Anche se quel giorno è pioggia. Il paesaggio è davvero buono. Infrastrutture: la piccola qualità del cibo nella bara d'acqua è molto completa Ci sono pioggia e pioggia nel bagno. Salute: molto pulita dopo tutto è un nuovo hotel Ambiente: la mia suite è al sesto piano, perché il settimo piano è un po'scio per tutti i ristoranti, un'altra stanza per i nostri amici è molto tranquilla al quarto piano Servizio: i camerieri sono molto entusiasti. Ho fatto un bagno di notte. Molto 👌

Questo hotel è così bello!Vieni a Bilbao deve stare qui! Il luogo è molto conveniente, proprio davanti al museo, la prima classe del paesaggio, lo spazio dell'hotel è pieno, il personale di servizio è superbello, la camera è anche molto grande, il letto è molto comodo, la colazione è molto ricco ma un po'prettamente costoso (confrontato con il livello di prezzo della Spagna, voglio 24 euro per persona), bevo la prima classe al tetto di notte, Il panorama è super bello, due minuti a piedi è il canale più grande cinese di Bilbao. Mangiare cibo basco può equilibrare il cibo cinese. C'è un autobus dall'aeroporto attraverso la strada posteriore dell'hotel. È davvero buono. L'unico problema è che c'è un po'di distanza dal centro commerciale, a piedi circa 15 minuti.

Le camere sono molto spaziose e il letto estremamente comodo. Il piccolo bar è bello per un cappello dopo una notte fuori. Rimarrò certamente di nuovo

The hotel has dark panelled and claustrophobic corridors. The room we had was of a good sixze, annoyingly there were only 2 electric points in teh room neitehr of tehm convenient to charge phones, laptops etc. The reception was OK, did not feel any warmth in our dealings with them The whole feel of the hotel was like going into an office block, with the set up similar to office cafetrias and panneling The plus side is that it is convenient to get to the Guggenheim, and also not too far to get to the old town I would not return here

Hotel idealmente situato nel centro, pulito, accogliente molto simpatico solo molto deluso del fine settimana nonostante tutto ... Una cattiva esperienza, intrusione di un agente di sicurezza che non ha avuto la pena di colpire la porta per verificare se la stanza era occupata, ma un biglietto indicando ”non disturbare” Siamo svegliati alzandoci, sentendo qualcuno entrare e accendere la luce, e abbiamo chiesto loro di uscire, senza scuse, ma inammissibile. Basta per 1 notte 190e colazione incluso. Parcheggio molto stretto l'ingresso e l'uscita con lo stesso accesso che è sorprendente e pericoloso se le auto si crocifiscano. Nella stanza senza scarpe da bagno e tende non completamente occultante, il giorno passa al mattino. Colazione buona e completa ma sala abbastanza piccola in piena stagione questo deve essere difficile trovare un posto seduto.

Molto buona posizione. Dritto vicino al museo Guggenheim e al ponte rosso. Ben collegato all'aeroporto e Bilbao Internodal via Alameda Recalde ( 2 minuti dall'ostello). Letti confortevoli (dorma femminile), camera molto tranquilla e nessun rumore dall'esterno, bagni decenti e molto puliti anche , decente di dimensioni locker(ottenere il tuo padlock), un buon bar e ristorante attaccato all'ostello, diversi bar intorno alla zona, Non c'è altro che questo in un ostello.

I enjoyed my stay here, everything was super clean and private feeling. The downstairs area was nice, and there were activities on each night. The only thing I'd say is it would be nice to have bathrooms outside of the rooms as well on each floor in case you need to use the shower etc at the same time as someone in your room. It also felt like you were intruding in their space if you went into the bathroom area when someone else was in there (the shower, toilet, and mirror/sink were all really close together). Saying that, I'd still stay again!

We spent 4 nights here when exploring the Basque Country. It was the perfect location - close to the old town and the Guggenheim. We could walk to everywhere in the city, and the tram stopped just the other side of the bridge for if travelling further afield. There were handy shops and a bakery just around the corner and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing light meals - we ate breakfast here every day. The room was spacious, clean and warm, tastefully decorated in a neutral style. Polite and helpful staff. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Bilbao, and will try other hotels from this chain.

Great location: just 2 minutes’ walk from Guggenheim (we arrived by taking air bus and we got off at the first stop; 3 minutes’ walk with the help of GPS and we reach the hotel; same for taking air bus for departure). 6-8 minutes’ walk and you’ll arrive at Gran Via; 20 minutes to get to Intermodal for taking the bus to San Sabestian. Lots of places to eat nearby. And we didn’t choose the breakfast inclusive option because we didn’t need a big breakfast. 2 minutes’ walk and you’ll find a place for coffee and a good croissant. Our room was quiet; didn’t hear any noise. Our room had a view of the museum; I assumed it’s an upgrade. Staff were very friendly and helpful. For tourists who want to see Guggenheim day and night, this is it!
