I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback regarding my experience. Firstly, I must commend the quality of the hotel room itself. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold. This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I discovered a new hotel on my recent trip to Bintulu. It's located behind the bus terminal and Farley food court. The location is okay, but it didn't matter much since I had a car and there wasn't much traffic. There are many places to eat nearby, including a Japanese restaurant on the ground floor.

This is not my 1st stay at this hotel, but it will be my last. I usually place my staffs and friends at this hotel, but never again. On a Saturday morning at 8am, there was a loud hacking of a wall coming from the hotel, going on for more than 15mins, when I called the reception to inform that renovation on a Saturday morning in a hotel is unacceptable, the receptionist said she does not know anything, it was her 1st day at work. When I asked to speak with her supervisor or manager, she said that no one was working that day accept for her. How can a hotel allow a person on her 1st day of work to be alone?! And worst of all, when I went to the lobby at noon, the receptionist was the same lady who checked me in yesterday, so she lied about her being the first day at work! I confronted her, she was stammering not knowing what to reply! No more JC Mark!
