2 blocks away from Osh bazaar makes this hotel a great place to stay. The surrounding buildings are not much to look at but the hotel feels brand new and is immaculate. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we had in our month long travel through Central Asia and coffee the best!

Great hotel. Rooms are neat, spacious and well equipped. This hotel is new, so everything looks perfect. The staff is extremely nice and very much accommodating. The location is close to the center and just 30 min by car from the airport. They have an option of the airport pick up and the cost is around 10 bucks usd. Highly recommend

The room was nice, however the service was very bad indeed....
The teaspoons were stained, the toilet brush was filthy and only a quarter of a toilet-paper-roll was provided.
On my 2nd day, I was woken up by the telephone and told that I was supposed to check out (Not correct, I had booked 3 nights) and then on my third morning I was told that breakfast would be at 10:30!!?? (Crazy) and it didn't arrive until 10:50 and it was bad :/ ...Then, when I had to check-out the water stopped in my room so I had to use kettle water to brush my teeth, and in addition to all this, they had locked the hotel entrance door and then told me again that they couldn't locate my booking? Surely as a business you would just contact ********** in that 24-hour period? Crazy.
Would not stay again.

Прилетел практически рано утром, уснул и пропустил завтрак. Но на удивлении принесли на номер, был очень приятен и благодарен. В номере были все необходимое (зуб.набор, одноразовые тапочки, полный чайный сервис). Для что важное было это большой рабочий стол. Молодцы!!! Видно очень стараются и помогают во всем.

Остановились в отеле на 4 ночи. Выбор пал на отель из-за соотношения цены и картинки. Фото отеля совпадают с действительностью! Отель расположен в 4 км от центра в очень скромном районе и здание отеля самое красивое в округе))) Отель новый, современный, работники очень услужливые и доброжелательные. Номер свежий, с белым постельным бельем, в номере чайный набор, чайник, графин с водой), тапочки (многоразовые). Рядом с отелем 2 продуктовых магазина, кафе. Пользовались Яндекс.Такси 200 сом и вы в центре. В отеле есть бесплатный wi-fi, в момент нашего присутствия были небольшие некритичные перебои с интернетом. Завтрак - небольшой шведский стол, + чай, кофе, соки и индивидуально для вас приготовят яичницу, омлет или кашу. Вкусный сытный домашний завтрак! 👍🏻 Опишу минусы, для кого-то они могут быть критичны, для нас нет: вид из номера так себе, на какую-то разруху; в отеле нет лифта, а здание 4х этажное; немного затасканные уже серые полотенца. Пишу минусы для тех, кому важны эти моменты. Если еще раз будем в Бишкеке, то выбор может быть снова за этим отелем. Благодарим за гостеприимство 🤗❤️

Отличный отель, современный, просторные номера, очень отзывчивые сотрудники. Когда возникла необходимость продлить номера, помогли и с этим. Завтраки хорошие, всегда уточняют, что хочешь дополнительно: могут сделать кашу или яйца, это здорово. Вообще есть ощущение заботы, это очень ценно. Матрасы и постельное - новые, удобные. Вайфай ловит не везде стабильно, но с местной симкой это не критично. до центра города 7-10 минут на такси, цена ~200 рублей (сом). Рядом есть небольшие кафешки с местной ОЧЕНЬ недорогой едой, в самом отеле только завтрак. В пешей доступности большой рынок, можно закупиться текстилем местного производства. Нужно понимать, что это не центр города, вокруг обычные частные дома, много автосервисов, гулять там негде. Таксисты говорят, что раньше у района была дурная слава и вечерами одной лучше не ходить. Я не проверяла))
