I stayed at the hotel for my anniversary fith my couple and over all it was a great experience. The location is great just one minute distance from the beach, in the city center. It has got a nice terrace in the restaurant and parking if you need. The room was really spacious and confortable, but it needs a refurbishment and clean soon. The best? The staff. Special greetings ​to Miriam and Iarick(night shift) from the reception. They were SUPER friendly and made us feel really confortable, making a difference in our stay. Merci! Gracias!

Indica un massimo di 8 persone e 630 kg. Abbiamo salito 8 persone con meno di 630 kg. L'ascensore non ha un sensore di sovrappeso. L'ascensore è stato fermato tra due piani. Non ha nemmeno il meccanismo, di solito in Spagna, che consente, in caso di danno, di scendere al piano inferiore, aprire le porte e uscire dagli occupanti. Chiamiamo il telefono di assistenza: nessuno risponde. È un'immagine! . Abbiamo chiamato l'allarme: Un impiegato di manutenzione (meno male che erano le 17 ore, perché altrimenti nessuno sarebbe venuto) ci ha detto che ha chiamato il tecnico e che non era autorizzato a fare nulla! . Abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora. Non c'era neanche una copertura telefonica all'interno. Abbiamo aspettato un'ora 8 persone come ”sardine in lata” l'arrivo del desiderio tecnico. In fronte alla ritardo e incertezza, abbiamo deciso di uscire per i nostri mezzi dopo aver convinto il dipendente che ci avrebbe forzato una scala per uscire forzando Non c'è scusa, soddisfazione o commento da parte dei responsabili del centro, che era il minimo auspicabile dopo l'incidente . Mi chiedo se sarebbe successo se questo fosse successo dopo le 19:00 quando il centro rimane Non è stata la prima volta che questo è successo, quindi dovreste rivedere i protocolli di questo servizio, aggiornare i meccanismi di installazione e cambiare il servizio di assistenza OTIS. Il resto del soggiorno, giusto.

La struttura è molto bella, il tetto con un bar, un ristorante e una piscina con vista sull'oceano, Nic posto per il giardino, ha cena il ristorante cibo era sorprendente, il cibo del mare era molto fresco e delizioso. Ristorante a 2 minuti a piedi, Rocher de la Vierge e l'acquario de biaritiz a circa 10 minuti a piedi, piccola cala e spiaggia lungo la strada.

Great service, comfortable room with spectacular view. It’s a 10min walk to the beach and 15 to town. Going it’s downhill (not a significant slope) so if you’re not into walking consider taking the bus to and from (there is a stop in front/near of the hotel). Dinner at The Frenchie (hotel rest) was phenomenal. Food was beautifully presented and the staff would explain every little detail. I would ask them to work on the wine pairings as they were a bit rough. Sommelier and wait staff super duper. Don’t be offended if they ask you if you prefer to speak English. It’s part of the service protocol! Easily would have given a 5 ⭐️ if it weren’t for the bathroom. There’s nowhere to put your hand towel and/or your toiletries. I would suggest the hotel invest in a couple of shelves and extra hooks as there is plenty of room to work with. Wonderful stay. Thank you #amextravel

We arrived Hotel Le Biarritz in the middle of the night, desperate to get a room for the night for 2 adults and 3 kids, due to our originally booked apartment hotel next door gave us cardkeys that were not activated upon arrival. The reception was closed and the telephone number in case of ”emergency” was turned off after midnight. We were warmly welcomed by a very nice man, unfortunately I do not remember his name. We got 2 rooms with a very good discount and the 3rd room for free. The children were hungry, so we asked if we could buy some snacks. He offered us pancakes. He went to the kitchen and came out with a trey full of pancakes, yoghurts, and 3 different sorts of cakes and water. He also asked if we wanted breakfast in the morning, but we were not sure we would make it in time, so he told us we can have the breakfast for free. We also had access to the pool the day after. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try it. Our rooms were small, but nice and clean. (I see from the pictures on their website that they have bigger rooms with balcony). In the morning we got breakfast while the kids were still sleeping. We then got a little basket we could bring to the room with full of croissants for the kids. If it wasn't for the already paid apartment hotel, we would have stayed in hotel Le Biarritz for the rest of our stay in Biarritz. We have never ever experienced such a nice welcoming and service in any other hotel we have stayed at before and strongly recommend this hotel for the service and location. It is located near the beach, 5 min walk. 10 min walk to the grocery store and other nice restaurant. The bus stop is also located right outside the hotel. You can also walk all the way to the city on a sidewalk right by the beach. We would definitively one back to hotel Le Biarritz.
