Hotel in zona South Yardley Library, Birmingham

Sono estremamente deluso dal servizio fornito da Trip.com.Abbiamo prenotato una vacanza per i nostri bambini, tenendo conto dell'amore del nostro bambino per nuotare. Prima di effettuare la prenotazione, abbiamo controllato attentamente le strutture elencate, che hanno chiaramente menzionato una piscina all'interno. Tuttavia, al momento dell’arrivo, ci ha sorpreso di scoprire che l’hotel non solo non aveva una piscina all’interno, ma il manager e il personale negavano la sua esistenza. Sono profondamente insoddisfatto e frustrato, non sono sicuro che sia stato il management dell'hotel o Trip.com che ci ha sbagliati. Questa sinformazione ha rovinato tutto il nostro viaggio, lasciandoci completamente insoddisfatti. Sono profondamente dispiaciuto per i servizi dell'Trip.com e per la mancanza di precisione nelle informazioni fornite.

La struttura è in buona posizione centrale con servizi di base.Può utilizzare alcune pulizie supplementari all'interno della stanza come polvere spottata in vari punti, ma comunque buon valore per i soldi.

Ogni volta si accoglie caldamente a Redwings. Il personale è carino e non può essere più utile. Le camere sono di base ma pulite e confortevoli. L'hotel è circondato da bar e ristoranti e sulla strada principale di autobus verso la città di Birmingham. Perfetto per un breve soggiorno a prezzi ragionevoli.

Molto vicino alla città e comodo per lo shopping. L'addetto alla reception dell'hotel è stato gentile e gentile e ci ha aiutato a ottenere il permesso di parcheggio, perché se parcheggi in questo hotel devi registrarti in anticipo alla reception. Le camere sono piccole ma pulite .

Sembra tranquillo da quando alla fine della sala Ma dopo aver finito, metti fuori le mie cose e entra nel bagno. Improvvisamente si svegliano circa 4 sono perché ci sono voci di camion che si muovono cose fuori dalla mia finestra 😭😭 Molto rumore E ho lasciato l'hotel alle 6:00 Non riesco a dormire di nuovo. Quando si verifica, la signora non si preoccupa di chiedere come’ il mio soggiorno?? Da quando ho soggiornato così tanti vacanze in questa settimana Hanno sempre chiesto quando ho fatto il mio controllo. Quindi non mi dispiace di dirle del profumo di sigaretta o del rumore forte del camion al mattino.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Birmingham. Walk is not too far to Broad street which is where we were headed. The decor is tastefully done and the pool table on the 1st floor was greatly enjoyed for a little bit of relaxation and competitiveness. Stayed in a Penter plus room on the 7rh floor and despite the lack of bath robe and slippers which it stated on trip, the room was modern, fresh, clean and comfortable.

the service was great , however the room itself was very small leaving no room to be able to move around. the bathroom door also had a huge hole cut out as a handle which we thought was odd. also 1 pillow which wasn’t very thick left it so that me and my friend didn’t get much sleep and woke up with pain in our necks . can’t fault the service though , the staff at the reception were lovely

There is so much to unpack here when it comes to Selina Birmingham. Never again am I staying at this hellhole of a hotel. For a name like Selina, the hotel sure is nightmarish to stay at. It's shameful that the hotel shares the same name with my non-biological/cosplay partner. There is no breakfast but at least, the bedding, the pillows and the duvet are comfy (but most likely due to the fact that I’m tired) and the wi-fi is decent. Unfortunately, this is where the compliments stop, especially when the dorm rooms are so dark, you have to turn on the flashlight on your phone in order to see. Not to mention, there is no television in the room I was staying in. To make matters worse, the dorm room is cold, coupled with no heating. I honestly don't mind the cold most of the time but the room temperature is too cold for my liking. Speaking of the ground floor, the Korean receptionist told me that I'm not allowed to eat my food at a table at the cafe and told me to climb the stairs all the way to the third floor in order to eat my food. It isn't fair, considering the receptionist with the short, dark hair tends to allow me to eat my food at a table at the cafe during the very early hours of the morning. I eventually lost my patience and yelled at the Korean receptionist. It's rare when I lose my patience. I threatened in a growly voice with, ”I suggest you fill the pot noodle to the top with water unless you want a scathing, negative review to be blasted on the radio for everyone to hear?”. Finally, she got the memo. The rooms, bathrooms and toilets and facilities are unsanitary (for example, there are biscuit crumbs all over the bed sheets. I didn't know until I got out of bed), the entire hotel itself is not accessibility-friendly as if the lack of a lift and the staff not being accommodating towards disabled people such as myself isn’t of any indication, the kitchen and the kitchen equipment on the third floor are dirty, there is no hot water in some of the bathrooms within the dorm rooms, the bathrooms and the dorm rooms are shared (therefore, there is no privacy), the lights keep turning themselves off if you’re idle (I’m more used to turning on and off the lights on my own accord), you need to pay £10 for a padlock which is complicated for disabled people and the list goes on. The toilets, bathrooms, kitchen etc are just as dirty as Badea Faulkner and Olive Allison Brown from the Avanzar House in Middleton, Manchester not cleaning up after themselves. And don’t get me started on the staff being problematic. They aren’t very useful to the point where I had to shout at them due to their language barriers and them not listening to me, let alone understanding me. This is troubling for autistic people like me. Never in all my years have I encountered such frustrating hotel staff members. Compared to the other hotels I've stayed at in the past, the hotel staff in these hotels were never infuriating. If a lack of staff doesn’t tell you the appalling

In tutta onestà, il prezzo dell'hotel non valeva la pena. Ho pagato 185 sterline per la mia stanza per me e il mio partner, ma la stanza era scioccamente sotto il bilancio. La stanza era grande, ma tutto questo era. Il letto era essenzialmente un letto doppio, la stanza era stanca e fusa come se qualcuno avesse usato il bagno prima di entrarci, si poteva sentire tutti fuori dalla stanza e tutti camminare e parlare fuori dall'hotel. Non consiglierei mai a nessuno di pagare più di 80 sterline per la grande stanza.

L'hotel è molto pulito e ben organizzato, la camera da letto è un letto fantastico comodo da dormire. Onestamente, mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno. Mi piace l'approccio molto gentile del personale cliente.
