Hotel in zona Nikoi Island, Bintan

Il resort è pulito e ben tenuto. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La comunicazione con loro non è un problema. Ci sono molte attività a cui puoi partecipare nel resort, alcune delle quali sono piuttosto interessanti come il tour del mercato del pesce locale e il giro da un'isola all'altra ecc. La colazione è? un'ampia varietà disponibile. Eravamo lì per dare il benvenuto al nuovo anno e siamo rimasti sorpresi dal fatto che il resort avesse programmato fuochi d'artificio alla festa di Capodanno. Siamo così fortunati che la nostra camera abbia un'ottima vista dei fuochi d'artificio che sono durati circa 10 minuti, proprio di fronte a noi. Ci siamo goduti i fuochi d'artificio dal nostro accogliente balcone 😊 Soggiorno fortemente consigliato per coppie, amici e famiglia!

Il posto per un fine settimana era un posto per stare a piedi. Tutto era in regola e la comunicazione era eccellente. A partire dal terminale della nave, c'era un pickup che ci aspettava di portarci alla villa. Abbiamo goduto della piscina privata all'interno della villa e il luogo era in generale a un livello accettabile di pulizia, anche se ci sono anatre e altri insetti occasionalmente nella zona aperta. È stato facile ordinare servizio in camera, massaggio e trasporto verso altre parti dell'isola. Tutto è stato fatto via WhatsApp con risposte quasi istantanee. Il giorno del check-out, hanno tenuto il nostro bagaglio fino a quando non siamo stati pronti a partire al terminale di traghetto. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno senza piedi.

It was a great experience to celebrate my birthday with them. For a long time, I never felt alone on this kind of days, I was welcomed with genuine and sincere people around with such efforts to make me happy. From the exchange of email with Ms. Paskah to make sure that I'll be accommodated from picking me up to taking note of my requests. To Ms. Jessica, Asep and Mr. Agung who decorated my room as a surprise for my birthday (that was so cute). To Ledy who assisted me from check in to check out and who helped me out to get a Balinese Massage by Wanda. To Bram and Sonia whose been so good, made me feel special on my day, such kind and very hospitable ones. I've been travelling most of the time, and this is the first time I felt at peace and genuinely happy. To realize that life is worth living and the world is beautiful. Thank you so much everyone. That was a day to remember. You touched my heart, and made me believe that gentleness and being sincere still exist.

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

We had a great stay in Cassia!! 1) staffs are all very friendly, always ready to greet people by smile, small talks, went extra miles to deliver a top notch service. Special shout out to Yance (we met him from Xana beach club) who was so kind and willing to go extra miles to ensure we had a great time ☺️ and the Zumba instructor who was a ball of energy 😂 2) food was delicious, Lotus cafe, u beach club, Vista, Treetops, tried the food from all of the above places and it was amazing!! Delicious, clean and beyond expectations 3) fun activities: badminton, beach volleyball ball, soccer, table tennis, aqua Zumba, foam pool party etc. the infinity pool was great too!! It was super clean and the water was not cold 4) the room was clean, they provide daily drinking water, beach tower with a bag (which is great!). They also provide free shuttle service for pick up and drop off from ferry terminal (by shuttle bus operated by the hotel). I have nothing to complaint about for this place, highly recommended 🫶🏼

First of all, strongly recommend this resort and appreciate for the service provided during our stay. We arrived quite early that morning, when we tried to check in, I was told that our room was not ready, which I could understand due to this early timing. After that, we left the luggage at concierge and went for fun and exploration in this resort. Around 2pm, we were told that the room was still not ready and spare room would be provided to us for resting purpose. Then four hours later, we were told that the room was ready and delayed due to WIFI connection issue, furthermore, complementary upgrade of another room with jacuzzi would be also an option for us. When we had BBQ in front of our room, resort staff delivered one box of pizza with their apology letter, which made me touch and surprised. Thumb up for this friendly and attentive service!! Looking forward to the next trip there!!

5mins from ferry terminal will reach Anmon They have wonderful customer service etc 1) Ferry transfer 2 way 2)buggy 24/7 service just whatapp 3) everything whatapp can communicate with hotel staff Everything was great except ! I would like to had bad review on Compass Rose 1)Breakfast not much variety and not nice , there’s flies over cake which is not covered 2) Lunch we Ordered food waited very very long, and with the price food I expected better taste however disappointed us , Not Nice 3) Kitchen under renovation hacking and however still prepared food at the same place ? Isn’t there’s dust etc , should separate mobile kitchen or etc. Pretty much to improved on Compass Rose

Ho ispirato la storia di Doulos Phos, come questa nave 109 anni è stata trasformata in un vero hotel unico, e sono grato di aver sentito il viaggio di questa nave, soprattutto il suo viaggio finale utilizzato per la missione. La squadra era incredibilmente amichevole, e anche il signor Eric (il proprietario) mi salutava con genuina e caldazza, e ho avuto l’opportunità di fare un giro all’interno della nave, a partire dalla stanza del motore che ha conservato intenzionalmente l’originale. Il chiaro profumo del motore storico che ha alimentato questa nave per un secolo è ancora in sospeso. Se siete interessati a vivere una nave che è solo tre anni più giovane del Titanic, allora siete nel posto giusto. Le camere sono fantastiche, progettate con tetti che corrispondono alla struttura originale della nave, che a sua volta aggiunge alla sua unicità.

Il resort è grande ed è una spiaggia, ma non è per nuotare, l'hotel è a posto, la piscina ha 3 parti. Il personale del ristorante, del servizio in camera e della manutenzione sono amichevoli. Susan è molto utile, ma mi sorprende che il mio 11 anni bambino fosse accusato come adulto anche se ha detto sul tuo sito che il bambino è 11 anni litigavo ma non ho alcun vantaggio, quindi ho pagato come adulto per 11 anni. Abbiamo pranzo al ristorante Mayang Sari che serve cucina locale che abbiamo sempre provato ogni volta che visitamo l'Indonesia abbiamo ordinato soppa Oxtail, ma la soppa è mel, nessun gusto umami, la carne è secca è deludente. Tuttavia, il servizio è buono. Il nostro tempo di check-out non era neanche facile, mi sono chiesto di pagare la fattura di più di 3 ml+ idr, ma la mia fattura reale è solo 1 ml + idr.
