Hotel in zona Point de vue de l'Impératrice, Biarritz

Hotel centralissimo, personale estremamente cordiale (plauso alla signorina Macarena), colazione per amanti dei dolci. Prezzo alto ma Biarritz e la Francia in generale sono molto cari. Parcheggio pubblico convenzionato vicinissimo alla struttura

Check in was smooth. We felt as if the receptionist was laughing at us? Room was small but spotless. Think the size of the room is standard for Biarritz. Beds were super comfy. Aircon was great. Shower was lovely. However they need to invest in some blackout curtains as we woke up super early to a bright room- curtains were light and white. Roadworks were on outside but that is not the hotels fault. Reasonable price for location too. Happy with our stay.

Accoglienza perfetta con un personale molto gentile e molto professionale Cibo al ristorante delizioso cibo ben servito un pranzo molto buono e molto buono in gusto camera molto confortevole e molto pulita con bagno con bagno

Sono nuovi appartamenti,la cucina è ben attrezzata,il divano letto è nuovo e non costa montare. La stanza è molto semplice ma bene, la terrazza è molto ampia e confortevole. Lasciano animali per me un plus. C'è un posto per parcheggiare gratis per la zona anche se l'estate sarà al top. Il spa non ci ha dato tempo per usarlo, una pena. Il centro ci mette circa 20 minuti a piedi ma il bus 38 ti sta avvicinando. Ci siamo stati felici. Una cosa da migliorare , di notte c'è poca luce in salita all'ingresso qualche luce solare o qualcosa del genere sarebbe grato. Il ragazzo di ricezione giusto e piacevole.

We arrived Hotel Le Biarritz in the middle of the night, desperate to get a room for the night for 2 adults and 3 kids, due to our originally booked apartment hotel next door gave us cardkeys that were not activated upon arrival. The reception was closed and the telephone number in case of ”emergency” was turned off after midnight. We were warmly welcomed by a very nice man, unfortunately I do not remember his name. We got 2 rooms with a very good discount and the 3rd room for free. The children were hungry, so we asked if we could buy some snacks. He offered us pancakes. He went to the kitchen and came out with a trey full of pancakes, yoghurts, and 3 different sorts of cakes and water. He also asked if we wanted breakfast in the morning, but we were not sure we would make it in time, so he told us we can have the breakfast for free. We also had access to the pool the day after. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try it. Our rooms were small, but nice and clean. (I see from the pictures on their website that they have bigger rooms with balcony). In the morning we got breakfast while the kids were still sleeping. We then got a little basket we could bring to the room with full of croissants for the kids. If it wasn't for the already paid apartment hotel, we would have stayed in hotel Le Biarritz for the rest of our stay in Biarritz. We have never ever experienced such a nice welcoming and service in any other hotel we have stayed at before and strongly recommend this hotel for the service and location. It is located near the beach, 5 min walk. 10 min walk to the grocery store and other nice restaurant. The bus stop is also located right outside the hotel. You can also walk all the way to the city on a sidewalk right by the beach. We would definitively one back to hotel Le Biarritz.

La chambres est vieille, l hôtel est vieux, on le sait. Mais malgré ça c est propre. Rien à redire de notre chambre. Le personnel est très gentil à accueil. Nous avons pris trois matins dessuite le petit déjeuner sur place, on s est régalé. Pain frais, croissant, jus d orange de qualité..Nous étions très bien!! Et encore merci aux personnes qui nous ont accueilli

Très belle expérience, accueil très chaleureux, chambre parfaite et très propre, spa et détente à la hauteur de nos besoins avec la superbe vue sur la baie, une eau salée bénéfique qui aurait été au top avec quelques degrés supplémentaires cependant cela ne nous a pas empêché de se détendre et d’en profiter pleinement, p’tit déjeuner parfait et à foison avec une vue également sur la baie. Merci c’était vraiment un très bon week-end, nous reviendrons et recommandons les yeux fermés 😊
