Hotel Holloway

Wow what a lovely pleasant surprise. Beautiful room and reception/lounge area. The room was modern and stylish as was the lounge area. Tv has Netflix and Disney as well as all the apps you could use. The bed and pillows are medium firm and the bedding pure white and pressed. The whole hotel is spotless and I would go as far to say immaculate. The switches for the lights tv heating and air conditioning are all modern touch electronics but very easy to use. The shower is a nice size big enough for two people at a time if you so wish. With a rainfall head and separate nozzle to get to those hard to reach places. Shower gel, hand wash body lotion, along with complimentary slippers and fluffy white towels are all available in the bathroom. Fridge has some emergency snacks available and there are also crisps sweets and a selection of drinks to choose from for a fee. Price in pictures below. Tea coffee and hot chocolate are free and there’s even some biscuits. There's about 8 rooms so it’s quiet and it’s on one level so no one is banging about above you. Yes there’s a car wash outside but in all fairness I couldn’t hear it and while I was there I got plenty of sleep in the night and day. Usually if a pin drops I’m awake so I would say if you need some rest and quiet this is a great place to stay also the bed and the pillows are extremely comfortable it’s the best nights sleep I’ve had in about 2 years I felt 10 years younger when I left. The ladies who did the cleaning are lovely and friendly and judging by how spotless, the hotel is I would say very hard-working. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the bull ring but I have a bad knee so if your fit it’s about 5. There are a few shops literally one minute away plus so many places to eat you’ll be spoiled for choice. The hotel don’t do food but who cares with so much choice right on the door step. Car parking available on request in own car park and also for electric cars. To summarise this is a smashing hotel and I will be returning on my next visit to Birmingham. Keep up the good work. The best hotel I’ve stayed in

What a fantastic find in the centre of Birmingham this was!! We've stopped in pretty much every hotel in Brum and this has become our first choice! Customer service is second to none and checkin/checkout is the most efficient we've experienced. A free, secure (and very pretty!) car park right outside the door makes life very easy and it's central location fantastic. Outstanding room decor and facilties (everything you could possibly need), fantastic air con and super comfortable bed (we slept so well!). Can't rate our stay high enough! Thank you!
