NO ONE AT THE SERVICE DESK WHEN I ARRIVED, HAD TO CALL A PHONE NUMBER, LEAVE A VM, FOR SOMEONE TO FINALLY ARRIVE TO CHECK US IN.
I PREVIOUSLY CALLED IN JULY TO CONFIRM FOR A DOWNSTARS ROOM WITH A KING SIZE BED.
WHEN WE ARRIVE THE ONLY ROOM AVAILABLE WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR WAS WITH TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS.
THEN THE ATTACHED ROOM NEXT TO US WAS SMOKING AND THE FUMES CAME INTO OUR ROOM, HAD TO GO TO FRONT DESK TO FIND SOMEONE TO LET THEM KNOW OF THE SITUATION.
WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.
