Hotel in zona Birmingham and Midland Institute, Birmingham

This hotel is by far one of the most outstanding hotels in Birmingham city. The state of the art spa and gym most definitely contribute towards this factor; especially because of the intricate modern take to the architecture and interior design of the property itself. The service that I revived was top tier, the employees were always very polite and helpful you can truly see they are dedicated to providing memorable experiences to their guests. The hotel itself is beautifully kept with cleaner spotted 24/7 across the premises. !DEFINITELY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Please do get the lifts fixed asap - appreciate not fully within ones control but was a bit of a challenge having 2 out of 4 lifts not working; especially as a hotel that is not situated on the ground floor of the building.

The check-in was easy & efficient, as it took few minutes. Location was walkable to Birmingham New Street Station. It was in quiet location just opposite to Snow Hill One & Two. Price was very reasonable. As usual, room was clean & tidy. Free breakfast was good, but bit busy. I lost my right earbud airpod on bed. I called & recovered it the same day. Great service!

I booked the hotel on Trip.com. The earliest check in time was 3pm. Check in was easy. I asked for a room on a certain floor and not too close to the elevator and got exactly what I wanted. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was nice & clean, with all necessary amenities included. The location is excellent. Its a short walk (under 9 mins) to Birmingham New Street station also known as Grand Central. Hotel is also very close to Bullring Mall. Shops, restaurants & banks are all within easy access to the hotel. I did not eat any meals in the hotel. Ate out at different restaurants. The hotel amenities are good and well stocked. King size room amenities: kettle, tea coffee milk, safe, mini fridge, ironing board, iron, hair dryer and toiletries. The shower does not have a glass door, instead it had a shower curtain which was torn on the top. The windows are not double glazed. It rained heavy. The sound of strong winds & rain hitting on to the windows was too loud. Double glazed windows would have solved that issue. The fire alarm went off on Friday morning 3 or 4 times in a row. I tried calling reception a few times but the line was engaged. The hotel should have informed all guests about the fire alarm but they failed to do so. I had to ask one of the cleaners about the alarm. She told me it was nothing to worry about. In general, I would gladly recommend this hotel to others due to location, cleanliness and comfort.

The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a dream every night! I loved the little touches, like the Nespresso machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the sleek bathroom with a powerful rain shower and luxurious toiletries. Everything felt well thought-out, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruit to full English breakfast items. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner there one evening – the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. The bar area was a great spot to unwind with a cocktail after a day of exploring the city. The location of the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is unbeatable, especially if you want to be in the heart of the action. It’s just a short walk from major attractions like the Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham New Street Station, and the vibrant Brindleyplace area, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I also appreciated how easy it was to get around the city, with excellent transport links nearby. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. When I needed recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, the concierge provided brilliant suggestions. Overall, my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Amazing servizio clienti da Christina che consente un check-in precoce. Camera pulita e temperata e bottiglie di acqua in silenzio/spargo nel frigorifero. Era leggermente alto a bassa voce circa 1-3am da rivelatori tardi, ma niente di male. Dormite deliziose- acqua dolce e omelete Prezzi alcolici molto ragionevoli

Molto buona posizione vicino a Grand Central & Bullring, a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria all'hotel. Camera familiare con 1 letto di dimensioni reali e 2 letti singoli. Colazione in stile inglese gratuita fornita da 7-10 am

Ancora una volta un servizio eccellente da parte di questo hotel a Birmingham. Il personale è ben addestrato per fornire al cliente un servizio eccezionale, non meno del personale dello stesso gruppo alberghiero a Monaco

Recentemente abbiamo prenotato 2 camere. Ci siamo divertiti a stare a Holiday Inn NEC Birm, e non potevamo essere più felici con l'esperienza. Il personale caldo e accogliente ci ha resi sentire a casa quando siamo entrati. Il processo di check-in è stato semplice e veloce, e mi è stato immediatamente impressionato con la decorazione moderna, pulita e elegante dell'hotel. La stanza era spaziosa, comoda e bellamente progettata, con tutte le attrezzature che mi servivano per un soggiorno rilassante. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, assicurando un buon sonno notturno. Inoltre apprezzo l’attenzione al dettaglio. Una delle nostre eminenze era la colazione. La selezione era diversa, fresca e deliziosa. La zona di cena era luminosa e invitante, rendendola un grande inizio al giorno. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, con facile accesso alle attrazioni vicine. È possibile esplorare la città o rilassarsi in un ambiente tranquillo, questo hotel offre il migliore dei due mondi. Il personale era eccellente – sempre amichevole, professionale e ansioso di aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta.
