They had pre arranged a taxi service from the airport, and he was waiting for me right at the doors as I finally completed my 28 hours in transit from Sydney. This man was my first experience of anyone really in Bishkek and he was so friendly and helpful. We chatted endlessly whilst he drove me to my destination and although I was tired I wished we could have spoken for another little while. Once inside the hotel, he helped me check in to the hotel as my knowledge of Russian is non existent and the young man behind the counter had limited English. I headed upstairs and had an amazing sleep after a hot shower. The beds are super comfortable and after getting myself sorted around 11am the staff at the front desk really did go above and beyond helping me get my sim card active (they even took me to the supermarket to add data to my sim) they then organised a taxi to take me to the bank and bring me back and all of this they offered me a lunch as I had missed out in breakfast. They also upgraded me from a double room to a room with a separate lounge and bedroom. The next day before checking out they again arranged a taxi for my destination and also gave me a take away lunch as I had missed breakfast that first morning. This was my first long haul flight after 2 years and the staff at hotel De'mar really helped me settle in and avoid jet lag. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend you stay at this hotel if you are ever thinking of visiting Bishkek.

Ero in questo hotel con ospiti dalla Germania. Ci piaceva molto. Pulito e comodo. Excelente WiFi. personale amabile e molto ospite. Ma il più importante è la loro cucina. Colazione sorpresa non solo me, ma anche i nostri ospiti stranieri. La tavola svedese era appena rotta dalla varietà di piatti, erano le nostre casse tradizionali, uova e omelette, diverse pasticcerie dolci e carni, prodotti lattiero-caseari, succhi, tè, caffè, acqua, frutta, verdura e molto altro. Qui potresti davvero vedere l'ospitalità reale kirghiza. Non solo potrei orgogliosamente dire ai miei ospiti l'ospitalità reale kirghiza, ma anche mostrare.

We stayed for 4 days in this hotel. 1. Rooms are quite good for a botique hotel - bathroom is nice with complete toiletries. 2. Breakfast is quite less but good and will help you throughout the day - eggs and coffee will be offered by the wonderful staff or upon request. Dinner is quite good. Bar is okay. 3. Place is quiet except for the noise in the street but not that important. 4. Location is okay - near supermarkets, restaurants, and malls. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, especially Aiperi and Perizat.I'd like to commend Aiperi as she made sure all our queries and requests were attended to with a smile. She will help you out the best way she can. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!!!

La colazione è molto ricca e ogni giorno vengono aggiunti piatti freschi. Anche il livello di inglese alla reception è molto buono. Le camere sono pulite e molto buone. L'insonorizzazione è molto buona. Il traffico qui è sostanzialmente lo stesso di quello del minibus di campagna. Il taxi è estremamente economico e puoi scaricare tu stesso un software di chiamata taxi. L'hotel si trova vicino al consolato cinese americano, non molto vicino alla città ma la città non è grande, quindi va bene. Dovrebbe esserci un parcheggio al piano di sotto.

E'decente fuori e all'interno. Il colazione è buono, la cassa da pranzo è buona anche, ma non molto grande. Il personale è bello e utile. Ho vissuto in una stanza standard. E'molto più piccola di solito, la bagno è piuttosto piccola anche, ma va bene. L'hotel è situato in una tranquilla strada. Mi piace che ci siano shampoo e distributori di sapone nella vasca anziché piccole bottiglie. Sono legati al muro, e li premete solo per ottenere l'importo che avete bisogno. Questo è molto conveniente. La stanza è dotata di quasi tutto quello che devi passare la notte, compresa una cabina, ma ho dovuto andare in un negozio vicino per ottenere una spugna. Il letto era molto morbido. Le tende sono dense e lascia quasi nessuna luce. Così è stato comodo dormire. A volte qualcosa di strano nella stanza che ha reso più difficile dormire. Mi piace che ci sia un riscaldamento nella stanza e posso scegliere la temperatura desiderata. Non è molto rumore, quindi non mi ha disturbato la notte. Il mio piccolo problema è che si soffia nello spazio tra la cortina e la finestra, che riduce la sua efficienza, quindi ho dovuto mettere qualcosa sul riscaldatore per tenere le cortine più vicine alla finestra, in modo che l'aria calda si scoppi all'interno della stanza. Il bagno è molto più freddo, quindi ho dovuto tenere la porta aperta per raggiungere il livello della temperatura. Il prezzo per questo livello è più alto di quanto non fosse normale, considerando la bassa stagione e il livello generale dei prezzi in Kirghizistan.

La posizione è la migliore, come è nel centro. Gulnura alla reception è molto utile. Ha assistito dall'arrivo fino alla partenza. La signora dal dovere mattinale anche. La stanza è buona per il breve viaggio. Sono in servizio le strutture. Solo a piedi da supermercato e ristorante.

L'hotel era in generale molto bello e sufficiente.I lavoratori erano ricchi e amavano il culto.I ricettatori parlano turco.Il colazione è bella e sufficiente.Un hotel negozio.La posizione non è male, ci sono caccia al centro commerciale Asia.Per me, c'è solo un grande perno nelle finestre di difficoltà. E non si ferma abbastanza la luce fuori, e si rende difficile dormire nei giorni del sole.

In generale, un buon hotel, ma era abbastanza caldo. La finestra ha cercato di aprire, ma molti mosquiti sono arrivati. Aggiungerei reti di mosquito alle finestre, più comprare fan e camera, sono economici ma aggiungere comfort
