Good price for area especially for a concert night. Area has very limited food options. Room was clean, but dated and worn. Also had to provide a deposit that was higher than what was listed in the booking information.

When I made the reservation on ******* it listed amenities listed Resturant, breakfast, room service. game room … etc. None of these existed. we had a plumbing issue and they did not respond until I demanded service. When I checked out they refused to provide a receipt or refund a required deposit. They stated the receipts would be provided by *******. Also the deposit would come from *******. The manager was not easy to deal with.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Dirty and gross, shower was broken(not that we even wanted to use it) will never stay again

Staff was hard to understand. Carpet looked like it hasn't been vacuumed for a long time, Bed was hard. Remote for tv didn't work. Restaurant and ****** were permanently closed.

I paid for the room but they still
ask for a deposit. I've stayed at many hotels in Billings and nobody else in town asks me for deposits.

Two of four washers in the guest laundry were out of service and a third one began leaking shortly after I put my wash in the fourth machine. No change machine to get quarters for laundry and no laundry soap available. There should be a dispenser in the laundry room or at least supplies at the front desk for purchase.
