Abbiamo trascorso la seconda parte della nostra luna di miele qui, era innocente! Il personale era gentile e utile. Grazie speciali a Serkan che ha fatto tutta la nostra esperienza di essere così ospite. Ci siamo trasferiti nella stanza 222, che era spaziosa e pulita ogni giorno. La camera aveva anche una bella vista e un jacuzzi che era grande da usare durante il tramonto. Il bagno poteva essere un po' più grande, ma alla fine era pulito e funzionale. Il ristorante dell'hotel (Milo by Roas) aveva anche una vista fantastica e era semplicemente magnifico! Il cibo è stato sempre cucinato perfettamente e il colazione in particolare è stato uno dei migliori che abbiamo mai avuto in Turchia. Ci siamo trovati di ritorno al ristorante in molte occasioni. Anche il cibo era molto ragionevole. La piscina era pulita e ci sono stati molti letti solari disponibili. La posizione dell'hotel era tranquilla e conveniente con le aree centrali a soli 5 minuti di taxi da distanza. La spiaggia di Bitez è a pochi passi. Il personale di ricezione avrebbe chiamato un taxi da una società affidabile per noi che era grande. Prima di prenotare il servizio clienti via WhatsApp era anche fantastico. In generale, saremmo sicuramente rimasti qui!

Per una famiglia di aziende molto vicine al mare, a prezzi molto bassi e puliti, consiglio camere e aree generali erano pulite e curate in natura, una spiaggia tranquilla, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia tranquilla, a 5 km dal centro di sótano, e un parcheggio privato accanto a lui. The star of this hotel is Sevgi, she worked prominently in the roof top pool bar, but also the restaurant and main bar at night time. She is a real asset, friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble. She certainly made us feel welcome from the start and made our holiday. It's always nice to see a friendly face. We stayed at this hotel 10 years ago, decided to go back to see what it was like now. The reception area had been upgraded and the room we had was a good size with a good view. This was a superior room. My daughter and her partner wasn't so lucky in a club room, this was very dated and in need of refurbishment and a good clean. However, Ali the on site rep was very helpful and got them moved into a more suitable room that was much better. He was always in reception in the mornings so if you needed him he was easy to find. If we ran out of anything in the room the cleaning staff as well as reception were very helpful. The food was very good, always plenty of choice and the restaurant staff were always busy refilling the dishes. The staff were pleasant and would chat and acknowledge you when you walked in the restaurant. The bar area in the evening was outside, usually plenty of seats and staff were good at getting chairs etc for people if needed. The downside was the entertainment which consisted of a DJ each evening, sometimes the music was too loud to talk. On the whole it was a good holiday, especially for the price we paid. Access to Bodrum is easy and cheap via regular minibuses that picked up outside the hotel. Although the hotel is tired and in need of some TLC in places it was a good value holiday.

Sono stata con mio marito in questo hotel a conclusione di un viaggio itinerante. L hotel è un 5 stelle in all inclusive... Considerato che gli standard sono molto più bassi si potrebbe paragonare a un 3/4 stelle. Hotel pulito, personale attento e gentile. Il mare non è un granché, come in tutta la costa,. L hotel ha due piccole spiagge con lettini e ombrelloni (teli mare). Possibilità di praticare sport acquatici Sono presenti due piscine grandi, una zona ombra con alberi e diversi bar. Il ristorante panorama all ultimo piano ha una terrazza con una vista incredibile. Buffet fornito sia per colazione che pranzo e cena. Il menù è un pò ripetitivo, per i soggiorni lunghi può diventare noioso. Presente una piccola palestra, un centro benessere. Nelle vicinanze moltissimi locali e ristoranti. Il centro di Bodrum è raggiungibile con un taxi in 10 minuti. Consiglio

Tutto era fantastico, il giardino e la piscina erano meravigliosi, il personale era le persone più amichevoli che abbia mai incontrato, molto disponibile e gentile. La prima notte siamo arrivati così tardi e avevamo fame e ci hanno dato cibo gratis anche se la loro cucina era chiusa. Nel complesso il posto è molto buono considerando la quantità di denaro che paghi ma potrebbero migliorare nella pulizia del bagno e dei pavimenti?

The apartments were like a little oasis in the heat. Facilities were clean, gardens lovely & staff friendly. Beautiful pool. Walking distance to beaches (not the most fantastic but water was lovely), loads of restaurants and a few market shops. Had use of loungers at the first hotel along the beach.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel ad agosto 2023. La scelta dell’hotel era obbligata in quanto tappa finale di un tour organizzato con la Bravo Tour. L’hotel ha un ristorante a buffet per chi ha la formula mezza pensione e pensione completa e un ristorante esterno sulla via principale, di fronte al mare. Nel ristorante esterno e pagamento si mangia discretamente e i prezzi sono in linea con quelli europei (caro quindi per la Turchia), mentre nella mensa a buffet la scelta è poco varia e le pietanze non sono buone. Stesso discorso per la colazione. Il personale del ristorante, soprattutto quello esterno a pagamento è davvero cordiale e la gran parte parla inglese quindi è semplice comunicare. Alla reception ci sono due diverse persone, una più cordiale e disponibile, l’altra molto meno. Passiamo al punto veramente dolente, le camere. Oltre ad essere davvero vecchie, sono veramente molto sporche di base. Non ho mai potuto accendere il condizionatore perché dire che e lurido è poco e onestamente ho davvero paura di respirare quello che esce da quel coso, allego una foto. Nonostante le pulizie dovrebbero essere fatte tutti i giorni, in una settimana non sono mai venuti a pulire. Io ho dovuto chiedere autonomamente asciugamani puliti e carta igienica. Anche all’esterno fuori el balcone, ci sono due sedie e un tavolino, altrettanto lerce. Il servizio di assistenza direi che è assente, io ho sia lamentato l’assenza delle pulizie, che richiesto l’intervento di qualcuno poiché la doccia si è rotta, ma le mie richieste non hanno mai trovato seguito. Concludo Quindi dicendo che non consiglio affatto questa struttura, non ci tornerei mai. Spero che questa recensione possa aiutare qualcuno nella scelta, o in questo caso non scelta, della struttura dove alloggiare
