We stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Room was large and comfortable for a family of 5. Private Pool is around 1.2mtr so not suitable for toddlers. Room cleanliness could do better, there were a lot of small critters maybe because of the surrounding greenery. However, there were no nearby shops. Relaxing but abit boring for long stays. Service was ok, food was so so. Beach with clear waters is 2 mins walk away.

Perfect quiet side of Bintan, luxury and spacious villa room - Upper Garden. Free pickup at ferry terminal. All front desk requests made via WhatsApp or room phone. Super fast response!! Facilities were practical like bicycles per villa, gym, spa, kids playhouse, water sports and 3 dining restaurants for selection. Bed was medium firm, clean bathtub, good water pressure for standing rain shower, attached hairdryer was all great! Buggy service to get around by dialing 0. Custom text bed decor and turn down service available for free. Recommend for couples! Good breakfast with live stations - egg station, waffle pancake station, noodles station, bubur station (congee). Free activities like towel art, Farm animals feeding - rabbit and chicken. Pool was clean, no leaves/sand. Baby wading pool available too. Pool bar menu was good with live band nights. Indonesian cuisine at Rica Rica is highly recommended. Can skip Rimbun Grill, our chicken was overdone. Superb getaway for 2 nights!!! Singaporean approved!

MMs Foo and Ms JiangGreg e il suo staff erano così ospiti, che ci sentimmo confortevoli e confortevoli dal momento che siamo arrivati al terminale Ferry.
Il servizio e le strutture erano eccellenti.. dalla camera al centro di cena. Le scelte del cinema sono state così aggiornate e ampia. Buona qualità igiene e snack in minibar
Abbiamo avuto un po' di malcomunicazione su una tassa di servizio e siamo stati così grati che ci hanno sentito pazientemente e risolto rapidamente.

UUtente ospiteÈ tornato da un soggiorno al Holiday Inn Resort, e ho avuto un bel tempo! Il servizio era fantastico, e il personale era super amichevole, mi ha fatto sentire a casa.
La piscina e tutte le strutture erano in punto. Mi piaceva stare fuori dalla piscina! E lasciate che vi dica, il cibo indonesiano era fantastico. Non posso raccomandarlo abbastanza!
Penso di tornare in futuro.

Apprezzo i elevati livelli di cura, a partire dal salotto di attesa esclusivo al terminale Bintan, il trasferimento complimentare di auto BYD all'hotel e da e verso il terminale, il bug di sicurezza viaggia intorno al resort per garantire che Rimarremo asciutti nel tempo piovoso della monsona, nei deliziosi e dolci colazione semi-buffet con opzioni di Ala Carta per i principali corsi preparati su ordine, nelle belle camere decorate e spaziose, Le attività complimentari quotidianamente per mantenere gli ospiti divertenti, ecc. Nella maggior parte dei casi, tutti i servizi ci salutano sempre con sorriso luminoso durante il nostro soggiorno! Spero di tornare a visitare presto!

We were greeted firstly by the gentleman at the ferry terminal to wait for our shuttle bus.
Once we reached the hotel, the view from the lobby literally took my breath away. Initially we booked the garden view but dangg the sea view is to die for so we called the receptionist to upgrade to the sea view room just merely 3mins after stepping into our room. No regrets!! Room is perfect for the 3 of us (2Adults & 1kid), but the flooring in room 5031 (I think the vinyl tile) was slightly airy so there’s a “whistling” sound every time we stepped on certain floors in the room.
Staffs were all amazing especially the staffs in Rempah Restaurant. To name a few - Putera, Allen, Maria… mostly everyone was so welcoming and can see how they enjoyed working here. Special shout out to the beautiful receptionist that welcomed us, Viona — she figured out it was my birthday and they really surprised me with the cakes! First it was a surprise in the restaurant during breakfast, then next, in the room! It was a lovely surprise for both me and my husband cos my husband didnt even tell them to do anything. He just literally asked if the hotel is selling any cakes to celebrate my birthday. Their initiative is on another level.
Food in Rempah Restaurants are all marvellous! We had dinner, breakfast and lunch here. Chef Johan was so nice to go around asking for feedbacks on his dishes. He even let us try his new menu that he is adding into the restaurant- the fish floss is amazing.
The spa was great too! Beautiful ambiance and love how the ladies approached us to ask if I would like to try their spa when I was by the pool side. Its a nice gesture from them, looking for potential customers (:
I highly recommend this place and I really hope they will maintain their standard, cos we will return to bring our parents one day.

SShun HanIl servizio era buono, il posto era stato mantenuto abbastanza pulito, tranne per i bug occasionali che apparivano qui e là. Il resort è situato in una zona che non ha molto da fare, quindi avrete bisogno di prendere una macchina privata ovunque se si desidera sperimentare qualsiasi delle attività disponibili a Bintan. Le strutture fornite nel resort non sono state mantenute nella migliore condizione (ma è ancora disponibile)

We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an earlier check-in at around 12 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for our stay and allowed us to settle in comfortably without any delays.
The service at the resort was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, prompt, and went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and well-cared for. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out.
We stayed in a glamping room that was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. Despite it being the rainy and windy monsoon season, there were no issues with leaks, and the room remained cozy. However, it’s important to note that the glamping tents are not soundproof. We could hear people talking outside and the sound of the tent shaking during strong winds.
Treasure Bay Bintan offers a variety of facilities and activities, and we had an entire day to enjoy everything it had to offer.However due to the rain, we could not do all of the activities and think that visiting during the dry season might be a better option.
One of the highlights of our stay was the tent-side BBQ. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn’t BBQ the food ourselves, but the resort accommodated us by preparing the BBQ in the restaurant and serving it to us. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite generous—enough to serve up to three people per two sets(Do take note the minimum order has to be two sets). Overall we are very happy with the service provided to us!

Il ristorante del ristorante del resort costa circa 49 S$ per 2 pach, che è inevitabile, poiché il luogo è abbastanza isolato. Il fatto è che non c'è molto di scelta nel menu.
Il resort è un appartamento di servizio e dispone di molti utensili per la cucina e l'uso personale.
Il resort offre gratuitamente e a tempo libero servizio di autobus che è buono per tutti i clienti.
Anche se abbiamo prenotato come vista del giardino, abbiamo ricevuto vista del parcheggio, per noi è tutto a posto, perché è tranquillo e tranquillo ovunque.

2. The most pity stuffs are Monopoly by the owner even the excuse is away from reasonable (private resorts)
- no access to public taxi service say grab. Again the reason we told is the Nirwana resort is private one
- due to the monopoly, there is limited restaurants for options: the one for breakfast (level 1). The one above the one for buffet (level 2) and Kelong restuarant facing the sea
- the outstanding outcome from the monopoly is the pretty higher price for foods...I expect to have lunch at Kelong restaurant and in the end back after checking out the price in menu. Actually during the lunch time, there is no people having dinner except 1 or 2 guest to check out the good view facing the sea...pity !!!
The postiive goes to some entertainment or activotoes in the hotel say swimming in outdoort pool. Sands and Bowling etc.....
My proposal for their management is to open the service to guests in their hotel so there is more options even I will never come back to the hotel in Bintan...I has been to Batam before and the experience is better....

On the first night the room that we were allocated had a leakage of water from the ceilings so they immediately got us another room ready.

IIrvin Jonah CheungSe non si è incazzato su un hotel ”diretto in città”, questo è un hotel perfetto per voi e la vostra famiglia! L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla piazza Melayu, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong edificio, Jalan Hang Tuah, il ponte costiere di recente costruzione, e Il quartiere è anche molto amichevole e ricco di piccoli cibi locali e negozi di pasticceria che non sono costosi! Anche se si vuole un buon ristorante cinese di alimenti per la pecora, Sei Enam è solo una pietra gettare via!
Le camere sono molto basse e semplici e l'hotel non è dotato di ascensore, quindi se si sta soggiornando sul quarto piano, dovrai andare in piedi! All'interno delle camere sono semplici apparecchi come TV, cavo, telefono, tazze da bere, acqua in bottiglia, scarpe, tazze, cavi, docce d'acqua calda e fredda, tostapane con pasta dentale, shampoo, sapone da bar, aria condizionata, Le piastrelle sono ferme, e anche un bel bollitore per voi per colpire a dormire! Purtroppo non ci sono bollitori d'acqua, né caffè e condimenti di tè nella stanza. Acqua potabile calda e fredda sono al livello 1 area di cena.
Il pacchetto dell'hotel che ho preso è stato con un semplice colazione. I piatti sono locali e spezie e spesso sono spruzzati con arachidi. Il colazione viene in pacchetti involucri (takeaway) con tutte le salse di argento, e/o riso in carta e involucri di plastica. Le cucine e le piastre sono disponibili per l'uso.
Per il prezzo di circa S$26/day, ho pensato che fosse un soggiorno così meraviglioso in questo hotel! Anche se non ci sono molte strutture (perche' preferirei andare a camminare intorno alla città e andare a fare una barca), consiglio molto questo hotel 2 stelle per un semplice e conveniente soggiorno a Tanjung Pinang!
