No USB charging sockets near bed (nor mains power sockets for that matter). No desk lamp unlike several other Travelodges I have used, mostly in the north west of the UK as I live near Liverpool. Seems this Wirral backwater has been overlooked in modernisation.

What I like at this hotel is staff, they are very responsive and always willing to fulfill customers requests. I asked for a room facing to forest side to enjoy quiet and fresh air and since then they remembered my preference. Thank you Hannah

All I can say is the staff are the most welcoming people, the rooms are always clean and fresh . The local amenities are within walking distance and the the local food is first class. If I was to have one minor criticism is that the tv's in the rooms are somewhat dated but this would not deter me from stopping again

Wonderful stay Travelodge Bromborough staff are very friendly, Hannah who works there is always accommodating, been staying away from home for 3 months always given ground floor which is very quite every night, tea and coffee always available at reception

Brilliant nights sleep and easy check in,lovely warm and clean room and hotel,weather was blowing a gale all night outside and high speed winds but sleeping 😴 in Travel lodge we couldn’t hear any noise from outside

The room was clean except for some visible carpet stains. The bathroom fan didn't work, the heater was child locked to a setting that was too hot and the TV needs updating but check in was easy with a friendly receptionist and the bed was big and comfortable enough. If you get a good room rate, this is good value.

Easy online booking and checking in process. Clean room, comfortable beds, welcoming friendly staff. First time staying as a lone woman and felt very safe here. Late checkout was a blessing. Smooth process from start to finish.

Pick a room away from the road. The traffic noise is horrendous , the car park area is the only quiet rooms. Take scissors to open the breakfast box drinks or else it is a struggle,the box contents is average

A welcoming hotel. Clean, friendly and quiet place to stay. Rooms bright, beds comfy. Reasonably priced and having the use of the Grill and Bar which was just across the road for evening meals/breakfast was useful.
