Is a hotel pet friendly I love ❤️ and recommend for people who’s have pet.

Good location, restaurants and money shops around the hotels, 15mins away from the airport. I will go back to stay again.

Bad hotel, did not get the room that was advertised. It was half the size. I know this because we knew someone who had the same room style booked and their room was bigger. Trip.com weren’t aware of this. Didn’t know they had the wrong photos up for the room. We basically stayed in a room the size of the bed with no room to move around.. Put in a complaint only got $100 back. Via trip.com This will be the main reason I never book through trip.com again

good location with friendly service

lovely experience at the Autograph, staff was really friendly and the location was perfect - you could walk to many places. there are food available in the late night in the vicinity as well. the rooftop bar has a great view for an afternoon cerveza! room was comfortable and had sufficient space for 2 person.

Looks very classy, but is let down by service and finish. Parking was requested during the booking, but on arrival was told that it was full and would have to go elsewhere. Multiple faults with the room (A/C, TV, safe), which should have been checked. Overall, there are better hotels to stay in Bilbao if a similar price point.

酒店管理很糟糕，不推薦入住。被子上有血。廁所的洗手液瓶子裏灌的是身體乳，拿給前台以後沒人來換洗手液，又再次找前台要洗手液等了半小時。廁所下水系統有異味，前台換房以後新房間沒有“請勿打擾”的掛牌，早上十點多服務員兩次刷房卡推門進入。

盲選酒店，還不錯 服務：有禮貌，感覺到温暖 停車：沒有自己的停車場，可以在酒店卸下行李後停到附近的公共停車場，停到第二天大概20多歐、看起來應該也是當地酒店普遍的狀況；

地理位置很方便，走到Moyua廣場就幾分鐘，附近餐廳超市都有，旅行生活都比較便利，服務態度也不錯，整體比較滿意

位置特別棒，在畢爾巴鄂新城的核心位置，一兩條街就有停車場很方便，酒店整體裝修簡約温馨不失檔次，是近些年剛翻新過的，不過由於大樓整體設施老舊，還是難免能在衞生間聞到一些類似煤油的味道，應該是熱水系統。樓下自家的飯店味道非常好，有格調，性價比略低，rooftop景色很美，調酒很棒

服務肯定跟國內沒法比，房間在西班牙還算ok，洗澡水流比較小，早餐起碼有些熱食在西班牙比較少見了。

酒店翻新過，很喜歡新的設計，舒服，服務生們也熱情～
