Hotels con internet a Bitez

Sto scrivendo per esprimere la mia profonda insoddisfazione per l'esperienza che ho avuto durante il mio recente soggiorno nel tuo hotel dal [18 agosto 2024] al [21 agosto 2024]. Purtroppo, questo soggiorno era lontano da quello che mi aspettavo, e molti problemi hanno colpito gravemente la mia esperienza generale; in primo luogo, il comportamento e l’atteggiamento del vostro personale erano particolarmente deludenti. Il direttore Hilal è stato molto brutto, mancanza di esperienza, professionalità e inresponsività alle richieste. Voglio che la direzione indaghi su perché, ha avuto questo comportamento e controlla se c'era spazio disponibile all'11:18 agosto 2024 per il check-in precoce. Il direttore HILAL era molto arrabbiato e voleva che cancellassi la mia prenotazione e semplicemente non mi importa dell'esperienza degli ospiti. In qualità di ospite, mi aspetto che venga trattato con rispetto e cortesia, che purtroppo mancava durante il mio soggiorno. In secondo luogo, ho chiesto un letto grande e mi sono deluso per sapere che hanno tutto un letto singolo che è collegato dal personale di servizio in camera e lo stesso manager HILAL era molto brutto e dicendo che unire due letti singoli è lo stesso di un letto grande o re Questo è stato inaccettabile e non è stato affatto conforme alle norme che mi aspettavo da un hotel della vostra reputazione. Inoltre, quando ho portato queste questioni all'attenzione della direzione, il trattamento della mia denuncia era inadeguato e mi ha lasciato sentire ancora più frustrato. Questa esperienza ha purtroppo lasciato un'impressione negativa duratura e mi chiedo se rimarrò o se raccomandare questo hotel in futuro. Ritengo che tali questioni debbano essere affrontate immediatamente per evitare che altri ospiti si trovino in una situazione di scontento analoga, e vorrei che lei potesse esaminare tali questioni e fornire una risposta adeguata. Sono inoltre aperta a discutere di come correggere questa situazione, grazie per l'attenzione che ha prestato a questo grave problema e attendo con interesse la sua risposta immediata.

This is a gem of a hotel set in an oasis of greenery, that’s in the best position on Bitez Bay. Beautiful rooms, excellent care and service & professionally managed. What more could you want? I highly recommend.

The star of this hotel is Sevgi, she worked prominently in the roof top pool bar, but also the restaurant and main bar at night time. She is a real asset, friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble. She certainly made us feel welcome from the start and made our holiday. It's always nice to see a friendly face. We stayed at this hotel 10 years ago, decided to go back to see what it was like now. The reception area had been upgraded and the room we had was a good size with a good view. This was a superior room. My daughter and her partner wasn't so lucky in a club room, this was very dated and in need of refurbishment and a good clean. However, Ali the on site rep was very helpful and got them moved into a more suitable room that was much better. He was always in reception in the mornings so if you needed him he was easy to find. If we ran out of anything in the room the cleaning staff as well as reception were very helpful. The food was very good, always plenty of choice and the restaurant staff were always busy refilling the dishes. The staff were pleasant and would chat and acknowledge you when you walked in the restaurant. The bar area in the evening was outside, usually plenty of seats and staff were good at getting chairs etc for people if needed. The downside was the entertainment which consisted of a DJ each evening, sometimes the music was too loud to talk. On the whole it was a good holiday, especially for the price we paid. Access to Bodrum is easy and cheap via regular minibuses that picked up outside the hotel. Although the hotel is tired and in need of some TLC in places it was a good value holiday.

A very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively. The concierges; Dokhan and Duygu served us a very friendly welcome and chats the whole time which helped us to get to know the area a lot too!

L'hotel merita davvero le sue 3 stelle, una posizione ideale a 3 minuti dalla spiaggia, c'è un mini-bus che passa proprio accanto per andare direttamente al centro di Bodrum ed è a 35 minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto. l'arredamento cordiale e amichevole, molto caldo. La pulizia è indiscutibile (nonostante l'odore di fumo di sigaretta nella mia stanza), ma sono sicuro che hanno cercato di fare del loro meglio, forse nelle stanze dovrebbe essere vietato fumare. La vista dalla camera della piscina, le sdraio all'esterno, la vasca idromassaggio, il ristorante dell'hotel era molto buono, la colazione da sogno era eccellente.... Il gestore e il personale sono stati molto gentili e ti hanno messo a tuo agio, ti senti davvero bene e sono sempre molto premurosi. Davvero un posto che consiglio vivamente e ci tornerò senza esitazione.

Yurt içi ve yurt dışı onlarca otelde kaldım böyle rezalet bir işletme ve işletmeciyle hiç karşılaşmadım. Yatağın etrafındaki halının rengi toz ve pislikten griye dönmüş. Banyoda şıpır şıpır su. Klima yıllardır temizlenmemiş. Kanepeye hafifçe vurunca bile bir toz bulutu yükseliyor. Pislikten aynada kendinizi göremiyorsunuz. Adeta korku filmlerindeki terkedilmiş evler gibi, odaya girmemizin 5. Dakikasında alerji atağım başladı. İşletmecinin ukalalığı ve bize kıt bilgisiyle otelcilik dersi vermesinin detaylarına hiç girmiyorum bile! 2 günlük peşin verdiğimiz parayı yakma pahasına bir kaç saat içinde odayı terk ettik. En azından 1 günlük paramızı iade istediğimizde ukalalığa bir de saygısızca konuşmalar ve tehditler eklendi. Tam anlamıyla REZALET!
