This hotel is clearly not ready for busier days. It was not even fully booked, but the staff was completely overwhelmed, we felt sorry for them. Breakfast area way too small, people including families with kids had to eat breakfast standing or in the lobby. Buffet was empty every 5 minutes and then new eggs and sausages took 15+ minutes or longer. Coffee machine broke down every 10 minutes. No more milk an hour before buffet closure. People were fighting over food, some gave up completely. That is not ok for an average price of $450 ex tax a night. Beds and rooms good and clean like all Hampton Inns. Bathroom fixtures already broken even though hotel newly opened this spring.
