Hotel in zona Opticien Krys Biarritz - rue Helder, Biarritz

Amarys ha accresciuto l'ospitalità durante una pandemia, ma non ha sofferto, ma hanno trovato modi innovativi per mantenere un'ampia igiene. Il colazione era bellissimo, con singoli tazze per ogni prodotto cotto, e le piastre sono solo su tavoli con un uso minimo comune. Le tavole sono state pulite immediatamente dopo l'uso. Il personale è molto amichevole e cortese, il parcheggio sul sito è gratuito. Abbiamo un pacchetto di caffè e acqua quando ci siamo reclutati, con riempimenti se volevamo. La stanza ha una macchina Nespresso. La custodia non è stata fatta per evitare contatto, ma la stanza era molto pulita quando la abbiamo. L'hotel è situato vicino all'aeroporto, ma la città è piccola e si può raggiungere le spiagge o il centro della città in meno di 15 minuti. Quasi niente da denunciare, forse il segnale WiFi potrebbe essere più forte, ma nessuna interruzione di affari. In generale, un splendido soggiorno e valore per soldi. Spero di poter visitare di nuovo presto!

Raccomando vivamente questo stabilimento per tutti i tipi di viaggio. Vado vivamente a consigliarvi per tutti i tipi di viaggio, e abbiamo anche un parcheggio gratuito e chiuso. Vorrei congratularmi con voi. È stata una grande esperienza.

Molto buona posizione, camera aveva tutto quello che mi serviva per un breve soggiorno. Vorrei il meglio per la signora che era in guardia. La sua atteggiamento è una scelta facoltativa, indipendentemente dalla circostanza della vita xx

L'hotel è un hotel boutique perfetto in una posizione perfetta. La macchina NESPRESSO dava acqua invece di caffè e ho lasciato una persona carina ( sono tutti carini così si aspetta che come una delle migliori cose accada in un viaggio ) e è stata sera. Dopo l’aprile tornano in camera e c’è una nuova, e la riempirono di acqua. Non mi aspettavo. Mi chiedevo se potevano controllarla, eccetera. E il personale di pulizia è così gentile. Ti salutano tutti e ti dicono un buon giorno. Abbiamo perso una carta ( lunga storia ) e ho chiesto a uno di loro di farlo: abbiamo cercato insieme e non riuscivamo a trovarla. Torniamo in camera più tardi e c'era!!!! lei l'ha trovata! Sapete che un hotel è gestito bene con servizio e persone come questo. Sono tutte fantastiche e non esitarei a rimanere qui e qui.

We arrived Hotel Le Biarritz in the middle of the night, desperate to get a room for the night for 2 adults and 3 kids, due to our originally booked apartment hotel next door gave us cardkeys that were not activated upon arrival. The reception was closed and the telephone number in case of ”emergency” was turned off after midnight. We were warmly welcomed by a very nice man, unfortunately I do not remember his name. We got 2 rooms with a very good discount and the 3rd room for free. The children were hungry, so we asked if we could buy some snacks. He offered us pancakes. He went to the kitchen and came out with a trey full of pancakes, yoghurts, and 3 different sorts of cakes and water. He also asked if we wanted breakfast in the morning, but we were not sure we would make it in time, so he told us we can have the breakfast for free. We also had access to the pool the day after. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try it. Our rooms were small, but nice and clean. (I see from the pictures on their website that they have bigger rooms with balcony). In the morning we got breakfast while the kids were still sleeping. We then got a little basket we could bring to the room with full of croissants for the kids. If it wasn't for the already paid apartment hotel, we would have stayed in hotel Le Biarritz for the rest of our stay in Biarritz. We have never ever experienced such a nice welcoming and service in any other hotel we have stayed at before and strongly recommend this hotel for the service and location. It is located near the beach, 5 min walk. 10 min walk to the grocery store and other nice restaurant. The bus stop is also located right outside the hotel. You can also walk all the way to the city on a sidewalk right by the beach. We would definitively one back to hotel Le Biarritz.

Posto molto tranquillo e arredamento molto piacevole di fronte all'Adour. Accoglienza e dipendenti cordiali e sorridenti. Prezzo ragionevole io consiglio
