Enrise by Sayaji Bhopal

The Hotel is located near to a lake which is just across the road, this makes for really soothing morning walks and and needs quiet surroundings as its near to Van Vihar. The rooms are large and spacious. However the property is old but maintained quite well and needs some renovations. There was an issue with the hot water supply in my bathroom as well water supply in washroom was not working during the second day of my visit. The Breakfast is limited and didn't have much of variety. Bakery and sweets were hard. The Breakfast menu needs to be worked on. Room service was fast and the food ordered was quick and delicious. Overall the stay was ok with minor issues. Its not at par with Sayaji chain of Hotels.

Food was good and was served hot. Services were on time . Decoration was appropriate. Rooms were clean . I requested to extend my stay and the hotel staff allowed me to delay my check out. Location of the hotel is also good. Staff was polite as well.

Excellent food and good service. We celebrated our daughter’s birth event and had a lot of fun with the team. The lychee rasgulla and Aloo tikki chaat was excellent. The decoration team of Raju was good too. Looking forward to having more events like this in future……………

The staff’s priority at this hotel is not guest comfort or service, rather it is only to maximise revenue. Even though we checked-in around 11 pm, four different staff members kept repetitively insisting to order room service as it was already late. Even after conveying that no food is required, they kept insisting. Instead if they had focused on having clean rooms with a working AC would have been better appreciated, especially since it was a late-night check-in. Broken, non-working remote of the AC was definitely not appreciated at that hour. Further, even though the DND feature was switched on, the staff was continuously ringing the doorbell from 6.30 am the next morning. Clear indication that there’s no respect for guest comfort and preference!

The hotel was conveniently located and simple to find. The spaciousness of the hotel allows for easy mobility throughout, and we enjoyed exploring both inside and outside. The room was well-appointed with a water boiler, a safe deposit box, an ironing board and box, and a hair dryer. My visit was pretty enjoyable. My room was spacious, making it easy to move around. The bed was large and comfortable, and I liked the colour and decor of the room. It was quite tastefully done, and I think many people would enjoy it. Swimming pool and snooker room were enjoyable. The dinner at Kebasville was fantastic, equipped with a live grill, live music, and a friendly staff. I particularly appreciated how helpful and efficient the receptionists were. I was ecstatic when my small request for a late check-out was granted. We had a great one-day stay, and my wife and I were really happy.
