I had an amazing experience at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and relax. The hotel's ambiance was soothing, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Great service, comfortable room with spectacular view. It’s a 10min walk to the beach and 15 to town. Going it’s downhill (not a significant slope) so if you’re not into walking consider taking the bus to and from (there is a stop in front/near of the hotel). Dinner at The Frenchie (hotel rest) was phenomenal. Food was beautifully presented and the staff would explain every little detail. I would ask them to work on the wine pairings as they were a bit rough. Sommelier and wait staff super duper. Don’t be offended if they ask you if you prefer to speak English. It’s part of the service protocol! Easily would have given a 5 ⭐️ if it weren’t for the bathroom. There’s nowhere to put your hand towel and/or your toiletries. I would suggest the hotel invest in a couple of shelves and extra hooks as there is plenty of room to work with. Wonderful stay. Thank you #amextravel

Sono nuovi appartamenti,la cucina è ben attrezzata,il divano letto è nuovo e non costa montare. La stanza è molto semplice ma bene, la terrazza è molto ampia e confortevole. Lasciano animali per me un plus. C'è un posto per parcheggiare gratis per la zona anche se l'estate sarà al top. Il spa non ci ha dato tempo per usarlo, una pena. Il centro ci mette circa 20 minuti a piedi ma il bus 38 ti sta avvicinando. Ci siamo stati felici. Una cosa da migliorare , di notte c'è poca luce in salita all'ingresso qualche luce solare o qualcosa del genere sarebbe grato. Il ragazzo di ricezione giusto e piacevole.

We arrived Hotel Le Biarritz in the middle of the night, desperate to get a room for the night for 2 adults and 3 kids, due to our originally booked apartment hotel next door gave us cardkeys that were not activated upon arrival. The reception was closed and the telephone number in case of ”emergency” was turned off after midnight. We were warmly welcomed by a very nice man, unfortunately I do not remember his name. We got 2 rooms with a very good discount and the 3rd room for free. The children were hungry, so we asked if we could buy some snacks. He offered us pancakes. He went to the kitchen and came out with a trey full of pancakes, yoghurts, and 3 different sorts of cakes and water. He also asked if we wanted breakfast in the morning, but we were not sure we would make it in time, so he told us we can have the breakfast for free. We also had access to the pool the day after. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try it. Our rooms were small, but nice and clean. (I see from the pictures on their website that they have bigger rooms with balcony). In the morning we got breakfast while the kids were still sleeping. We then got a little basket we could bring to the room with full of croissants for the kids. If it wasn't for the already paid apartment hotel, we would have stayed in hotel Le Biarritz for the rest of our stay in Biarritz. We have never ever experienced such a nice welcoming and service in any other hotel we have stayed at before and strongly recommend this hotel for the service and location. It is located near the beach, 5 min walk. 10 min walk to the grocery store and other nice restaurant. The bus stop is also located right outside the hotel. You can also walk all the way to the city on a sidewalk right by the beach. We would definitively one back to hotel Le Biarritz.

Che piacevole soggiorno in Hotel Edouard VII in bella Biarritz, Francia. L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale e a pochi passi da tutti i ristoranti, le spiagge e la vecchia città. Purtroppo potevamo rimanere solo una notte. Una casa classica, ristrutturata con ampie aree per un bicchiere, un tè e un caffè. Così accade che abbiamo lasciato un iPad nella stanza. Dopo aver lasciato, abbiamo contattato l'hotel & Coline è stato così gentile da trasmettere l'ipad a casa nostra a New York. Ha fatto davvero il massimo sforzo e sforzo per farlo. Sono così risponsabili con un servizio eccellente e consigliere di rimanere lì. Siamo sicuri di tornare nel prossimo futuro.
