only staff member to whom we would rate a 5-stars service. Breakfast is simply not good. The porridge was terribly made and the scrambled eggs were watery. It’s served at the table, you can only choose the juice, coffee, eggs and pancakes besides what they bring to the table. Beach chairs are not comfortable and we couldn’t move the shade, it is fixed together with a little table. There are five cabanas on the deck, at 150€ per day! But the worst part is the VERY LOUD MUSIC ALL THE TIME! It’s impossible to relax at the beach with horrible disco music the whole afternoon. EVERY DAY. When you complain they lower the volume a little bit and slowly put it very loud again… We were lucky enough there were few guests during our stay. Staff is very young and inexperienced, most of them speak poor English. We were wondering whether the owners of this hotel want it to be a 5-stars boutique hotel or a teenagers disco on the beach (even the choice of music is tiring and annoying!). Management should decide wether they run an elegant boutique style property or a noisy standard little hotel. Service in general is poor and we would never rate this a 5-stars boutique hotel. For the price paid at this hotel, we would expect a much better service and atmosphere. We do not recommend it and would rate it as 3-stars unit, as it is. We left after two nights (we booked 5 nights at this hotel).

L'hotel è di recentissima costruzione, infatti ha aperto al pubblico ad aprile 2024. Il personale è giovane e cordiale ed abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere accolti e congedati dal manager della struttura, persona molto affabile. In qualità di soci platinum abbiamo usufrutto di upgrade in suite di generose dimensioni con vista sia sulla piscina che sul mare. L'hotel è all inclusive ed è dotato di più ristoranti, uno dei quali a buffet, gli altri alla carta. Noi abbiamo preferito il buffet e siamo rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti sia per la qualità che per la varietà di quanto offerto. Altrettanto degna di nota la colazione. Alla sera ho scoperto che proprio sotto la nostra camera c'era un bar con musica a tutto volume che però a mezzanotte è cessata, a tutela del riposo degli ospiti. Molto bella anche la spiaggia attrezzata. Definirei questo hotel un angolo di paradiso.
