Hotel in zona Parkea, Bilbao

Hi, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Ercilla for 8 nights over the past week and thought I would take the time to comment on one of best Marriott hotel experiences I have had for many a year. The hotel was in pristine condition, our room was a delight but most importantly the staff in the hotel were amazing. Id like to take time to mention a few of the staff members who went above and beyond to make all of my family's stay really special. At the reception we had the pleasure of being attended to by Jorge, was such a pleasure to chat with him and he was extremely efficient throughout our stay, a proper gentleman, who was a real delight to meet. The breakfast was really excellent, a great selection and again the hard working staff there went out of their way to make our 1st meal of the day a real delight. Id like to take the time mention all of the following members who we had the pleasure of meeting most mornings throughout our stay. Javier, the restaurant manager, every day went out of his way to be extremely friendly and welcoming ensuring we had the best table in the restaurant, himself and the restaurant receptionist Nahia were excellent organising everything for us each and every morning. The rest of the team, Victor, Wilson, Iñigo, Arnold, Gorka & Joseloa were also very very helpful and very efficient making sure tables were clear in super fast time and ensuring all guests needs were attended. It was a real treat to visit the restaurant each and every morning of our stay. I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff for be super friendly and very hard working, our rooms were always maintained very early which was brilliant and was such a help for our holiday as it enabled us every morning to go for breakfast and on our return our room was already serviced. It was a real treat for us to stay at the Ercilla a huge pat on the back to the management and staff of such a well run friendly hotel.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto comodo in Hotel Carlton. E' la mia terza volta di rimanere lì. La posizione è fantastica. L'intera esperienza è speciale. Le camere sono molto spaziose e il letto estremamente comodo. Il piccolo bar è bello per un cappello dopo una notte fuori. Rimarrò certamente di nuovo

L'appartamento ha una posizione davvero eccellente. Sotto c'è un mini market fino alle 23:00. e ristoranti. È vicino alle attrazioni turistiche e ad una zona bella e sicura. Il sistema di sicurezza nell'edificio è eccellente, c'è il Wi-Fi. Il design degli interni dell'appartamento è bello, moderno e confortevole. Spazioso, chiaro e pulito, e il servizio di pulizia settimanale è buono. Sono disponibili tutti i beni di prima necessità, tra cui lavastoviglie, vestiti, utensili, strumenti per la pulizia dell'appartamento e tutti gli elementi essenziali per la casa. Il suo prezzo è un po' alto, ma per la sua posizione è eccellente

Molto buona posizione. Il bus aeroportuale si ferma a 2 isolati. Vicino al Guggenheim e ad altri musei e siti turistici. Benvenuto e check-in. Letto di base con letto. La cucina ha solo una microonde e frigorifero – nessuna possibilità di cucinare. Nessuna tovalette, ma i serrature disponibili portano il vostro proprio serratura. Good location, around a 10 min walk from the old town. Nice hotel, clean, modern. Had a family suite which was large. Staff were friendly. Small gym if you wanted a work out. Breakfast was good. Took the airport bus which was about a 15 min walk from the hotel. Ate at Hamburguerisa which was nice for a change - fancy burgers effectively, nice food even though the service was pretty awful. Also had some snacks at Las Muns which were tasty and ice cream at Nossi-Be which was on the way to old town.

What a great hotel! Across the board we were blown away by how perfect this hotel made our stay. The staff - ALWAYS helpful and fun and professional. The room - Beautiful, large double bed for us was more than adequate and a large room. Bathroom - Great size and LARGE tub and shower with TONS of water pressure. Location - Bilbao is one of the most walkable cities, but the hotel is right at the edge of the river so 10 min to Guggenheim and 5 min to the old town. Breakfast - We had breakfast a couple times and the beans and eggs were my staple. The eggs were off the first visit, but the second visit they were much better. Bacon and pastries were tasty and the cream cheese with herbs was a treat. We will be back for sure. You won't be disappointed by staying here.
