Very good location near Grand Central & Bullring, toke 7mins to walk from Train station to hotel. Family room with 1 king sized bed and 2 single beds. Free English-style breakfast provided from 7-10 am

Very near to national express coach station. Next to a wet market and China Town. I didn't try the breakfast as it's crowded. The stay was nice

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was smaller than I’ve been in before but cleanliness was good and bed as comfy as ever!

Location is great, However, there's issue with the key card. It takes us almost 10 minutes to get inside the room as the key card isn't working. Room is big enough.A pretty decent place to stay for its price

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean but had dust in certain parts of the lighting and table. The bathroom didn’t smell to good when we got there. There wasn’t much soap to wash your hands. Unfortunately at night time the people next door were loud and at times the door was shutting it would wake you up. The tv remote wasn’t working properly.
