Holiday Inn Blackpool

飯店位置就在車站旁邊，對面也有大型的購物中心及超市，房間空間及設施很棒，唯一的缺憾就是早餐的選擇並不多，這次住了四個晚上每一餐都吃一樣屬於英式的自助早餐，其實吃兩次就膩了，希望早餐的供應可以再國際化再多樣化一些

酒店很乾凈，很新，早餐很豐富，服務也不錯。位置就在黑池北站對面走路即到，出入方便。

Absolutely brilliant 3 night stay this week. The hotel is brand new and you can tell. Everything is clean and shiny. The staff are really friendly and will do anything for you. The rooms are kitted out to a really high standard, ours even had a Nespresso machine! The only thing we came across that we might want to be changed is the air con situation. We found the room too warm and couldn’t seem to get it cooled down. Although, a quick call to reception and it was sorted out pretty much straight away. Also want to give a shout out to Freya on reception for her warm welcome and brilliant service.

What a wonderful Hotel! Everything superb. The location is right next to the rail station and opposite a huge brand new Sainsbury’s. Once the new tram line station opens which is right next to the Hotel it will be ideal. Access direct from the Hotel and underpass to the train station. Couldn’t be better.

Visited with my daughter to take in the House of JoJo at the Winter Gardens 17/5. Booking in at the hotel was fast and efficient, reception staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. All the staff we encountered were friendly and seemed happy in their work. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable and still has that lovely new hotel smell to it. Our room was neat and clean with everything you would need, and so quiet, no noise from other rooms so a good night's sleep guaranteed. We will be back. Keep up the good work staff.

Fabulous welcome from Fran on reception. Great first impression! Hotel was spotlessly clean and all amenities you could want. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice. Checkout was great, Rebecca was lovely and chatty. Wonderful staff, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Lovely new clean hotel. Breakfast OK but not amazing. Stayed 2 nights and eagerly awaited the nuts and seeds as per the 'dried fruit, nuts and seeds' sign at breakfast each day although they didn't put in an appearance! I loved how the rooms were really well lit with plenty of bright lamps as it is a particular bugbear of mine that hotel rooms mostly seen to be very dimly lit. Only gripe with the room is that there was nowhere to do hair/makeup. There were no sockets near the very large mirror nor anywhere to put hair tools other than to sit on the floor and leave them there. I got arm ache stretching the cord on the room's hairdryer to reach from the socket so I could actually see in the mirror. Given that there is a large blank space on the wall above the desk and chair which also has sockets above I can't understand why there isn't a mirror here.

Went for a Saturday night for my partners birthday, I did request a sea view room, and the hotel did not disappoint! Check in staff were lovely and friendly, we were given a card key, but wasn't told you needed to use the key to work the lift, so a bit of a panic when the doors closed! The room was on the top floor as I requested, gorgeous room with sofa and king size bed. Great bathroom and the shower was brilliant, with gorgeous toiletries. Couldn't work out how to put the fan on in bathroom, but Im sure thats my fault for not looking properly. We had a view right down Talbot Rd to the sea, pity the tram wasn't running, and the car park area did look a bit of a mess, but thats not the hotels fault. The bed was comfy and there was a pillow menu if required. Breakfast was in Marco Pierre Whites restaurant, and is buffet style. There are cooked breakfasts if you want them. the only gripe i could find is that there were not enough vegan options, altho there was a good range of dairy free milk, but no vegan cheeses or other foods, but it was really nice. The hotel is spotless, and really stylish, we will definitely be back for a longer stay. This hotel is just what Blackpool needed...
