Limited car park area, if you are not lucky ,you have to pay money for having park area. We used trip application for booking and paid price in advance however hotel management demanded payment, i explained the situation to a few different personnel. Then they finally managed the problem ,during this period we waited 15 minutes in the lobby like a guilty... hotel could say at least sorry for their mistake,it was not warm welcoming and professional approach anyway rest of the lobby cleaning,restaurant and location is good and personnel is helpful apart from lobby register team. If you use ant app for booking, double check must be done before arriving...

Superbe Hôtel Equipe très agréable et dévouée Il s'agissait du début de saison et nous avons eu peu de monde et une qualité vraiment chouette. Je recommande sans hésitation

條件一般 建議還是住梗新更完善一點的全包式酒店 從房間去餐廳或者海邊需要等電梯 或者選擇走樓梯也可以 帶孩子的家庭會不太方便

главные корпуса отремонтированные и там все отлично, как и должно быть в холидей инн. Другие корпуса (бунгало) на реставрации, там не живут. фуникулер и уличные лифты тоже не работают, если это кому-то важно. Прекрасная территория, террасы утопают в зелени, все цветет, за всем ухаживают, огромные сосны, эвкалипты, кипарисы, гулять по лестницам и эспланадам нам было очень приятно. Если у кого проблемы с лестницами, обратите внимание, что там террасная планировка , лестницы везде.

Abbiamo prenotato un soggiorno di due notti in questa struttura basandoci sulla reputazione del marchio Holiday Inn. Tuttavia, la nostra esperienza in hotel è stata tutt'altro che soddisfacente. All'arrivo, ci era stato promesso un soggiorno incantevole e pieno di sorprese, ma le uniche sorprese che abbiamo riscontrato sono stati i servizi deludentemente scadenti. 1. Il minibar nella nostra camera non è stato rifornito al momento del check-in. Dopo essersi lamentato alla reception, il personale ha impiegato un'ora per venire a riempire il bar, sostenendo che alcuni articoli erano già finiti. 2. Le coperte sono state lasciate senza fodere, il che è inaccettabile per un hotel di questo calibro. 3. Gli articoli da toeletta nel bagno non sono stati riforniti durante il nostro soggiorno. 4. C'erano zanzare nella stanza e quando abbiamo richiesto un repellente, non ci è stato fornito. 5. L'acqua nel pannello doccia non funzionava correttamente e, nonostante avesse segnalato il problema, il tecnico promesso non è mai arrivato. 6. Nonostante fosse una struttura ultra inclusiva, mancava un'adeguata disponibilità di servizi. Anche nel buffet molti articoli finivano e invece di rifornirli il personale dichiarava semplicemente che erano finiti. 7. Il personale dell'hotel è stato scortese e abbiamo subito un'invasione della privacy quando una signora del servizio in camera è entrata nella nostra stanza nonostante il cartello "Non disturbare". 8. Durante il check-out abbiamo chiesto assistenza con i bagagli, ma nessuno è venuto in aiuto, costringendoci a trasportare noi stessi i bagagli alla reception. Il nostro soggiorno in questa struttura è stato del tutto deludente. Se lo stimato marchio Holiday Inn consente servizi così scadenti nelle sue proprietà, non possiamo in buona coscienza raccomandare questo hotel a nessuno.

Il personale era scortese e poco professionale. Sono andato con un amico e sono stati estremamente scortesi con noi durante il processo di pagamento e abbiamo dovuto litigare con loro per tornare nella stanza per prendere le nostre cose. Stavano letteralmente cercando di tenere in ostaggio la nostra roba.

Di recente ho soggiornato in questo hotel ed è un vero disastro dall'inizio alla fine. L'unico aspetto positivo è stata la posizione e la vista dell'hotel, ma è qui che finiscono gli elogi. Il servizio era inaccettabilmente lento: abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception 10 volte solo per soddisfare le richieste di base, e anche in quel caso non sono riusciti a fornire ciò che avevamo chiesto. La stanza era in condizioni incredibilmente pessime. Quando abbiamo fatto il check-in per la prima volta, il letto non aveva nemmeno un piumone: ci sono volute più di 2 ore prima che ce ne portassero uno, e anche allora era strappato e puzzolente. Dopo aver espresso il nostro reclamo, hanno detto che avrebbero risolto il problema, ma quando siamo tornati da una gita in barca, la stanza era ancora sporca e non erano state fatte le pulizie. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera e di procurarci asciugamani freschi, ma un'ora dopo nessuno era venuto ad aiutarci. La pulizia e la manutenzione generale dell'hotel erano disgustose. Questa non è certamente la qualità che ti aspetteresti da un albergo IHG. La direzione dell'hotel deve chiaramente apportare importanti miglioramenti alle proprie operazioni e ai propri standard. Non consiglierei questo hotel a nessuno: è stata davvero la peggiore esperienza in hotel che abbia mai avuto. Risparmiati il ​​mal di testa e trova alloggio altrove, non importa quanto siano belle la posizione e la vista.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful. Mr. Denis took care of us throughout our stay and I would like to thank him for that. and especially Victoria, who took care of all our organizations throughout our stay and made our holiday on the beach enjoyable🙏🙏🙏

It’s awesome hotel and beautiful place. You can enjoy your vacation with different activities. The beach bar, cafe bar and pool bar are very good and with fresh drinks. And the animation from the hotel is very amazing and colourful. The hotel guests have very funny moments with that.

I visited with my family Bodrum for the first time in June 2024 and we were excited about our stay at the Holiday Inn Resort, Bodrum. We enjoyed our holiday as much as we can at the resort which is 45 minutes from airport, and has great location 5 minutes by car from town. We found some of the staff friendly and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Food was good with all inclusive meals and drinks. Unfortunately, since we arrived, we faced several inconveniences which made our stay not as enjoyable as it should be. Let me share with you these inconveniences: 1- There was NO internet for 2 days. 2- There was NO hot water for 2 days, and after the repair the hot water came out yellow due to closure of one valve. Even after that, hot water was available only after 3 pm, throughout our stay. It took us two days to convince the front desk that there was a problem with the hot water. The technicians came to fix the problem 2 times, before one of them figured the source of the problem and I had to give him a tip for his success in restoring the hot water. 3- It was troublesome to have someone to clean the room during the advertised times, i.e. 8 am – 4 pm claiming that they were under staffed or too busy!! 4- Towels in bathroom were not good quality, and worn out. 5- Single beds are small and uncomfortable. 6- Only limited staff speaks English, so we had to use a translator for communication. 7- No membership recognition as a Platinum Elite. Throughout our stay we asked to speak with the duty manager or to have his email/ phone number, but we were told he is busy in meetings, not on site, etc. We tried communicating with the hotel management by email after our departure over three weeks, but we did not hear anything back!! In summary, great location, good food, reasonable prices compared to other hotels by the sea. But if you are faced with a problem with the room, service, etc. there is NO one to Listen and help. Management team are out of sight or don’t exist!! You are on your own.

It was defo an amazing stay for all of us. We came with our friends and enjoyed every single detail to bits. First, massive thanks to staff of reception for the flawless service. Even though there were many other arrivals at the time of our arrival they always did their best to help us out. The guy named Orhan and the sweet little lady Hilal gave us exceptional service throughout our entire stay. Second thing which we enjoyed to bit is Bar/Drink services. The lovely bar manager Nejmettin and his team gave us great cocktails with always such a kind manner. They never said no even we all we asked for many things lol. Third and the last thing we enjoyed the most is the location of the hotel. Hotel is located nearby the historical windmills and bodrum castle. You will be seeing both when you stare around. The only minus which i could state is the closed areas of the hotel is extremely hot and sometimes its so hard to breathe. My piece of advice would be to improve AC systems in the main building and restaurant area. We will defo be back soon! Thank you all.

So the good points… The location is great. A 10 minute drive down to the main area where there’s plenty of shops and bars spread across the marina. The beach is lovely. The water is nice and clean and plenty of beds for you to spend the day in the sun having fun 😎 The view is spectacular. The most amazing scenes especially at night when the town is lit up. So picturesque. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are a good size. The staff on the beach do a great job keeping it clean and tidy. Unfortunately, that’s probably about it for the good points. Bad points… The drinks are awful. The sodas are flat and warm, the cocktails are absolutely shocking. The mojito should be removed from the menu as not 1 person knows how to make one. The rooms are ok but it’s the cleanliness, it’s bad. We stayed for 5 nights and not one was out floor cleaned, the shower and sink left unclean the whole time, bed was made daily but they never changed the sheets. Not once. The room was dirty when we checked in. Not a great start to the holiday. Most days the rooms was never even looked at so I had to keep asking for it to be cleaned. (Not that it was cleaned to anyone’s standard) The mini bar and coffee was never replenished. Had to constantly ask for stuff. Very frustrating. The staff are not that friendly bar maybe 2 or 3. They basically serve you once they’ve finished their conversations amongst themselves. Almost make you feel uncomfortable. What’s also frustrating is that not many speak any English. Now, I’m fully aware that I’m in their country and maybe it’s wrong for me to be frustrated but given you’ve opened your doors for the English speaking consumers, you would expect the staff to atleast understand what drink you’re asking for on the English written menu. The security guy who props himself up at the bar is very rude and aggressive. But I’ll be taking that further on a different platform. The lift to take you from the hotel down to the pool area is constantly out of use meaning you’ll need to walk up and down 100s of steep steps. Not what you want to be doing in 38c heat. The food isn’t great. Not awful but just bad quality. I didn’t eat there much but maybe it was just an off day. The air conditioning in the room is awful. Might as well not even have it turned on. Room still hot when it’s been left on all day. The hotel could be made so much better given its location but unfortunately, I don’t think the staff care too much about their customer’s complaints or concerns. Would I stay again? Probably not. And that’s unfortunate as you would book a holiday inn given its worldwide reputation but unfortunately, the standard at this hotel doesn’t match. But if you’re looking for somewhere for the location and a beach day, the hotel would be perfect for you. Some issues can be forgiven but there seems to be more negative than good. Tatili 1 hafta daha uzatamadiğim için çok üzüldüm herşeyiyle hakkını veren bir otel holiday inn ile ilk defa tatil yaptım ama sezon bitmeden mutlaka tekrar gideceğim mutfak deneyimimiz mukemmeldi natural ve yerel ürünlerin tanıtımına fazlasıyla önem verilmiş özellikle tatlı bufesinde her damağa uygun lezzetlere yer verilmiş türk kosesinde çıkan guvecleri mutlaka denemenizi tavsiye ederim sabah kahvaltısında börek köşesinde Sarıyer böreği mutlaka yemelisiniz taze taze börek açan otel neredeyse kalmadı :) çeşitlilik ve lezzet mükemmeldi Mutfak şefi Barış usta ya çok teşekkür ederim odalara gelince sorunsuz akan bir duş bulmak çok güzel 7/24 duş almak isteseniz sorunsuz alabilirsiniz servis tarafına gelince servis ekibi gerçekten sizin için çalıştıklarını gösteriyorlar gözlerinizin içine bakıyorlar bir osteginiz varmı diye öğrenmek için

We recently had a holiday in Bodrum, our first ever holiday with our daughter, son in law and 3 year old granddaughter. My husband and I travel a lot and this has probably been the worst hotel we’ve ever experienced. The reason for the one star was the good location of the hotel and the view and that’s it. The housekeeping is appalling, we were there 6 days and our room cleaned only once. Even then it didn’t look quite clean and they took our towels and robe and didn’t replace them. If you were lucky enough to get through to reception, it was another undertaking try to get them to understand what you are saying. None of the staff in the whole of the hotel were proficient enough in English. The food was average, especially breakfast was mainly Turkish and not much variety. Many flies around the food which put us off. We went out for our meals after the first day. Building is outdated and tired. Had to take 4 different lifts to get from lobby to the pool and wasting time waiting for each one. WiFi was nonexistent and each time we inquired they said they’re changing companies it’s not the hotel’s fault… well I’m sorry if you can’t provide adequate WiFi service for your guests it IS your fault! I could go on…All in all this holiday was a treat for my daughter and her family and frankly we were embarrassed to have brought them to this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here!
