No communication about pool being under construction and a parking fee for 10$ each night. No fresh sheets only taking out garbage left the bed unmade but overall they took money off for inconvenience wasn’t much but it was fine.

We had a couple of issues that make the experience not good Our pull out mattress was broken but maintenance came quick The pool was close and wasn't informed when checking in. The fridge wasn't working and didn't realize until we were leaving that it was due to our drinks being warm But for the most part it was a great place to stay I would recommend it.

We only stayed for one night. We’ve stayed here a few times. A few small issues. The pool was closed (but they still charged us $10.00 for parking….maybe skip on parking fees if the pool isn’t available). Last small issue, hot water took quite a while to start in the shower.

The only reason we booked here was because it was close to the mall and the pool. We checked in on a Wednesday night and they said they were working on the pool heater and that they bring in games for things to do instead of the pool. We left on a Saturday and the pool was still not working and they brought board games into a meeting room to compensate. That was ridic. I will not stay there again because of this, the water was lukewarm as they had too many people using it apparently and their breakfast area was too small for the hotel and it kept running g out of items and we had to tell them since they were not watching.

The Pool was feeezing cold was the only downfall to this hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast was awesome!

Maybe I should have read reviews first but I’ll start by saying the front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. Dislikes were the hairs found on the bed and towels in the bathroom, there was a spot on our floor in front of a bed that clearly had water damage, the bathroom is so small that the door almost hits the toilet, the pool was advertised as indoor heated pool giving the impression the pool would be warm and it wasn’t, and the pillows and linens were very uncomfortable. To top all of that off you have to pay to park at a hotel you paid 200 to stay at for a night.

Very clean, and the room was nice. Staff friendly and very helpful when it came to parking and getting shuttle service to the airport. We have to leave early, so we will be missing breakfast. We were looking forward to eating before the 6 hour plane ride. We enjoyed our stay!
