The resort is conveniently located very close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to reach. Upon arrival at the terminal, a bus service is provided to bring us directly into the resort,.
We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an earlier check-in at around 12 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for our stay and allowed us to settle in comfortably without any delays.
The service at the resort was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, prompt, and went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and well-cared for. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out.
We stayed in a glamping room that was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. Despite it being the rainy and windy monsoon season, there were no issues with leaks, and the room remained cozy. However, it’s important to note that the glamping tents are not soundproof. We could hear people talking outside and the sound of the tent shaking during strong winds.
Treasure Bay Bintan offers a variety of facilities and activities, and we had an entire day to enjoy everything it had to offer.However due to the rain, we could not do all of the activities and think that visiting during the dry season might be a better option.
One of the highlights of our stay was the tent-side BBQ. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn’t BBQ the food ourselves, but the resort accommodated us by preparing the BBQ in the restaurant and serving it to us. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite generous—enough to serve up to three people per two sets(Do take note the minimum order has to be two sets). Overall we are very happy with the service provided to us!

We had a good stay at Natra. The staffs are all very friendly and nice, and they even granted our request for anniversary decorations, and they also help us with early checkin and late checkout. The location is just beside the ferry terminal and they have a complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast buffet was also good and got variety of choices.
I like our room it was nicely decorated and the hotel itself has a nice concept. However, as this is glamping style, expect that the room doesn’t have a proper wall and you will be able to hear the noise outside very clearly. Our room was near the restaurant and there was a live band at night that played really loud music until 10:30pm. Couldn’t get an early night rest.
They need to improve on housekeeping to check about the towels provided, we go a towel with stains and the other one has a hole.
But overall, we still had a good stay and recommend this for a quick getaway.

我是獨自出遊。1 來回碼頭交通：該酒店距離渡輪碼頭1.8km。從渡輪下來的時候沒打車，帶着行李走了一會，中途遇到一個度假村管理人員開着很小的車順路帶了我一程送到酒店門口了；離開的時候，酒店安排了一個出租，費用8萬盧比摺合人民幣37元，其實開車就2分鐘路程，這個費用其實有點小貴，而且費用是給到酒店方面不是直接給到司機的，估計酒店拿了提成的。1 我預訂的單人間有的有窗（也不能打開），有的沒窗，但是網站上的照片看起來是有窗的，入住後前台給我安排了一個沒窗的，於是我向攜程投訴，攜程讓我拍房間照片，上傳客服系統，攜程認為我的主張有理，協調後，客服給我換到了一個有窗的邊角的單人間，我覺得還可以接受。2 房間的確較小，28寸大箱子打開後，過道就堵塞了，這個也符合預期，畢竟是經濟酒店的單人間嘛。房間也是沒有冰箱的。 3 早餐，客人少的時候，要預約時間（地方時間最早8點開始早餐，而其實在新加坡這時已經9點了，天早就亮了）和選擇類型，人多的時候，是自助早餐，兩種情況我都遇到了 4 該酒店沒有自行車提供給客人使用，所以外出很不方便，客服給我租賃了加汽油的摩託車（估計是當地人有空暫時不用的），每天30萬盧比（摺合人民幣140元每天），我覺得這個價格是峇里島兩倍了。但是客服説在民丹島差不多就是這個價。也許峇里島人口稠密，遊客很多，所以有不少摩託車租賃店，民丹島度假區根本沒有這種專門的店，推測應該就是酒店找當地人借的摩託拿來租給客户的。我租賃了2天，每天騎行100多公里，中途體驗了在正式的加油站加油，在小賣部用簡易玻璃罐加油，購買大瓶1.5升裝汽油用漏斗加油三種形式。第一天去了南邊的藍湖沙丘、民丹山邊一個Cilff Cafe（懸崖餐廳午餐，是個制高點，可以看到民丹山景）、丹絨檳榔（在那裡找個了按摩，90分鐘25萬盧比摺合人民幣120元，比較便宜，不過沒有單獨房間，都是拉着簾子隔開、鋪在地上的墊子，印尼大媽按摩），第二天去了東邊的Trikora海灘看了許多沙灘上的水上人家，還去了東北角紅樹林邊上的PANLONG漁村（海上吉普賽人），然後去了北邊度假區的Lagoi湖、水庫、Lagoi沙灘，這裏都是開放的，晚上去了娜灣花園那邊，可惜KELONG海鮮餐廳週一關門我不知道，沒吃上海鮮。衹要説進去吃飯，度假村門口的保安就會放行，所以沙灘你也可以去的！ 5 路上遇到有一些人是租賃了山地自行車騎行之旅，會有服務車輛跟着騎行者，但這速度比我的摩託慢多了，實際上不適合遊覽景點，而且在民丹島很曬的喔！防曬霜猛擦也防不住曬黑啊！還是別騎行了！ 5 酒店所在是一個小聚落，有當地人吃飯的食閣food court,小超市，還有2家按摩店，不過按摩價格都是跟度假區一樣定價的，是丹絨檳榔當地按摩店的2-3倍了。這個小聚落的南面就是紅樹林之旅（白天乘船）、螢火蟲之旅（夜間乘船），我騎摩託2天，經過了很多橋樑、河流、海灘，看了太多的紅樹林了，於是就沒去參加這個船上的紅樹林之旅了。 最後再次説一下重點的建議！如果酒店免費給客户提供自行車，那就方便了，客户可以騎着去臨近的寶藏灣和美麗的潟湖泳池（Anmon安夢度假村的配套），買票就能進去享受和游泳！客人也可以騎行到Lagoi湖、水庫和Lagoi沙灘，這裏也是開放的；客人也可以起到娜灣花園到海灘以及去Kelong餐廳吃海鮮，這樣實際上度假區的核心配套也都能享受到。民丹島度假區是印尼委託新加坡管理的，本身區域挺小，租賃摩託的話，價格顯得貴了，並不划算，而步行又顯得太大了。所以，沒有免費自行車，客人哪兒也去不了，是個重大遺憾。建議酒店方面後續考慮到。

Booked the hotel for a one night trip to Bintan for a birthday occasion. The hotel goes out all the way in helping decorating the room when requested and they also prepared a delicious birthday cake ! That is so sweet of them and I really do appreciate it a lot. The room is also very clean and the air conditioning gets cold really fast. It’s an 10/10 experience.

My husband & I enjoyed our 4 days & 3 nights stay at Nirwana Resort for my Birthday Celebration. The staff gave me a surprise birthday cake while having a buffet breakfast at their Cafe restaurant.
Our room was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly & accommodating to our request. I feel totally relaxed, renewed & recharged during our stay.
Sunset was truly mesmerizing while savouring our diner at Kelong Restaurant.
I will recommend this resort for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life and experience the tranquility & serenity of this Island.
We will surely come back again.

È stato un ottimo soggiorno per noi. Il cabinetto di vista sul mare è bello e confortevole per me e mio marito. Il mio preferito è la vista sul mare senza ostacoli. Il servizio in camera era buono e il personale era amichevole e sempre ci saluta con faccia sorridente. Il nostro soggiorno è stato per 3 notti e ci siamo mangiati nei ristoranti del resort. Abbiamo cenato a Spice e al Kelong Seafood Restaurant. Dirò che le varietà alimentari sono limitate e preziose. Dirò che sono più costose di Singapore (una delle città più costose in Asia). Per due persone abbiamo speso circa 70-170 dollari per pasto... appetito, un piatto principale e una bevanda più economica. Quando abbiamo avuto piatto di marina, è costato più, naturalmente, circa 170 dollari. In generale, è stata una buona esperienza. Bella soggiorno tranne il cibo prezioso. Il gusto del cibo è solo buono. Ci siamo trasferiti 3 notti, quindi ci ha reso più difficile scegliere cosa mangiare quando non hai molto da scegliere e non è eccitante e sei al resort... quindi non puoi andare a comprare più cibo a prezzi più bassi fuori. Se il resort può avere più cucina cinese sarà buono. Quindi, se si sta per rilassarsi, allora è buono. Se si è dietetico,, questo posto non è per voi.

Everything was great but please learn to delivery ”no” message to your customer instead of stalling tactic.
We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room.
But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

GGeorg ChristopherThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish.
Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner.
However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top.
In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

UUtente anonimoOttimo resort con viste eccellenti e buona privacy. Il servizio è di prim'ordine anche prima del check-in, il personale ti contatterà per conoscere l'orario di arrivo al terminal dei traghetti e organizzare il trasporto di conseguenza.
Si trova a circa 70-90 minuti di auto dal terminal dei traghetti principale e la posizione è piuttosto isolata, quindi prendilo in considerazione se prevedi di svolgere attività al di fuori del resort. In caso contrario, è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi, prendere il sole e godersi la privacy.
Le ville sono enormi e sono dotate di macchine Nespresso, vasca da bagno e doccia a pioggia e biciclette per gli spostamenti all'interno del resort, ma su richiesta sono disponibili servizi di passeggino o semplicemente per fare una passeggiata.
Ci sono attività gratuite e attività a pagamento all'interno del resort e lo staff ti invierà su WhatsApp gli opuscoli e i dettagli al momento del check-in. Opzioni di cibo limitate all'interno del resort e sono più costose, ma non è affatto male. Se hai sempre fame, ti consigliamo di portare i tuoi spuntini in modo da non finire per spendere tutto sul cibo lì.
Complessivamente 8/10 a causa della privacy del resort e delle dimensioni delle ville. Potrebbe migliorare la varietà del cibo servito nel resort e la manutenzione della sala giochi.

Il resort è situato in una zona che non ha molto da fare, quindi avrete bisogno di prendere una macchina privata ovunque se si desidera sperimentare qualsiasi delle attività disponibili a Bintan. Le strutture fornite nel resort non sono state mantenute nella migliore condizione (ma è ancora disponibile)

UUtente ospiteWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

IIrvin Jonah CheungSe non si è incazzato su un hotel ”diretto in città”, questo è un hotel perfetto per voi e la vostra famiglia! L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla piazza Melayu, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong edificio, Jalan Hang Tuah, il ponte costiere di recente costruzione, e Il quartiere è anche molto amichevole e ricco di piccoli cibi locali e negozi di pasticceria che non sono costosi! Anche se si vuole un buon ristorante cinese di alimenti per la pecora, Sei Enam è solo una pietra gettare via!
Le camere sono molto basse e semplici e l'hotel non è dotato di ascensore, quindi se si sta soggiornando sul quarto piano, dovrai andare in piedi! All'interno delle camere sono semplici apparecchi come TV, cavo, telefono, tazze da bere, acqua in bottiglia, scarpe, tazze, cavi, docce d'acqua calda e fredda, tostapane con pasta dentale, shampoo, sapone da bar, aria condizionata, Le piastrelle sono ferme, e anche un bel bollitore per voi per colpire a dormire! Purtroppo non ci sono bollitori d'acqua, né caffè e condimenti di tè nella stanza. Acqua potabile calda e fredda sono al livello 1 area di cena.
Il pacchetto dell'hotel che ho preso è stato con un semplice colazione. I piatti sono locali e spezie e spesso sono spruzzati con arachidi. Il colazione viene in pacchetti involucri (takeaway) con tutte le salse di argento, e/o riso in carta e involucri di plastica. Le cucine e le piastre sono disponibili per l'uso.
Per il prezzo di circa S$26/day, ho pensato che fosse un soggiorno così meraviglioso in questo hotel! Anche se non ci sono molte strutture (perche' preferirei andare a camminare intorno alla città e andare a fare una barca), consiglio molto questo hotel 2 stelle per un semplice e conveniente soggiorno a Tanjung Pinang!

Andate in un fine settimana e hanno barbecue con servizio cinematografico. Il loro servizio al cliente era Top notch. Sono super buoni modi pieno di così grande cortesia. 👏 resort è vicino a neemo! Hanno risposto immediatamente in WhatsApp anche se il suo ultimo piano min a esso ha anche aiutato a decorare il letto a mia richiesta!!

KKok KhyaiStaying at the Cabin Villa at De Bintan Villa has been such a delightful experience! I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better.
The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too !
At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect.
Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant.
At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home.
Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!
